Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The company's crew arrived and removed the rock facing on the fireplace We noticed that the weight from the rock facing falling forward has damaged the fire box and the concrete block wall, by pulling down and loosening the concrete blocks as well as the mortar I am awaiting further information from the company as to what they are going to do to repair the damage done Regards,

Had work done in 2014, having issues again. I called the number on the warranty and they said 5 years is good for the work. When I inquired about the warranty the lady said her company is in Houston and cannot be held liable for the work warranty. I asked if it was a franchise, she replied yes but didn't divulge the owner of the name Abry Brothers Structural Solutions since 1840. Basically the open a place promise a warranty then skip town after shoddy work is done.
