I am truly grateful to Aardvark Research Group for their excellent service regarding my request for a copy of my late Father's DD214. Even though it was determined by the National Personnel Records Center that the requested record was not in their files due to a major fire that occurred at the facility on July 12, 1973, they produced an equivalent NA Form *** verifying his military service. Despite the extra procedures, the turnaround time for my request was 7 days!

Though I had been advised that there could be problems in finding a copy of my father's DD214 (separation from the US Navy in 1954), Aardvark came through, providing me the documentation needed to pursue the different support programs to which Dad is entitled as a veteran. I needed this right away, to get my parents set up in their new retirement home while my own job(s) had reduced hours this summer. I have already had experience with trying to get answers directly from the Veterans Administration, where "free" is no use if getting an answer takes months of repeated phone calls. Aardvark's service was well worth the modicum of money spent.

Aardvark Research Group’s website was very easy to use and get the information to them that they needed to research my DD-214’s. Their turn around time, for my request, was within 1 week. I’m very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them if you need your DD-214 information quickly. The other advantage is you get as many official printable copies as you want for only the one fee.

I received the e-mailed copies very quickly and the certified copies in the mail actually faster than I expected. Since I could not find the original DD214s from when I retired from the U.S. Navy on September 30, 1993, this was the fastest way I could find to get the copies I needed.

They said probably 7 business days and they were right on the money. If you need a document in a hurry I highly recommend Aardvark. By the way I never leave reviews

My recent interaction with the Aardvark Research Group was above and beyond in taking care of my request. My request was a little unusual in that I was in the Navy for a six year enlistment and the Navy had me Honorably Discharged and reenlisted after only three years for another 6 years while they sent me to Purdue University. ( signing bonus and all). I did not realize until recently that my final discharge from the Navy and subsequent enlistment in the Army did not reflect all my service time.
Unusual situation; however, their office sent messages to me on three separate occasion to ensure exactly what was needed. My request indicated I wanted all three DD214’s but all I really wanted was the missing first three years. When all was done, I received an email showing all my Navy information on PDF downloads and shortly afterwards the hard copies by mail.
The first three communication were done to ensure I received what I wanted . Those communications were from Paul initially and then Jason. A follow up email with my PDF DD214’s from Eva. A letter accompanying the mailed copies was from Clifford. Wow, communication from four different individuals in the same company and all of them were courteous, friendly, obviously professional and patient. Just excellent. ***.
