I am rejecting this response because:
I received the recent response from AceDepot and would like to refute the comments from this business.  I was informed that I would be emailed right away the copy of the credit that was supposedly put through to my credit card company in August.  In fact the woman I spoke with when I called back informed me that [redacted] was in the process of emailing me when I was speaking with her! I had already called my credit card company and was infomed that they never recieved any credit from AceDepot.  I did inform AceDepot of this.  I was also never told that this process would take 2-3 days. If that is the case, then I should receive an email today with this information.

Customer is not explaining the entire situation, customer returned TWO one was already refunded the other was returned USED, damaged , Missing accessories ( customer claimed to be sending missing accessories -never sent )  We can issue a refund minus 50% restock fees or wait till all other...

accessories are sent and credit minus the agreed restock fee of 30%  The customer is committing some very important information.

receive a response I had to lodge a complaint through the Revdex.com and when I have purchased a product, putting trust in a business that is just unacceptable. I do not want the product I want a full refund of product price and shipping cost refunded back to the debit card used to pay for it.

menu and the buttons on it do nothing. There was a piece of paper packed with it with a manufacture contact number. I tried contacting them first. After trying to get the product for 2 months I figured Ace Depot was not going to help with a product issue. The number on the piece of paper was telemarketing! After listening to all the specials for 5 minutes the line goes dead. I'm sure you can understand my frustration at this point.It was after that call when I contacted Ace Depot to return the item. I was sent an RMA number 2 weeks after my request. I was also told there was a 25% restocking fee and I'd have to pay for return shipping. Why is there a restocking fee for a defective item?Again, I was sent an item that was different than what I ordered and it did not work. I want to be refunded the amount of this order, $51.30.

I am rejecting this response because: Ace Depot is lying. They STOLE a stock photograph of a DIFFERENT ITEM,...

then shipped me the incorrect item and now refuse to process a return. I can happily provide pictures of the item description (probably changed or taken down by now) and the actual item that was sent. Ace Depot is a deceitful, fraudulent, disrespectful joke of a company.  I can only imagine how many other people you have scammed. Shame on you, Ace Depot.

We have already sent a return label.

The item was not in stock so the credit card was never charged. How can you file a complaint when we have never charged nor accepted order. Very strange. Please make sure this is rescinded right away.

My time is precious, I'm not going to continue playing game with Acedepot people.I want a UPS RETURN SHIPPING LABEL to return the printer to you guys, any loyal, respectful company that care for their name and value customers would've sent a return shipping label a long time ago but, you guys are playing game. Why should I pay to return the printer back to you? SEND ME THE LABEL !!!!

This order shipped as ordered and is scheduled for delivery in just 3 days.

We have already issued a full refund.

Customer ASKED US to send the replacement NOW refuses to return. No refund is due.

Customer was shipped as ordered, customer refuses to return merchandise. No credit is due.

I definitely was not sent what I ordered. I have told you this several times. Obviously you are not listening to my concerns and my complaint. I ordered an OEM replacement scale head for a [redacted]l scale model 315. You sent me a compatible part for a [redacted]l scale model 400 w. It doesn't work with my model regardless of what you say. A prepaid return shipping label is needed and a full refund is required. Either you can step up and do the right thing or I can pursue other means necessary to make sure my money gets refunded to me.

Item was return and was subject to legitimate restocking fees which are non-refundable as per our return policy.

The customer has already been sent a prepaid label, this was sent TWO days before they sent this complaint. They explained to us they would contact the Revdex.com no matter. This is not a valid complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: I can send a print out of my bank statement if needed. I never received a refund. In fact, when I spoke with the business on 8/19 the customer service person said they wear unable to process refunds and I needed to...

contact the person at ext 2xx3. ( hiding the actual number to keep from implicating any certain person) I explained to the customer service person that I keep either getting a voicemail where, when I leave a message, they won't ever respond, or a full voice mail box where I can't leave a message at all. The customer service person then gave me an email and said if I emailed them, I would hear right back. All I got from the email was a generic "I'm out of the office" reply. All I want is my money back and I don't understand why it's so difficult for this to happen.
