Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have no idea how this company can just say this was partially refunded with no proof at allI am not that desperate that I need the $but my point being is I am sure this company has ripped off many many people for much larger amount of moneyI have spoken to my bank the refund is not there and this is nothing to do with the institution that I bank withIs it okay for them to just say we refunded it and now deal with it otherwiseThe bank told me I can actually come in and dispute the full amount paid to the company and im sure that's not what they want done, but I will be more than happy to get the full amount refundedI do not understand how this justifies any kind of return on their part, Simply by saying we partially refunded??? I am rejecting this response because: I received the recent response from AceDepot and would like to refute the comments from this business I was informed that I would be emailed right away the copy of the credit that was supposedly put through to my credit card company in August In fact the woman I spoke with when I called back informed me that [redacted] was in the process of emailing me when I was speaking with her! I had already called my credit card company and was infomed that they never recieved any credit from AceDepot I did inform AceDepot of this I was also never told that this process would take 2-daysIf that is the case, then I should receive an email today with this information Regards,

I definitely was not sent what I orderedI have told you this several timesObviously you are not listening to my concerns and my complaintI ordered an OEM replacement scale head for a ***l scale model You sent me a compatible part for a ***l scale model wIt doesn't work with my model regardless of what you sayA prepaid return shipping label is needed and a full refund is requiredEither you can step up and do the right thing or I can pursue other means necessary to make sure my money gets refunded to me

I am rejecting this response because:i have been mislead several times and deceive by this company several times so farI have NOT received ant communications from them of a shipment or have I received the NEW CS-machine or paper work on the extended warranty Until I physically receive everything I will not clear this complaint or stop the complaint and investigation I filed with the NEW JERSEY ATTORNEY GENERALS officeAnd also the dispute of charges with Chase Bank my credit card company

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I received instructions that said my RMA # had been issued, but there was not an RMA #, so I called and talked to a CS rep who told me that the order # (referred to as the RA# in the email) is actually the RMA#....sighSo now I know what # to use, but I still don't have a pre-paid shipping labelThe directions in the email clearly state that "IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, UPON REQUEST WE WILL PROVIDE A PREPAID LABEL"The CS rep I talked to yesterday told me she would need the "owner" to okay the shipping label and I would hear back within 24-hoursHopefully they will get the shipping label to me soon?! I am rejecting this response because:I still do not have the return label? I called on Friday, May 8th and spoke to different people ( [redacted] & ***) they both said a return label has not been created yet Since I am not getting anywhere calling your company direct can you please provide the return label as an attachment to the Revdex.com so I can ship this item back? This is ridiculous! You charged me for something I did not order! I obviously did not receive the return label, how was it sent to me? What is the tracking number? What shipment comapny does it use? If it was sent to my email I did not receive it (I even looked through my junk email in case the firewall blocked it) If I can't get it that way call my work number at ###-###-#### and I will give you a fax number I would appreciate someone from your company following up with me to make sure I get this label PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF TO THE Revdex.com
