Our technician explained what he was going to do to check out our furnace. He estimated how long it would take, no one had done that in the past. He brought filters for our furnace and the humidifier. Upon leaving we discussed the dirt in the filters, not too bad.
I mentioned that we had had furnace troubles several years ago and how it was quickly resolved. We both agreed that belaire takes great care of their long term customers.

I had to have an emergency repair to my AC on one of the hottest days of the year. My call to Bel-Aire ended up in a phone message box which indicated a tech would return my call. I was a bit skeptical, but within 1/2 hour Bill L. called me back and headed to my home. He very quickly diagnosed the problem after listening carefully to my account of events. He made the repairs explaining clearly and simply the symptoms and cause. He did not leave until he was sure every thing was working. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. An excellent overall experience.

I usually am provided service by Dave T. who does a nice job and is very pleasant to do with. Great company. Have had to use emergency service in the past and they really do arrive quickly.
We had our air conditioner serviced by Bill L. from Bel-Aire Heating & Air Conditioning. Bill was extremely courteous and professional. He took his time to make sure we were extremely happy with the service call and got it up and running perfectly. We could not have been happier with his service.

He performed the work I had requested and upon completion reviewed the work that he had accomplished. Great worker and was proud of his company. They should be proud of him as well!
