Both of the warranty calls have been out of the TN office and signed by them.  Houston does NOT have the capabilities of working on your home.  Houston Abry would not have committed to your warranty because of  that reason.  Yes, at times when the Nashville's phones were...

rolled over to us then you would have spoken to a Houston person and of course they would have indicated that the warranty is lifetime.  But we are not made aware of that offices  future plans.  I can understand your frustration but also you must understand that logistically we are not capable of doing anything. I appreciate your time and consideration, Sincerely, Mia D.

Hello, When I initially spoke to him he indicated his concerns were specifically on another part of home.  He believed that we warrantied his entire home rather than the areas were worked on.  So I did not add him to the Nashville list of customers to be seen.Mr. Hughes then called...

back and spoke to another lady in the office but this time explained that his concerns were on the areas we worked on.  So Mr. Hughes is wanting us to come out and review his home knowing that his concern is not under our warranty.   The Nashville location has closed down and that is a completely different company than the Houston location.  Abry Brothers Houston is not obligated or bound by that company to perform any work yet we are more than willing to assist with the warranty concerns for that location as much as we can possibly can.  Even though we've been able to hire a contractor in the past to do some inspections, I do not have that option at this point.  Never the less, [redacted] concerns are actually not in the areas we have worked on and we should not be required to come out.  I appreciate your time and consideration and recommend this complaint be resolved and closed.  Thank you for your time and consideration,Mia D.

I am still not satisfied with Abry brother's work. Although they agreed to reduce my bill, they damaged the back porch slab even more and is now beyond repair. It will have to be totally replaced now. In addition, there was additional damage to the asphalt at the end of the driveway and deep ruts along side the driveway when they tried to back their trucks into the driveway. The [redacted] never addressed these issues with me and upon completion of this last effort, never called for me to check out the job and I live just next door and was at home at the time. He reported to you that the job was within an half inch of level, but it was never shown to me on their compulevel. When he felt the job was complete, he packed up and left without even as much as a phone call. Also, it rained pretty heavily that day and there was mess left everywhere. I took a common six foot brick level and checked out the house myself and it is no where near that 1/2 inch he claims. I am in the process now of having another PROFESSIONAL leveler come out and will have the exact numbers for you soon. please do not hesitate to pass this information along to them, but I feel that there can be no resolution to this matter without them replacing the back porch slab completely, repairing the driveway and properly leveling this house. They have been out here now three times and the third time was definitely NOT a charm!

We were speaking and working with the homeowner prior to them having the repairs but they chose to use another company even after we told them the warranty would be voided.  He is not owed anything but we are willing to offer him an amount as good will. All areas crawlspace and exterior pilings are not holding up.  they have not held up well since the installation.  After calling and getting an adjustment in the past that still did not fix the problem I had assumed that I basically have been ripped-off.  I have been in need of an adjustment since installation and am in need of a PROPER adjustment at this time.  I hope that you have intentions of honoring your warranty as it was the basis of my decision to purchase your services.  If not then your warranty is not worth the paper that it is printed on.  Hopefully, you can see that it was never properly installed to start with and understand my frustration in this matter as I can't seem to reach your company by phone.

You have not received a “complaint resolved” note because I have still not received a check. Are you communicating with Abry? On 3/28 they claimed that they did not know that I had accepted their offer and that they would now send a check… now 4/10 and still no check. Complaint is not resolved. [redacted]

 Your last crew I do not count as they only made it worse. (The cracks in foundation and walls and back door would notopen0 I believe it was Feb 2016 when I got Revdex.com involved.   I am not happy.  [redacted]

Abry did nothing to resolve the problem. 8 months after the complaint was made they offered to clean up the problem. 8 months! I have already paid to have it cleaned up independent of them. Really the current offer to clean up now is suspect, they promised to take care of it twice previously and never showed.  Please do not clear the complaint just because they have contacted me, they did nothing regarding the original problem.

This complaine should not be closed because nothing has happened.This issue with Abry Brothers has not been addressed. They kept changing the date they were going to come out and now they are trying to say their [redacted] has been closed .I expect Abry brother's to honor their warranty and keep the promise they made in their previous emails that they sent through Revdex.com. Now they re saying they are coming August 2016 instead of July 2016 and I expect it to happen. I expect them to come to my house and see what n[redacted]s to be done and fix the problem that was caused by Abry Brothers Foundation & Structural Solutions and the work that I hired Abry Borthers to do in the first place; which I paid them $25,997 to do the work April 2014.
