To Whom It May Concern,   After careful review of the account in question, I can see that the customer had previously requested a custom search from our support department.  One of our dedicated search experts  performed research on behalf of the customer in attempts to find...

additional information on the subject of her.. The customer then sent several emails over the next three hours, on the 28th of February expressing displeasure in her results and requesting full account refunds. That same day on February 28th, 2017 our customer support team canceled and issued a full refund on the account in question and emailed the customer to inform them of these actions. We ask you please allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to process. I believe this matter was fully resolved by our customer support department before anyone could investigate the Revdex.com complaint that was filed. If this customer had given the department adequate time to help them, I believe they would have been satisfied. As always [redacted] is a public records site and as such we are at the mercy of state and federal privacy laws. More than one day to comply is unacceptable. Are there really that many citizens/civilians being affected by the scams/extortion acts that this merchant and its affiliates are running across the world wide web?  More than one business day to resolve this matter (a fundamental point and click task) is ludicrous.This merchant's failure to comply, own and escalate a matter brought to the merchant's attention, and the Revdex.com serving Eastern Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island and Vermont, that involves blatant criminal activities that include, but are not limited to fraud, extortion, scams, libel against me/my family (and as the merchant has pointed out) many other citizens/civilians is deplorable.  This matter needs resolve within the next 24 business hours.Also didn't see a response/reply from the merchant regarding (2) Contact their affiliates/partners/associates/confidants and inform them to do the same immediately and indefinitely.

Customers are actually asked to click on a box agreeing to the monthly fee before they are allowed to reach the checkout page.We never received...

any cancellation requests from this customer until 7/12/2015. I will have to recommend this customer to the billing provider, [redacted]. They are a third party billing provider that we were working with at the time that this customer made their purchase. To Whomever This May Concern, I sent the affiliate who owns that site another message asking about the link that [redacted] provided. The affiliate has informed me that this has been removed. [redacted] may have to clear the cache on their web browser to ensure that they are viewing the most current version of the webpage, especially if they have viewed that particular page many times. Thank you. Sincerely,[redacted].Customer Support Manager

For the record, the trial period was initiated in the late afternoon hours of July 20th.  The charge came out of my account at 11:18 pm CST on the 24th.  To say that customers will receive 5 full business days of access is deceptive. Other businesses that I have dealt with stand by their advertising.  Thank you for my refund.
