To Whomever This May Concern,These links all lead to a 404 page. It's possible that [redacted] may need to clear the cache on their browser to ensure they are viewing the most updated version of the website.Thank you.Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Support Manager

To Whomever This May Concern, I would like to first acknowledge that [redacted] is not and has never been one of our customers. We do have an opt out process, with thorough instructions posted here: [redacted]I have checked with our Opt Out Department and they have...

never received an opt out request from [redacted]. Information removal is a service we provide free of charge but we do adhere to a process. That said, I have checked InfoPages.com and cannot find a listing for [redacted]. As such, I believe this issue is resolved. However, if [redacted] is seeing their name listed on the website, I would appreciate a link so that I can have the appropriate department investigate. Thank you. Sincerely,[redacted].Customer Support Manager

To Whomever This May Concern, [redacted] emailed our support team asking for their court records to be removed. [redacted]'s request was never denied but because we do not own these affiliate sites, we had to ask the owners of these sites to remove [redacted]'s court records. I have investigated the email...

that [redacted] sent and I believe all of the court records were removed. [redacted] is welcome to get in touch with us if [redacted] believe that not all of the court records were removed. On file, I have the following links from [redacted]
[redacted]
[redacted]
I believe this resolves the issue as [redacted] is not our customer and only requested a free of charge courtesy opt out from our affiliates. Thank you. Sincerely,[redacted].Customer Service Manager

To Whomever This May Concern,First, I would like to inform the Revdex.com that [redacted] is not and never has been a customer of ours.I have investigated [redacted]'s complaint thoroughly. She requested an opt out on 10/12 which was granted to her within a matter of days. Our policy is to remove...

within 30 days but [redacted]'s opt out was expedited. I have reviewed all of [redacted]'s correspondence with [redacted] and can see that [redacted] responded to [redacted]'s concerns with detailed instructions on how to have her information removed. Then, [redacted] removed the information for [redacted]. I believe this resolves the issue.Thank you.Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear Revdex.comThank you so much for all your help I truly think this company either doesn't understand the ramification of their actions or they are just playing a game with people. I sent numerous Cease and Desist and they ignored. Now after trying all different venues I am forced to take legal actions. Thank you to Revdex.com for all your help

To Whomever This May Concern, It should be noted that Mr. [redacted] has never sent us a proper Opt Out Request. All websites include instructions for opting out public information. This is a courtesy service that we offer for free to any interested party.  However, I did ask one of...

our data removal agents to email Mr. [redacted] to inquire on his request to remove his speeding ticket violations and any other public information that might be concerning to him.  I believe this resolves the issue.  Thank you. Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
The merchant's canned response to a broken opt out process is appalling and an attempt to deflect from the white-collar cybercrime issue.   (1) I am the ONLY person in TEXAS with my naming convention.  (2) Entering the unique identifiers (First Name, Middle Name/Initial, Last Name, State) for my record(s) and honoring my request is a fundamental task that the merchant can easily perform. This is once again blatant business misconduct, willful negligence and the merchant/affiliate(s)/associate(s) must be held accountable for civilian/citizen criminal acts that include but are not limited to extortion, scam, fraud, false representation, deceit, libel, identity theft, reckless endangerment... for starters. If the merchant can't honor my request to remove/purge my information from their/ their affiliate's/their associate's/their confidant's website(s), database(s), search engine(s), index(es) TODAY,  next steps will involve IC3.gov, Texas Attorney General, and others prior to taking up additional formal next steps.Honor my request immediately merchant and advise on the timeline to complete the task today.

Accucom, affiliates, and representatives:I am writing this letter in response to the letter I received from [redacted] on Accucom's behalf. The letter states I indicated I was satisfied with the outcome of this complaint. To provide clarification, I am not satisfied with the outcome. I requested the actions below to be taken in the Revdex.com complaint. The company agreed to remove the information with the disclaimer of their terms and conditions for their customers. Those terms leave the door open for this to happen again, it.e. the data may reappear and Accucom will blame the unnamed vendor. I will only find out when I get rejected for housing IF the housing agency relies on your companies services. I do not have the money to undue the damage (missed employment opportunities, housing opportunities, etc.) this way of doing business your company has chosen. Nor do I have the money to pay for random checks to see if this data is reappearing as stated in your responses to these types of problems.Clarification of the Requested Actions from the Revdex.com complaint.Provide a written and notarized statement including the following:Guarantee that the data in question reported does not reappear on any of your company sites.Provide the name of the organization that provided your company with the data in question.[redacted]

I only needed the trial period and within one hour I cancelled my membership after I found the information I needed.  I did try and put the complaint into [redacted], but your company name populated when I typed it into the Revdex.com.

To whomever it may concern,I wish to inform the Revdex.com that the customer subscribed to our trial service for $2.95 which provides 5-days unlimited search pass to RecordsFinder.com. Any data presented as a result of these searches is derived from records that are not in the control of RecordsFinder.com. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee full or accurate information for every single name, phone number or address because publicly available information varies. Records may be missing or incomplete for a variety of reasons including state restrictions.Hence, RecordsFinder.com also provides optional purchasing of premium data  as an added value to our services. These premium reports come from a different data partner which is why we require the extra fee of only $19.95. Premium reports are completely optional and customers do not have to purchase them. We simply offer them as a convenient addition to our regular services. Customers may still run as many searches as they want within the RecordsFinder.com unlimited member's area. I believe this resolves your issue. Thank you.Sincerely,[redacted] P.Assistant Customer Support Manager

To whomever it may concern, I sincerely apologize for the technical problem the customer experienced on ReversePhoneCheck.com. The customer contacted our Support Team via email. Our ticket system indicates that our billing processor replied to this customer concern within 24 hours and refunded and...

cancelled the customer’s account. The account was fully cancelled and refunded on 11/17/2017. The refund will be placed back on the customer’s account within 3-5 business days. Sincerely, Ashley P. Assistant Customer Support Manager

To Whomever This May Concern, I wish to inform the Revdex.com that [redacted] is not an InfoTracer customer and never has been. I have spoken with our Opt Out Department and they inform me that [redacted]'s request to remove public information from InfoTracer.com was completed on November 12th. I believe if...

[redacted] had given our team the proper amount of time to grant their request, it would have been handled to [redacted]'s satisfaction. Our team generally works very fast to remove requests for public information removal but we do ask that anyone making a request gives us at least 14 business days to grant their request. This is a courtesy service we offer free of charge for anyone who would like to have their public information removed from our website. Our Opt Out Policy can be easily accessed here: [redacted]
I did personally check the link that [redacted] submitted and there is no information there. I would ask [redacted] to clear the cache on their browser to ensure they are viewing the most up to date version of the website.I believe this resolves the issue. Thank you. Sincerely,[redacted] R.Customer Support Manager
