Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolvedOn September 16, I did send an email to eVerify.com saying that my address and family member's name were no longer appearing in the Address Search sectionHowever, a few days later, I saw that the information was appearing againI then sent another email to eVerify.comI do not know if [redacted] read this email since she does not reference it in her responseAs of this writing, I see that my address and family member's name is no longer appearing in the Address Search section[redacted] states that she and I have emailed each otherAll my correspondence was addressed to and signed by someone named ***, not [redacted] However, I assume [redacted] read the emails.My removal request took over five months--much, much longer than days.If my family's information appears again on eVerify.com, I will contact them againRegards, [redacted] ***

To Whom It May Concern, After careful review of the account in question, I can see that the customer had previously requested a custom search from our support department. One of our dedicated search experts performed research on behalf of the customer in attempts to find... additional information on the subject of her.. The customer then sent several emails over the next three hours, on the 28th of February expressing displeasure in her results and requesting full account refunds. That same day on February 28th, 2017 our customer support team canceled and issued a full refund on the account in question and emailed the customer to inform them of these actions. We ask you please allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to process. I believe this matter was fully resolved by our customer support department before anyone could investigate the BBB complaint that was filed. If this customer had given the department adequate time to help them, I believe they would have been satisfied.
