We have issued another credit as a courtesy

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Tech support is not neededThe product does not work at allThe screen on the digital picture frame only flashes colors, there is no menu and the buttons on it do nothingThere was a piece of paper packed with it with a manufacture contact numberI tried contacting them firstAfter trying to get the product for months I figured Ace Depot was not going to help with a product issueThe number on the piece of paper was telemarketing! After listening to all the specials for minutes the line goes deadI'm sure you can understand my frustration at this point.It was after that call when I contacted Ace Depot to return the itemI was sent an RMA number weeks after my requestI was also told there was a 25% restocking fee and I'd have to pay for return shippingWhy is there a restocking fee for a defective item?Again, I was sent an item that was different than what I ordered and it did not workI want to be refunded the amount of this order, $ Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My time is precious, I'm not going to continue playing game with Acedepot people.I want a UPS RETURN SHIPPING LABEL to return the printer to you guys, any loyal, respectful company that care for their name and value customers would've sent a return shipping label a long time ago but, you guys are playing gameWhy should I pay to return the printer back to you? SEND ME THE LABEL !!!! [redacted]

We already spoke to this customer by phone and sending them a return label--this was resolved7/

Customer ASKED US to send the replacement NOW refuses to returnNo refund is due

Item was return and was subject to legitimate restocking fees which are non-refundable as per our return policy

we have already sent this customer a NO CHARGE replacement on 3/and it will arrive in 3-days

I was not sent the correct partAs I have told the business it is not compatible with my modelI will not close this complaint until the business sends me a prepaid return shipping label and I receive a full refund

This was already handled via Amazon, case is closed

I am rejecting this response because: I ordered this item on 8/12/ I got an email on 8/17/that the item was shipped! We never got it On Friday 8/28/Chris told me himself that the item shipped and I was going to get it Monday or Tuesday! Again, I did not get it I called UPS and they said the label was in fact printed on 8/17/15, but they never received the item, so it never shipped So Chris lied that it was shipped So I spoke to him again on 9/10/and he said it was shipped and I will get it in a few days Funny when I checked the tracking number, once again there was NO activity on it NOTHING was shipped Then I got an message from you regarding the complaint on 9/10/15, saying that he said it had shipped, and I checked the tracking and LO AND BEHOLD, he shipped something to me out of Saddle Brook, NJ @ 8:29pm!!!!! Says it is scheduled to be delivered Friday 9/18/15, not days like he just said!!!! He just lied again!I would BET that this also is the incorrect item that he shipped If it was the correct item, they would have shipped it long ago When I was on the phone with him on 9/10/15, I told him that I didn't need the item and I just want my REFUND! So, what does he do.....he ships "something"!He is a scammer, and whatever he shipped, if it's wrong, he will be charging me a restocking charge That is what all of his horrible reviews say about him He lies, and lies, and says one thing after another.I just want my refund

Now I think you do not want any ownership of the equipmentWhy am I not allowed to send the equipment back? I have already sent you the cash register, what will you do now? We shipped customer as ordered, customer contacted months after they placed order

As we have already explained and emailed no restock fee will apply

Customer refused delivery---we gave every option to take the delivery --we even offered to pay for the lift gate--she declinedAll of our policies were made present PRIOR to purchase as they are located right on our site and the terms and conditions that were checked off upon checkout

We made no such "threat" we simply explained our publically pre-sale viewed return policy which they were aware of

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I advised acedepot.com that I no longer wanted this item due to the lack of response and unprofessionalism displayedIn order to receive a response I had to lodge a complaint through the Revdex.com and when I have purchased a product, putting trust in a business that is just unacceptableI do not want the product I want a full refund of product price and shipping cost refunded back to the debit card used to pay for it Regards, [redacted]
