Abry Brothers Foundation Repair

The owner of Abry Brothers wet with a crew on Tuesday June 6th and spent entire day adjusting the home as needed.  He also offered $1000.00 as good will.  Customer was very pleased at the end of the day.Please assist in closing this complain as it has been remedied. Thank you, Mia D.

I can appreciate your frustration and your discourage with the company however Abry Brothers Houston can not assist in repairs since logistically we are not able to perform there.  We do NOT have the permits or licensing to perform work in TN only in Houston. Abry Brothers Houston can offer you an amount in good will of $1000 and that is all that we can do since we did not gain from your job in the first place.  And in reality the pilings are all that is under TN warranty.  The crawlspace was only warrantied for 2 years.  Thank you for your time and patience, Sincerely,

The company's crew arrived and removed the rock facing on the fireplace.   We noticed that the weight from the rock facing falling forward has damaged the fire box and the concrete block wall,  by pulling down and loosening the concrete blocks as well as the mortar.  I am awaiting further information from the company as to what they are going to do to repair the damage done.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]  I am not satisfied because I have received this same response since August last year and have yet to see anyone come out.  My husband and I have both waited at the house for a visit from the production manager or anyone else from Abry Brothers on numerous occasions with no show every time.  I would rather a refund of what I paid instead of waiting for the production manager to be a repeated no show once again.  If they would like to discuss my request, they have my number from the too-many-times-to-count messages I have left for unanswered return phone calls.
