Bill came to our house 2 times to help with a whistling noise that we had from a new furnace that we had installed. Both times he was very courteous and professional - going above and beyond to address the problem. He had to get parts 2 different times and spent over 4 hours at our house resolving our issue to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend him and Bel Aire for your heating and cooling needs. I will keep his card handy for any future work that we made need. After he left we had no more whistling noises and he even checked our air conditioner even though it had been a service call for our furnace .
Bel-Aire Heating is a solid company, with competent, trustworthy employees. We have used their services for 10 plus years and their technician Nate has always provided us with excellent service for our yearly furnace/AC tune ups.
Bill L came to inspect and repair a rusted pipe on the hot water heat at a home that was recently purchased . It was discovered that the pipe was steel and not compatible with copper so a repair would involve replacement of the steel pipe with copper. A further inspection by Bill confirmed that all the the other baseboard heaters were similar. All would be subject to significant rusting (that is now clearly visible) and leaking with would result in significant home damage. Bill and his supervisor determined that a repair now would be the best choice and save on home repairs in the near future. I appreciate the evaluation and look forward the having the work done. Belaire Heating has always been my choice and I have confidence that all will be done correctly. Bill is a great example of their experienced service team.
BelAire Heating and Air Conditioning is a top of the line company. I always request Keith K[redacted] to do our maintenance in the Spring and Fall. He is very professional and knows the equipment. Lisa G[redacted] is an asset to the service department. She always handles our problems and maintenance appointments very professionally. When our air conditioner went out in 90 degree weather I was amazed at the speed and team work to get it fixed quickly as possible. Thank You to everyone on the team at this company.
I give Bel-Aire the highest marks for service, quality, value and professionalism. Three years ago, I needed the furnace replaced at my lake house and asked neighbors who they recommend. Bel-Aire topped the list. Let's face it, we all work hard for our money and want to spend it wisely. Choosing the right people to install and service a furnace is a big decision. It is a major investment in one's home and requires careful consideration. The job at my house was challenging because I wanted the furnace mounted on the ceiling in the basement to allow for more space. Bel-Aire exceeded my expectations. Larry, Dave, Kieth and all the service professionals at Bel-Aire are top notch--courteous, knowledgeable, highly skilled and trained, and all around good people. This includes the friendly folks who answer the phone and schedule appointments. When a service professional comes to my home, the first thing he does after greeting me with a smile is put on protective shoe covers. They are all careful and always leave my place neat and clean. I feel in good hands with Bel-Aire because I am. In these uncertain times--along with challenging weather situations--it gives me great peace of mind to know I can depend on Bel-Aire. And so can you.
