Warranty has expired as we explained to this customer.

I am rejecting this response...

because:
I have no idea how this company can just say this was partially refunded with no proof at all. I am not that desperate that I need the $7.03 but my point being is I am sure this company has ripped off many many people for much larger amount of money. I have spoken to my bank the refund is not there and this is nothing to do with the institution that I bank with. Is it okay for them to just say we refunded it and now deal with it otherwise. The bank told me I can actually come in and dispute the full amount paid to the company and im sure that's not what they want done, but I will be more than happy to get the full amount refunded. I do not understand how this justifies any kind of return on their part, Simply by saying we partially refunded???

This order has already been refunded, this is not a valid complaint and has been resolved prior

We have offered to replace as a courtesy, customer refuses. No refund is available nor due.

We shipped customer as ordered, customer contacted months after they placed order.

We have spoken to this customer MANY TIMES, we asked the customer to send us a photo of the damage so we can file a carrier claim. They refuse to do anything.

This issue was resolved to my satisfaction and I received a full refund. I do believe that this would not have happened so quickly without your help so thank you!

Now for some facts. Customer ordered the OLDER [redacted] --we explained that model is now discontinued. WE ASKED, would you like us to ship you the upgraded model which is more money but offered at NO EXTRA and they approved to ship the [redacted]. Customer now refuses to return. No return...

We did not receive this complaint, this customer was already sent a PREPAID label to return the item to us. This was resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:  I ordered this item on 8/12/15.  I got an email on 8/17/15 that the item was shipped!  We never got it.  On Friday 8/28/15 Chris told me himself that the item...

shipped and I was going to get it Monday or Tuesday!  Again, I did not get it.  I called UPS and they said the label was in fact printed on 8/17/15, but they never received the item, so it never shipped.  So Chris lied that it was shipped.  So I spoke to him again on 9/10/15 and he said it was shipped and I will get it in a few days.  Funny when I checked the tracking number, once again there was NO activity on it.  NOTHING was shipped.  Then I got an message from you regarding the complaint on 9/10/15, saying that he said it had shipped, and I checked the tracking and LO AND BEHOLD, he shipped something to me out of Saddle Brook, NJ @ 8:29pm!!!!!  Says it is scheduled to be delivered Friday 9/18/15, not 3 days like he just said!!!!  He just lied again!I would BET that this also is the incorrect item that he shipped.  If it was the correct item, they would have shipped it long ago.  When I was on the phone with him on 9/10/15, I told him that I didn't need the item and I just want my REFUND!  So, what does he do.....he ships "something"!He is a scammer, and whatever he shipped, if it's wrong, he will be charging me a restocking charge.  That is what all of his horrible reviews say about him.  He lies, and lies, and says one thing after another.I just want my refund.

Customer was sent the correct model, nothing has been returned to date and no refund is due at this time.

Correct item was shipped and will be dleivered tomorrow. The correct item was shipped.

The warranty has not expired we paid for the extended warranty and it does not expire till April 24 2017. We bought a 5 year extended warranty. We also have the invoice stating that fact if you need a copy.

I am rejecting this response because:Really my complaint is not valid because the product was delivered today (5/29)??this is a month and a half later than my order, and this in no way answers or responds to other details of my  initial complaint message. Not satisfied. I am yet to go home and check if the product even arrived.
