As states in the Terms and Conditions and how we do not charge for shipping, that the majority of the *** *** Offices only mail by *** 1st Class Mail. The request was submitted to the *** *** *** *** Office (Ph.: ***) in middle of July, but we received no confirmation
that the certificate was mailed. Have tried contacting the *** *** Office, but no answers. Since we are a 3rd Party and being a private record, some are more difficult to verify. I would that the client contact the *** *** Office to see if and when sent to her (her mailing address, since client is who completed application form).We have applied a full refund since this is an order that we cannot complete the verification process, as in most cases we can. Hopefully they can confirm the request sent, and send a new copy if the 1st copy was not received

Until proof of payment is submitted, we cannot even offer to provide a full refund and cancel the order This can even be a case of someone not having completed the payment process with ***, filing a complaint for something not correctly ordered We again ask for proof of payment, so provide that refund

Dear Client and MediatorOn this case, as shown in the documents attached to this answer, Tramita asked several times for the required documents that state law demands to present this order.As can be seen we several reminders to client requiring the missing documentation and on the 06/**/we left
a voice message at client's answer machine reminding about the missing documentation and explaining with the detail what document was still missing. We had sent an email on *** asking for the *** email address used to make the payment, as *** had not linked the payment to our system A status update was posted in our webpage for updates that is available *** You never replied to our email and update You filed a
chargeback and we quickly accepted to have them refund the money to your account Though no error on our part, thanks to the chargeback, we see that you used a different email address than the one posted in the order form. We would gladly complete the order you need, only ask that you reply to our emails and/or check the status of your order in our website, as per information provided in the old website when you made the order and also in the order confirmation email. We could do no more, without having payment confirmation information

I did not request to change email addresses. Most people can and do keep up with more than
one account and I have not received any further update to the one linked to the
order.
I understand the terms on your webpage. I paid the service fee of $+ tax and I also
marked the box to pay an extra $
dollars should you be able to expedite the service. I did not receive an acknowledgement to let me
know whether you could expedite and I did not receive an invoice to pay. If I had, I could have paid this long ago and
received my order.
I do not care about any of the services you listed as I did
not order them. I also do not appreciate
your nasty tone and find it pretty disgusting that this is your customer
service
I tried to file a DISPUTE and (shocking) I was unable to because
“the seller” is unable to respond to disputes.
Funny how you should try to get me to do something you probably know
full well can’t be resolved. I have filed a CLAIM. If you made no error on this order, I would
have received the invoice to let me know the service could be expedited. I did not.
I also paid for a document I have not received.
I would also have
thought that you would try to resolve this matter by making sure I received the
invoice or trying to find out why I didn’t.
OR, just getting me the document since it isn’t like months after the
fact is expedited, so I should owe nothing for this fee. Just refund the money
so I don’t have to waste any more of my time on this nonsense

I have uploaded a copy of what ANYONE can view on our Status Update webpage: *** As I mentioned in the previous message, everything regarding our payment process is described in the website PRIOR to the order being submitted. We even provide an email address where to send questions PRIOR to submitting an order, which many people do and make a decision afterwards. You did not do so and submitted the order accepting what we offer. Which is fine, just that we shouldn't be made at fault for anything deriving from the way the order was submitted. We also have been in contact with you via Status Updates (go by email AND are posted on our website, as visible to anyone as mentioned before - no private/order information is ever given there). As all mentions, you have never completed the required steps that we keep asking for and is in the invoice instructions. We cannot do any more on this order per state vital records laws, reason for those required documents. We have even emailed the consent form/instructions to you directly from emails outside of Status Updates. Nothing received nor letting us know that have been sent. The moment we receive all required documents and payments made, a certified/exemplified copy are obtained in a couple of business days at most. And the Legalizations you ordered also take another few business days, at most (many orders are even done within 24h). Though in your case, as previously-mentioned, China is not a country that accepts Apostilles, so that final step does take a few weeks to complete. Anyways, we have explained how we have not committed any errors on our part. We have provided proof and can provide much more, if needed. And is funny that you submit this "REJECTION & REQUEST FOR REFUND" when we already did so on DECEMBER ** per your email request to us. We have nothing left to do on this cancelled order, and proof can be provided of the *** refunds already submitted to you. I wanted to send a complete answer to this complaint, but mainly for other clients to see what has truly happened with this order. And always a pleasure to explain our payment process, estimated process times for both Tramita and the Vital Records Office (and for Legalizations, if needed), and any other questions that are needing an answer to. Again, TRAMITA LLC is part of the ZERTIFICA GROUP, which is practically the largest "company" in the world to provide the services we do, in so many countries. Happy Holidays!!

You will see that ORDER WAS COMPLETED & DELIVERED, but client never picked up the delivery In fact, is
now being sent back to *** as you can see We contacted the client providing that tracking number Client does not seem to have ever contacted *** to resolve their problem with the delivery This is not our fault. Client even filed a chargeback with the bank that goes through PayPal and we have provided proof of the order completion and delivery PayPal will soon reject the chargeback and notify the bank of the proof provided. Client is trying to blame us for errors committed on their side (not getting mail, not contacting USPS, etc) More proof can easily be provided, though just the tracking number is "more than enough" as quoted by ***

My order was placed 6/**/which is about weeks ago Your company has not provided me with the ordered certificate, despite me having made full payment weeks ago and having followed up many times Your company admits you have not sent me any product My repeated requests for updated order status were often ignored, but when responded to, provided "cut and paste" form letter saying peak delivery times could be up to week maximum It has now been over weeks and I still don't have the product I paid for nor a date when you intend to send itRegardless of any "terms" you have, charging a customer full price, failing to deliver the item months later (even outside the week tmaximum time promised) despite customer's repeat request, then refusing to provide a full refund is illegal Your policy is not consistent; you have offered me different partial refunds different times I have emailed It seems as a company, you are having difficulty even following your own terms I have requested, repeatedly, a full refund for product I have not received ordered weeks agoThis is not an unresonable request Without the certificate ordered, I have been unable to get a passport for weeks which has affected me beyond the money you refuse to refund me Please provide this immediately in good faithThank you.

Not sure why requesting a refund, when was already provided on *** Contact *** if having problems with the refund, and for proof of refund process We do not have control over your account with ***. Order created ***, *** Invoice *** emailed on *** to cover fees for
items on the order form Never paid We sent reminder to client and client requested refund, which we did as a courtesy No errors on our part, client simply did not pay what ordered on *** The refund was of our service fee, as the *** receipt clearly states, along with the webpage where the order form was completed. Order was cancelled and refunded on ***

believes already paid, why received invoice We replied with information that was in the website and especially on the webpage the order form was on Also how received multiple emails from Tramita and *** advising of pending payment We made no error on this order. Once invoice would have been paid, the order is reactivated If the client agrees, we will offer to waive the invoice fee, but being a private record state, we are still needing the consent form and valid photo ID (as per invoice instructions) so we can process this order If cannot find, we can send a new consent form to complete.
