I am rejecting this response because:It was not shipped after days so I canceled the order. The order was placed on August and canceled with Ashley on September over the phone. Customer
service was non-existentNo person answered the phone for customer service so I went to sales and finally got a person. It was Ashley and I told her to cancel order and I was tired of messing with them. She suggested that I just cancel so I told her to cancel it and I ordered from another vendor. That night they scanned a product to ship at 7:03pm. I already ordered another one. I rejected product. Just more run around with this company
