Please tell them to put on the robot.txt on the *** *** page. They can do this, I can not. It is there responsibility as the web site owner to not allow it to index. If I had control of their servers I could. This shows my age and I'm trying to get a new job and age as older is not good a thing to let potential employers know as well as it could lead to identity theft. While we do our best to maintain updated databases on public information, none of that information is derived from opt out requests. I wish to reiterate, we DO NOT publish any information that is sent to us for an opt out request. This information is ONLY USED to remove information. Please note that it can take up to thirty days to process a request due to the large number of requests we receive daily. While our team did work hard to try and retrieve the information on this License Plate/VIN search, our experts were unable to uncover any information and therefore refunded this customer's purchase in full.If you were unable to find information on a license plate or VIN, it may be because these records are currently protected by the DPPA ([redacted]). The law prohibits some information on vehicles to be made public.We collect our data from a variety of sources, including court houses, white page databases, vital records registries, social networks, archives and other public sources. Our records have all been collected from public data and may contain some inaccuracies.  Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee full or accurate information for every single name, phone number or license plate because publicly available information varies. Since this customer has already received a full refund of their $4.95 purchase, I believe this resolves the issue. To whomever it may concern, After careful review of the account in question, I can see that it has already been previously canceled and a full refund of $14.95 issued to the customer, as of February 6th 2017. Please allow 3-5 business days for this refund to fully process back to the method of...

As a public records company, eVerify.com does not create nor verify data, and is at the mercy of state and national privacy laws.
