Hello, I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied but we have made attempts to have a crew, which traveled for Houston, come and do the necessary repairs but you have refused for them. Abry Brothers Houston is assisting only with the warranty since the Louissiana and Longview offices closed down. We will inform you of our next available date that our crew will be in your area. The TN Abry Brothers did close down last year. All locations are not owned by the same person. The warranty was given by that location and we are in Houston TX. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Mia D

I am still waiting to see if they will honor their warrantyI have had to make numerous phone calls because they will not call me back as promised.I finally reached someone with the company and they set up an appointment to fix the problem on Tuesday, November 17, Since they have no-showed before, were late the second time, and the only communication has been initiated by me, I will call them to confirm on Friday, November 13, AND Monday, November 16, I cannot afford to close my business for another no-showI would like to keep this complaint open until the warranty is honored and my foundation is repaired satisfactorily

No I have not received a check from Abry Brothers

WE SPECIFICALLY HAVE THE RECORDING OF THE DAY THAT THE CUS***ER CANCELLED THE JOB. THE SALESMAN TRIED TO SAVE THE CONTRACT BUT NO REASON WAS GIVEN. IM CAN APPRECIATE YOUR FRUSTRATION HOWEVER YOU KNOW EVERYTHING WAS PROVIDED WHEN ASKED. EVEN THE ATTORNEY FOR THE CUS***ERS WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD VERBALLY CANCELLED 1-DAY BEFORE START DATE. THERE IS NOTHING ELSE ABRY BROTHERS CAN DO

IT ABSOULUTELY MAKES NO SENSE WHY A COMNPANY WOULD PREFER TO JUST KEEP THE $10,DEPOSIT RATHER THAN DOING THE WHOLE JOB FOR $125,000. THIS IS COMMON SENSE. NO ONE WOULD PASS THAT UP. THIS IS HOW YOUR SIDE OF THE STORY SOUNDS.......WAY TOO MANY HOLES! THERE IS NOTHING ELSE WE HAVE TO VERSIFY OR DISCUSS.Tell us why here

I have been more than understanding and patient. You have avoided my calls, emails and, avoided contact with me when I traveled to Houston to try to come to some conclusion to this that would be in both of our best interests. I believe that you have no desire to deal with your responsibilities except to make excuses as to why you (a company that has been in business years according to your advertisement) don't want to take action to honor your written warranty. I guess the only action that I can take at this point will be legal. I guess I will see you in court. Unless you try to avoid that as well which seems to be the way you operate.

Regards,Yes they finally came out and did the work on 10/28/Work seems to be satisfactory for nowI'm still disturbed at their lack of customer service because the workers dumped their "trash" on my property in the woodsFor example, they dumped bags of ruined concrete, a broken pallet and multiple busted up piersThey also swept off their trailer into our drivewayI finally received a phone call from mark the president on MondayHe apologized and said they would be out Tuesday to pick up their trashI've texted him back to find out why they didn't come and still no answerThat to me is not a closed case.
