Warranty no good
The Company Did a good job on fixing my foundation, BUT it has been imposable to get them to return my emails or phone calls to have them come back out to fix the problem. THEIR WARRENTY is not worth the paper it was written on. have been try to make contact with them for almost 2 years and have got nothing but the run around, if I even get an answer.

Hello Your warranty is from Abry Brothers, Nashville which is a franchise of the Abry Brothers Structural Solutions Since The contract is officially signed by Brian [redacted] who SOLELY RESIDES IN TN I can appreciate your frustration and your discourage with the company however Abry Brothers Houston can not assist in repairs since logistically we are not able to perform there We do NOT have the permits or licensing to perform work in TN only in HoustonThank you for your time and patience,Sincerely,Mia D

Revdex.com [redacted] Please look into the date this complaint has been sent I received in June and NOT in May Unfortunately, the LA office has closed down and so the Houston office is assisting with the warranty calls We send a crew out every 3-months to assist with the repairs neededOur last trip was on June 20th and will be scheduling the next one either in September or October I will add your information in the system so that you will be called to confirm appointment beforehandNow, I do see that you had crawlspace adjustment and piers installed ONLY the pierswill be under warranty So if you are having concerns with the inner part of your homethan mostly likely it will be the crawlspace are that s needing repaired I recommenda local company to take care of those repairsThank you for your patience and consideration and I will be in touch soon with a date and timeSincerely, Mia D

Don't use Abry Brothers had Work done August work not done correctly according to contract They came back a second time after several calls work partially done Had someone from Abry who remeasured the house said job needed to be completely redone Have been trying to get them back out since Ocyober with no results Keep making calls and get no results Can't believe this company has been in business as long as they say they have with these results looking at what my options are am retired and can't throw $away
