Customer is not explaining the entire situation, customer returned TWO one was already refunded the other was returned USED, damaged , Missing accessories ( customer claimed to be sending missing accessories -never sent ) We can issue a refund minus 50% restock fees or wait till all other accessories are sent and credit minus the agreed restock fee of 30% The customer is committing some very important information

This case is not closed by Amazon and this vendor is currently under investigation by them for the fraud that they attempted to perpetrate on usAnyone can obviously see that this
vendor has no intent on doing the right thing and offering a logical explanation as to why the attempt was made to keep our money for an item that we returned to them via a UPS shipping label generated by themIf we had not kept meticulous track of this incident they would have abscounded with of our moneyFurther this business operates in an unscrupulous manner and reports completely and misleading statements to credit card companies and Amazon NAWe figured that they would not even offer so much as an apology for their behavior and we are sure this is standard operating policy for themWe expect this complaint to remain a part of their online record as to help others avoid and challenge their operating practices in the future

This is ridiculousWe shipped this customer the exact part they ordered---they simply do not like itWe sent return instructions--this case is closed

Refund was issued via check --customer is very aware as we just spoke to them

The total amount was for $On there website under order status because that's the only way I can get any informationThey have that I am being charged $Which I know $is for the UPS
Day (That I never received) It arrived UPS Ground,and $for the Express processing (That never happened) and I can only assume the extra $is a restocking fee that I do NOT feel that is fair for me to have to pay at allI just want to be reimbursed the $

I am rejecting this response because: I'm speechless...they shipped a product I did not order and now they are refusing to send me the pre-paid shipping label si I can return their incorrect product for a refund! They keep changing their mind and I am sick of thisSend me the label now so I can return the incorrect product you sent me at YOUR expense, not mine! You guys are the only company I have EVER had an issue like this with in over years at this jibI have tried to be patient but this is getting ridiculous! Please send me the pre-paid label LIKE YOU SAID YOU WOULD!!

I am rejecting this response because:They never addressed the issue that they sent me an
item I did not order and charged me for it. The day I placed the complaint to the Revdex.com is the last day I called them and was told a label had not been created yet. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to a voicemail that had not been set up. I see that they claim to have sent me a return label days prior to my complaint, I double checked my emails and even searched my junk emails and I don't see that. Since they say they sent me a label I called their main number this morning at phone number ###-###-#### (option #3) and spoke to *** to see if she could "resend" the label. *** said she did not see a label and put me on hole for minutes then again picked up the line and transferred me to a voice mail. I tried to call back and let the phone ring for minutes and nobody answered. I waited a few minutes and then called the same number from my cell phone and spoke to *** who apoligized for the inconvenience and said that a shipping label has not yet been created and it could take a few days. It has been week since I initially called and asked to return this item I DID NOT ORDER! My order was placed with acedepot.com, not the manufacture. Ace depot is the one who charged my card and they should let me return this item and credit me back and then deal with the manufacture to get their money back. I also noticed the companys response saying the label had been sent and I said I would still complain to the Revdex.com, that is not what happened. On their website there is a place where testimonials "reviews" are written. I wrote a negative review and received an email back saying it has been sent for approval. I then sent them an email that said I noticed they only post the good reviews and told them I was contacting the Revdex.com (I have attached that email) I did receive a response from *** asking if they may have a chance to help me and I responded that on 4/28, 4/29, 4/30, 5/1, 5/4, 5/5, & 5/i called and asked for help and never received it. All I want is to return this item, that I did not order, and get my money back? How hard is that? Nobody has called me to see what they could do. I would like to see their proof of them sending me that return label and proof that I said I would contact the Revdex.com no matter what, it is a straight lie.Dear Customer ,One of your valuable customers has an inquiryFollowing are the details:Specific Information :Wrote a testimonial and noticed it needs to be approved and it looks like you only approve the good reviewsFiling a complaint with the Revdex.com, worst company I've ever dealt with

This order has shipped via UPS ***ALSO it is not illegal to bill then ship PLUS this customer used VISA CHECKOUT and we have no control over when it is billed

The customers card is EXPIRED and by law we cannot credit a different card, we have already resolved with the customer and mailed a refund check

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** I want to thank you for taking care of this situation with AceDepot.com I know that I would NEVER have received my item and would NEVER have gotten my refund had I not contacted you about the situation They did ship the correct item on 9/10/and I did receive the correct item on 9/18/15, which was day later not days later like he stated BUT there were no keys shipped with the drawer for the lock! So, we received the drawer, but the drawer will not lock So we only partially received the complete order.After dealing with AceDepot.com, I started reading the numerous complaints through the Revdex.com and Yelp on line, and it makes me wonder how this company had stayed in business scamming customers like this I do blame myself as I didn't do an internet search on them before I ordered, but I can tell you I will be posting my reviews everywhere I can regarding them to forewarn future buyers of this guy! Again, thank you for your help!

The customer was sent as they ordered, We can again replace if they like or they may return itIt is quite clear

We sent a prepaid UPS label on 9/4, nothing has been returned to dateNo credit is due at this time

We spoke to this customer in length on 4/and explained this credit was issued back to their card on 8/and the customer explained to us they may have a new cardwe have requested a credit receipt from the bank and explained we would have this info within 2-daysIt has not even been
24hrs!!!!
