To whomever it may concern: After careful review of the freebackgroundcheck.org account in question, I have found that the account was refunded in full on December 12th when we received an email from the customer in regards to the monthly billing charges. Upon trying to return the call, our support...

department was unable to reach the customer. However we did issue refunds on the full account. Additionally, an email was sent to the customer confirming both the cancel and the refund of the account. The customer can find these confirmations in their inbox. This customer signed up for freebackgroundcheck.org subscription services on 10/28/2016 and we never received any cancellation requests from them. The billing terms are clearly outlined under our Terms of Service: http://new-members.freebackgroundcheck.org/customer/termsalways directly available at freebackgroundcheck.org I believe this should resolve the issue. data and may contain some inaccuracies. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee full or accurate information for every single name, phone number or address because publicly available information varies.   Vital records can be incomplete for a variety of reasons. Sometimes records can be incomplete as a result of being passed from one vital registry to another. Many counties have different rules and regulations regarding vital registry information. There are still many counties that do not allow the viewing of digital vital records data.   After careful review of the complaint, I can see that this customer contacted our support team via email. Our ticket system indicates that one of our dedicated representatives replied to this customer concern within 24 hours.    It should be noted that the customer received many results on the premium report that they ordered. However, since the specific information they were looking for was not found, one of our representatives refunded this customer in full on November 22, 2017.   As our billing processors only require 5 business days to process refunds, the customer should have already received their refunds for $4.95 and $19.95.   I believe this resolves the issue. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. On September 16, I did send an email to eVerify.com saying that my address and family member's name were no longer appearing in the Address Search section. However, a few days later, I saw that the information was appearing again. I then sent another email to eVerify.com. I do not know if [redacted] read this email since she does not reference it in her response. As of this writing, I see that my address and family member's name is no longer appearing in the Address Search section.[redacted] states that she and I have emailed each other. All my correspondence was addressed to and signed by someone named [redacted], not [redacted]. However, I assume [redacted] read the emails.My removal request took over five months--much, much longer than 30 days.If my family's information appears again on eVerify.com, I will contact them again. I believe if they had given our team a chance, we would have been able to find the information the customer was searching for along with any additional information that the customer may be interested in. In their email to our customer support team, the customer was very clear that they wanted a refund and the support team immediately refunded the $2.95 and cancelled the account. I'm sorry, but I do not understand why my information is still appearing in search results. I have had the search done on another computer with a different IP address and the information still appears. I have not had this problem with any other site, my information has always been removed.
