At this time, I have been contacted directly by Tramita LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I did not receive the product I paid for and it has been weeks since the end of their delivery window. I had to order a rush marriage certificate...

through a different service because my spouse's insurance was canceled due to non-delivery of the certificate. I would like a refund, but the company does not provide a mechanism to contact them regarding placed orders and sends boiler plate when I place an inquiry through the only contact window.

After contacting the Washington Vital Records Office and having to call back at a later date while being processed, we were told that they made an error on our order and was mailed to the Grant County Vital Records Office.  Contacted that office and do not have anything for our client.  To avoid further delays while we continue to investigate on our side what went wrong on the Vital Records Office's side with this order, we will be ordering the certified birth certificate again, at no extra cost as we will also pay their $23 rush fee.  This will be processed in next business days and mailed directly to client by Priority Mail. We have many orders for Washington and do not recall an error like what happened on this order.  Though we had no direct control over it, we obviously do not want the client to pay for the error of others.  If able to later attach the proof of their error as am being sent a PDF of that document, will attach to this complaint and send by email to our client. If any questions about any of this, please contact us at [redacted] and special attention will be given to this order until we are able to provide the tracking number and confirm delivery of this certificate. Again, apologize for all the inconvenience this delayed order has caused, regardless if not our fault.

You are not giving correct information on what happened.  We have attached [redacted] Invoice and History showing that the invoice was emailed to you on 12/**, day after order submitted.  This also reflects in your [redacted] account.  We sent an invoice reminder on 01/** and you paid aprx....

2h after the reminder was sent to you.  As the website, Terms and Conditions, and that same invoice mention is the order process and payment steps.  You were not charged twice, as the first payment is reflected in [redacted] as TRAMITA SERVICE FEE, the invoice details charge for all items you requested on the order form.  Nothing double-charged. Vital Records Office confirms having mailed the order on 01/**-01/** to the client's address on the order form.  As with most Vital Records Offices in the U.S., they only mail [redacted] First Class Mail.  They request wait another week and if not received, they can send another copy by same regular mail service. We made no errors on this order, only delay was due to client paying invoice much later than when sent.  Please review attached documents and [redacted] account, as proof is provided.

I paid Tramita, LLC  $50.96 for a valid birth certificate for [redacted].  Tramita LLC debited the money from my checking account and I NEVER received an email, text, nor correspondence, such as these requirements they have responded with,  from them.  Then when I tried to contact them through their listed customer support number it was never answered, when I made further efforts to contact anyone at both of the 2 corporate locations listed on the web site the phone operators in those cities had No listings for them.  At this point I am requesting a full refund of my $50.96 because I never received the service they offered.

Attached you will find a screenprint of the Status Update webpage showing proof how you had access 24/*/365 to the information, regardless if you received the emails we sent to the email address you listed on the order form.  The email address on this complaint is not on the order form, therefore you likely are not checking the correct email address' mail.  We never received a request to change the email address on the order form. The webpage you made the order on, the Terms and Conditions, and the excerpt added to that pending invoice all mention the payment steps.  You first pay our service fee of $49 plus tax, and then billed for all items on the order form.  The "invoice" you sent is actually a [redacted] RECEIPT, showing how you paid the TRAMITA SERVICE FEE as clearly states. And just to go with what you are saying, having paid the "fixed fee of $49 plus tax" for all orders, --> what about all those orders that clients requesting multiple copies, paying the extra $15 rush fee (where available), legalization service ($50 in the US except NY, $85 in NY .. per certificate), international shipping ($25 economy or $50 priority), Vital Records Office extra fees for searches, etc.   Do we do those for free? If you wish for a refund, please contact [redacted] to file a DISPUTE and we will refund immediately.  If you file a CLAIM or CHARGEBACK, we will provide proof of service provided and invoice never paid.  We made no error on this order, it just seems that you didn't read the section about the payment steps prior to submitting the order.

Payments made through [redacted] are linked to our system by the email address used to make the payment, which if does not match the email address on the order form, it sometimes will not get linked to our system.  To resolve this on those orders, a message is sent to the email address on the order...

form asking for proof of payment, the order has been cancelled until proof can be provided.  Many orders are submitted, but then the requestor doesn't complete the [redacted] step and those orders receive the same emails.Regarding this order, the proof was provided under a different email address.  It should have been located sooner, that is an error on our side.  But in these cases, we will waive the Vital Records Office's fees and even add rush service even if not requested by the requestor, which makes up for the delay, and even still faster than a normal mail-in order.Though this client directly filed a request for refund through [redacted] and we cannot reverse it or offer anything else.  Do apologize for the few days in delay, but mind you that a Florida death certificate aprx. process time is 2-4 weeks, excluding high-volume times of the year.  We also pay by cashier's check, which avoids any delays that personal checks cause until check clears.Overall, the order could have been amended, and at a cheaper fee.  The order was cancelled and a full refund was applied.

Our website has changed since your order came in, though can easily be found with [redacted] Cache or we can provide copies also.  The website, Terms and Conditions, and the [redacted] Invoice [redacted] emailed on [redacted] all explained the order and payment process.  The $50.96 receipt from [redacted] also...

states: TRAMITA SERVICE FEE.  That you cannot afford the fees and needed to cancel the order with refund is fine, you submitted an email to us and we accepted the courtesy refund and cancelled the order.  Why you filed a Revdex.com complaint after our courtesy refund and when no errors were made on our part is shocking. In fact, imagine you needed a certified copy and we charge $49 plus tax for that single copy.  The order form offers rush service at $15, legalizations for $50 ($85 in NY) and international shipping (not offered by the majority of Vital Records Offices) also have fees depending on choice of shipping.  The $50.96 definitely would not cover all those fees clearly stated on the order form.  And that is just for one single copy. We simply ask that your read what you order online, as many websites are not as clear as ours are.  We have websites in many countries around the world under the "Zertifica Group", leaders in some of these countries.  We are proud of the services we provide to so many orders received daily. Have a nice day!

Since your order was created, the website has been changed and all ad campaigns on hold while we make the final adjustments.  Though proof can easily be provided by us and/or [redacted] Cache showing the original website.  In fact, the invoice and email reply from us contains proof of how we...

made no error on this order.The website, Terms and Conditions, and [redacted] Invoice [redacted] emailed on [redacted] (which you confirm having received) all explain the order and payment process we had before.  You first pay our service fee of $49 plus tax ($50.96), to be later billed for all items on the order form, whether be certificates, legalizations, international shipping, multiple orders, etc.  In your case, you requested 1 certified marriage certificate with rush service (order form indicates an extra $15 fee when available).  A NYC certified marriage certificate costs $15, which you can easily verify.  If was needed for legal-use in a foreign country, in fact the cost goes to $35 and $30 copies.  It is a private record, reason we attached a consent form to that invoice with clear instructions.  Mail orders would take them to process the request around 4 weeks.  We obtain them in 1-2 business days and mailed by certified mail, where they only send by regular mail.  We also are extremely fast with legalizations and much cheaper than other servicers due to volume and the tools we have.Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, which has websites in many countries, leaders in some.  Basically the largest "company" in the world offering the services we do.Though we made no error on this order, we have accepted a courtesy refund of the service fee and have cancelled the order.  We ask that you please read before making online orders anywhere on the internet.  Thank you!
