To whom it may concern, After careful review of the account in question, I can see the only correspondence between *** and the customer was on March 10th of when the customer contacted in regards to the rebills they had found on their accountThe Customer Support
representative, who took the call canceled and refunded all the monthly rebills during their conversationHowever, there had been no other contact initiated by the customer prior to this dateI have also taken careful review of the customer's search history and discovered that the customer had successfully run many searches during the trial period of their accountAll customers must agree to the terms twice at the checkout which clearly outline the rebill will continue if the trial is not canceled in the original days of activationWe also clearly state that all information is derived from public sources and we do not create or verify the accuracy of dataYou can also always conveniently find these terms and conditions here: http://***/3/Terms_and_Conditions.html I believe this resolves the issue Best, *** * Customer Support Manager

I still feel that this company is operating a scam by 'piggybacking' on the name of a known government program to lure the unwary (such as myself) into clicking on their website. Further, nothing on the webpage where I chose this service indicated that I would also be signed up for a $MONTHLY service in addition to my $one-time service. These tactics have been repeatedly censured by the ***, often resulting in large fines to the companies engaging in them. Since the Revdex.com is not charged with regulating this behavior, I will take this portion of my complaint to the *** for further action
