to see that refund post. Normally I would wait the full 72 hours but that would put me beyond the ten days of repsonding. I hope to see the refund on Monday and put this to rest, but if not will continue to ask when the refund will be given.

I am rejecting this response because:I still do not have the return label?  I called on Friday, May 8th and spoke to 2 different people ([redacted] & [redacted])  they both said a return label has not been created yet.  Since I am not getting anywhere calling your company direct can you please provide the return label as an attachment to the Revdex.com so I can ship this item back?  This is ridiculous!  You charged me for something I did not order!  I obviously did not receive the return label, how was it sent to me?  What is the tracking number?  What shipment comapny does it use?  If it was sent to my email I did not receive it (I even looked through my junk email in case the firewall blocked it).  If I can't get it that way call my work number at ###-###-#### and I will give you a fax number.  I would appreciate someone from your company following up with me to make sure I get this label.  PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF TO THE Revdex.com

Now they are making serious accusations that are NOT true. This case is closed.

We made no such "threat" we simply explained our publically pre-sale viewed return policy which they were aware of.

I am rejecting this response because:i have been mislead several times and deceive by this company several times so far. I have NOT received ant communications from them of...

a shipment or have I received the NEW CS-2000 machine or paper work on the extended warranty.  Until I physically receive everything I will not clear this complaint or stop the complaint and  investigation I filed with the NEW JERSEY ATTORNEY GENERALS  office. And also the dispute of charges with Chase Bank my credit card company.

I am rejecting this response because:This is the email I received from them:Hello, Please be advised as per our manufacturer, this item isdiscontinued and is no longer available.  I’m sorry for any inconveniencethis may have caused, however we can offer you these items in its place.Please click on the link(s) provided below to choose yourreplacement.I chose to cancel order.  I personally know the UPS driver.  I personally was on the UPS truck.  I personally saw the package, it was damaged also.  I personally rejected the package and I never touched it.  THE PACKAGE WAS NEVER TAKEN OFF OF THE UPS TRUCK! I SPOKE WITH ASHLEY AND CANCELED THE PACKAGE BEFORE IT WAS SENT. The package was REJECTED on September 18, 2015.

We have sent all return instructions, nothing has been returned to date--no refund is due at this time.

We would need a order # to properly reply.

The card expired during the month of waiting for a product that never shipped.

called Acedepot last week to advise them of the new date of expiration for the refund, and as of this week there still has been no refund.

shredders since 2009). If you call the number indicated on the email, I'm sure that they will confirm. I don't see where AceDepot offered a replacement? It was well over 30 days since the purchase and they knew this.
That being said, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that a replacement is totally satisfactory to me. I appreciate their courtesy.How do they wish me to proceed? Would they like the original, non functioning unit shipped back to them as proof? Would they like to continue all correspondence through Revdex.com?My email and shipping details are unchanged

We have already addressed issue with customer and will be replacing the phone our distributor sent in error.

This is not for us --we are Acedepot--this complaint refers to a company USA office machines.
