These orders were our error In the process of changing our website and working database, there was a small group of orders not placed in the appropriate queues We located them all and were either refunded by client request or many were put back into process per client request
We did provide refunds on these orders as requested. We do apologize for this error and inconvience caused. We have no intent to "scam" anyone Tramita LLC is part of the "Zertifica Group", which has websites in many countries around the world, leaders in some We receive hundreds and hundreds of orders daily, and we will have errors unfortunately But we strive to do our best and resolve those problems in the best interest of our clients. Our new website, for example, is much more user-friendly, even allowing our clients to directly upload required documents and comments into their orders for faster processing. The rush fee is from our order form, where we charge a flat fee of $in the U.S. Client requested this service, as is available at the Vital Records Office. Client never paid invoice, order was never put back into process. Our website and the invoice clearly describe the payment process and order process. Our website shows "all over" that we are a 3rd Party Servicer, from the Welcome Page to the widget on the righthand side of EVERY webpage in our website. When they are taken to *** to pay our service fee, it states, "TRAMITA SERVICE FEE" (proof can be provided). It is extremely clear from our website, that we are not linked with any government agency. In fact, TRAMITA LLC is part of the "Zertifica Group", which is basically the largest -company- in the world to provide the services we do. We have websites in many countries, leaders in some. We even process orders in many countries that we do not have a website in, but still offer our experience and tools available to us to obtain these usually lengthy and difficult vital records, as most Vital Records Offices in the world, do not offer refunds and can be often difficult to obtain information from (automated menus, long waits, obsolete webpages, etc.). We made no errors on this order. Client simply did not read before submitting the order, never paid the invoice, nor reached us by email. Directly requested a refund through *** which was accepted with no dispute from our side

I saw this message and I am apalled that they would respond the way that they did. othersimilar complaints to ours is NOT a coincidentWe called their posted Tel number (no answer) we emailed repeatedly with inquiries (no answer) after talking with an affiliated company from another state ,I told them that I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, I went on the web to check again for Tramita LLC and the web site was goneI alsokept all the emails to prove my pointsFinally, where are the copies of our married certificate, since Nov 2015and we DO NOT have a copyWhere are notices at our home address about this delivery.

This order was an error on our part We sent a message to you advising of an error where the order was not placed in the correct queue We provided a full refund and offered to continue the order process waiving that service fee We never received a reply and have the order as
cancelled until possible client contact The offer still stands, we will obtain the vital record at no charge to you, but we need a response to complete the order. In regards to "previous Revdex.com history", we receive hundreds of orders and if you read the full complaint history, the majority of the complaints filed here are not our fault Usually either due to the client not providing documents per state law to complete the order and/or not paying the invoice for the services they requested on the order form We are not perfect, but at the moment they are less than "complaints" over the thousands of orders we have since we started in May 2015. Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, which has websites in many countries, leaders in some Errors will be made, but it is how we try to resolve those errors helps show that we only intend to complete the orders for these important vital records

Email sent to client previously about this issue:Thank you for your email.We received from our Customer Service your claim to refund the $Rush fee that was charged in your order of birth certificates + Apostille in one of the certificates.We would like to inform you that we have considered
