Dear Revdex.com,We did not cancel. We have no phone record of any phone calls made to Abry Brothers on July 31.I do have phone records between July 27 – 30, my husband called 6 times leaving messages, requesting a call back.  Aug 1, he called 2 times requesting a call back.  NO ONE WOULD TALK TO US.On July 28, 1219pm, my husband called and left a voicemail message with Abry Brothers stating, since the Owner will not return our calls and we can not get the necessary paperwork for [redacted] and insurance, he suggested the return of our deposit, no harm no foul, we walk away.   Please call to discuss.This was not a cancellation.How can a well-established company accept a so called “cancellation” of a $125,000 job by VOICEMAIL and make no attempt to contact the Cus[redacted]er?This must be a scam.  No legitimate company would accept such an action without response.  We request that our deposit of $10,000 be returned.

Don't use Abry Brothers had Work done August 2015 work not done correctly according to contract They came back a second time after several calls work partially done Had someone from Abry who remeasured the house said job needed to be completely redone Have been trying to get them back out since Ocyober 2015 with no results Keep making calls and get no results Can't believe this company has been in business as long as they say they have with these results looking at what my options are am retired and can't throw $7000 away

working with my General Contractor here to see when the best time we can come out there. I do not have a date just yet but we are working on the date.  I have looked over your account and see that we have adjusted your property on a few different days. Not sure why this has not been finished yet. Did they leave your property with out completing the work? I see that in 2014 you needed to have more piers put in. You are incorrect in your info.  I had the repair done that was recommended. And, as the parent company, I would hope that you would be concerned in trying to come to a conclusion to this that fair for both of us, rather than just making excuses.  If you have no desire to make this right as evident by your response to my complaint, then I guess this will need to be resolved by legal action.  I believe that I have been more than patient and understanding.  You have done nothing except avoid your responsibility of honoring a warranty that your company has advertised and presented to me in writing from the Houston (home) office.
