Lead you in at first by providing good service and a contract all to be scammed and ignored after they have your money. I spoke with Aconsumer Credit October, 2017 they were very convincing making it seems like the company will work hard to get you out of your timeshare. I signed a contract on on October 13, 2017 to cancel our timeshare. At first I would receive calls from them or emails saying they needed me to send contracts and about 4 months in I stopped hearing from them entirely. I had to always call to find out my status which was difficult because their number wouldn't even ring and the phone would go to voicemail. Once someone would eventually pick up they'd put me on hold for 10 plus minutes at a time and blame it on trying to find the person handeling my case. No one could ever get me an answer. The person on the phone would always say they're in communication and in about a month they'd Know if the offer they made the Timeshare company's would be accepted. It has be 11 months and now they won't even respond to my emails or calls. I have been trying to contact them for 3 months and they won't even respond. I was able to get ahold of somebody in June and I was told my timeshare is in the final stages of communication to be cancelled. It is now September and still haven't heard anything from anybody. I called today and got the same recording I did one week ago "our office is closed for the holiday August 31 through September 4th and we will open at noon. I've called twice since September 4 and have not received any correspondence back. I want a refund of my $3,400 I paid to have my timeshare cancelled. This company is nothing but a scam that's outta here to take you for your money but convince you for the first 4 months that they are legit. I have a welcome form from them that states they have specialized in this industry for over 12 years and they pride themselves on offering responsive excellent service. Everything they told me in the beginning was a lie. It says the first 90-120 days is mainly them filing paperwork and I may contact them to request an update which will transfer me to their customer service line. Which is also a lie, no one ever answers the customer service line. They even use a lawyer to sign the contract with which must also be a scam. The company is nothing but falsehoods and lies to lead people to paying money for promised services of canceling your timeshare. Now I'm out an extra $3,400 plus I still have a timeshare in horrible standings.

Desired Outcome

A call back about the status of my case and refund of $3,400 I paid in a binding contract for service I never received.

So far I was given great customer service until I signed the contract. Every phone call now is answered by answering service saying mailbox is full. I think they put me on a Do Not Answet list. I have been providing documents from the resort, I paid 2500, and trying to let them do their thing. But no communication and no updates has me nervous that I wasted the 2500 on this service instead of paying the 1950 that the resort is now offering to settle my case before a foreclosure. I see Aconsumer responds up here so maybe I'll get some response now.

A Consumer Credit company didn't provide the service what they said they will do, to get me out of my Timeshare contract.
I signed up with A consumer credit in February 2017 to get out of the timeshare with *** which I signed in December 2016. I paid, A consumer credit $2200 in February 2017, and they told that they will get me out of timeshare within a year or else they will refund my money. But it is been 18 months now, nothing happened so far. They never update the status and when I try to call them it always go to voice mail and still after leaving multiple voice message, they never return the calls. Now the past week it says that the mail box is full and we can't even leave voice message. Tried to email them today and it bounce back saying that the email id is inactive, Jennifer c*** was the leagal aid who worked with me and in September 2017 Devin A emailed me a copy of document saying that, that is the final paper work for us to sign. But now it is already one year after signing the final paper work and so far no updates. I'm really disappointed with their service and will ask everyone to stay away from them.

Desired Outcome

I would like to request refund from A consumer credit the amount I paid $ 2200 with the interest for the past 18 months.

The business has not provided an update on my case as requested.
Quite simply; They should cancel my timeshare as contracted. I have no idea where we are in this process. Paid $2400 for this action to be legally resolved.

Desired Outcome

Cancellation of my timeshare.

Took $2,900 up front and now have seemingly disappeared
I signed a contract with this company 4/5/18. I have done everything asked of me and sent in all correspondence from Wyndham. Now I can't get an update from anyone at this company. I have called and emailed. All calls go directly to full voicemail boxes and emails are being returned as undeliverable. Their*** oage is gone. How can I possibly get my issue resolved or my money back?

Desired Outcome

I would like a phone call with an account update and an explanation of what to expect. Or, if this is something I will ultimately have to resolve on my own I want to know now before further damage is done to my credit report.

They will not call me make about my account. took my money and has done nothing. They said they would get me out of my timeshare contract and has scam
I paid them 5200.00 to get me out of my contract on my timeshare. They have not done anything and will not call or email me back on anything. They are just a scam company. don't ever use them

Desired Outcome

get me out of my timeshare contract or refund my money

Aconsumer credit failed to deliver service to cancel timeshare in accordance with signed contract attached. Would like refund in amount of $2650.00
On Feb 3, 2017, I signed a contract with Aconsumer Credit dba American Consumer credit of 18 Bovard Ave, Ormond Beach, FL 32176 to cancel my timeshare with Worldmark. I paid Aconsumer credit in full of $2650.00 The last conversation I had with this company was in May 7, 2018. I was told that the cancellation of my timeshare will be finalized on August 17, 2018. I have since sent emails to follow up with ACS and each time, I receive an automatic reply stating that my email will be reviewed. I also called many times and each time I hear a recording stating that their mailbox is full. At this point, I would like a refund of $2650.00 for the services that was never delivered by ACS as per the attached contract. Please help me resolve this. I fear that this company is unethical and should be banned from selling their services.

Desired Outcome

ACS has not delivered as promised, therefore, I would like a refund of $2650.00

Business promised a service they did not provide, lied and caused harm to my credit score.
Horrible experience ruined my credit . I'm an active duty service member who was going through a rough divorce and couldn't afford the timeshare my ex and I purchased together. A consumer credit sounded like a dream come true, but as time went on and $2,385 later it turned into a nightmare. It was difficult to contact them, when I would get a hold of them they would claim it takes time and I had more documentation to sign so they could send it. I was not released from my account but placed into collections and a charge off. They finally called me today from a number I never saw before the man insisted I needed to pay an additional $750 just to access documents related to my account. There is no way to fix my credit now so I am stuck with a horrible score as I get ready to go to seminary and will need student loans that I may not be able to get. They lie and tell you not to contact the resort. The only paperwork my resort received was the cease and desist consumer credit had me sign nothing else. I plan to report this company to as many trade commissions review sites an beureas that I can so hopefully no one else goes through this.

Desired Outcome

This business needs to either fix my credit or resolve the debt I now have with a creditor as my debt is still bein negatively reported, provide documentation showing that what they have told me is true, or provide a full refund as promised for failure to provide the promised services.

Refund from Aconsumercredit, LLC
I have entered into an agreement with Aconsumercredit over a year ago to help me get out of my timeshare contract with Hilton Head Resorts. I gave them a substantial amount of money for their services thinking that they would uphold their end of the agreement. A year later I am still waiting on a response from them about the progress of my account. No one has returned my phone calls, emails or letters I have sent them. I requested a refund according the guidelines stipulated on the contract and they still have not returned any reply to me.

Desired Outcome

A full refund of $2,300 for the services that was not provided.

Cancellation of time sharing not done. I paid $2500. No information requested. More than two years waiting with no results. Request a refund of money.
Over two years ago I contracted American Consumer Credit to cancel my time sharing with Royal Holiday as I am 88 years old and my wife is 82 and unable to travel anymore. I paid $2500 and it has been an impossible task to try to get any information out of this irresposible business. They told me that the papers were submitted on June 22th of this year and that I will get some response within two months. Nothing has been done I had tried to contact them by phone and emails without any response. I belive they are robbing naive people like us and demand the returno of my money if nothing has been done after almos 3 years of waiting.

Desired Outcome

After waiting patiently for almost 3 years and having a collecting agency on my back on continuous bases and requesting a solution to the cancellation I wish to find out if in reality they work on the cancellation or just took my money unlawfully. It has been a continuoues pressure to know that the collecting agency working for the time sharing is accumulating interes on my account and I wish to meke people aware of how this company operates. If nothing has be done I need my money back so I can come to an arrangment with the Royal Holiday

As time passes on, the more and more feel that this A Consumer Credit is nothing more than an untrustworthy underground business trying to pilfer your money. Initially when I contacted this crooked organization, they were nice and the sales pitch sounded too good to be true. Since that time, the person that initially processed my paperwork has since left the company. I wonder why. She probably saw the misgivings of the company she worked for and left as she saw right through what she was doing. Also, I always get a "full mail box" every time I call for an update. It's probably because there is no update to be given. Hopefully there is some recourse to get a full refund. This experience has been nothin but a total nightmare. STAY AWAY!!!

I entered into a contract with this company for timeshare cancellation. After several attempts of phone calls and emails, I have had zero contact.
This company is fraudulent. I should have adhered to ALL the complaints of this company on the Revdex.com website. I have had no contact whatsoever from anyone regarding my case. They say it should take a year but meanwhile, I have not received any updates as I was promised at the onset of entering into this contract. As of now, I am STILL receiving phone calls and mail from the timeshare company. Initially, I was told that the company has 120 days to take action. It has now been well over that time period and I am STILL receiving phone calls and mail from the timeshare company. Its as if they were never contacted. Meanwhile, my credit has NOW been compromised as well. Every time I call I get voicemail stating that the "mailbox is full". Well, of course its full because they don't service their accounts and their hours are only 12-5. How can any legitimate company operate with less then bankers hours? I have emailed all the documents as instructed. I have NOT spoken with the timeshare company as instructed. I have still YET to receive ANY updates from ACC. I have emailed and called several times asking for an update. Zero response from no one. I honestly think that no one is truly employed at this company. They guarantee my money back if I don't receive cancellation by the one year term, but do I have to wait until the very last day of the one year period to get any resolution?????? Meanwhile my credit is in the toilet????? If this review is the ONLY way to get answers, then so be it. I will not refer anyone to this company and I should have paid the extra thousand dollars to a different law firm who cancels timeshares within 3 months.

Desired Outcome

I want delivery of services for payment rendered AND my credit report repaired immediately. If neither then a complete refund of my money back plus interest.

This is a breach of contract complaint; failed to provide updates in 60 to 90 days, never responded to any emails, fax or certified with any substance
On August 16, 2017 we entered into a contract with American Consumer Credit providing a 2200.00 payment for a Time Share Cancelation in one year or our money back. There is a stipulation that updates would be available in 90-120 days after contract execution. We have not received 1 call or any response other than automatic computer generated. We're now in default with our timeshare and we want our 2200.00 returned.

Desired Outcome

We're seeking a refund of 2,200.00 if the Time Share cancellation is not resolved in the next 60 days and an immediate stipulation to this request. Their advertising was, "Resolved in One Year or your money back" This company should stop using the Revdex.com in their advertising as it is misleading and fraudulent.

They took advantage of me because I am a senior citizen . they took $2,800 and never followed up due to due I am being foreclosed on.
I received a call from AMERICAN CONSUMER CREDIT, LLC stating they can help me get rid of my time share I purchased with Hilton Grand Vacation because I could no longer afford it. I was told that I did not have to pay any invoices or call them because they will handle EVERYTHING. I paid them $2,800.00 and No one has ever called me back. I called numerous of times and they said the person helping me was no longer there. I called and the number was invalid . Next thing I notice I get a letter from Hilton stating I am now in Foreclosure . I have worked very hard on my credit all my life. I am a senior citizen and I was taken advantage of. I called Hilton they said they never received a 3rs party authorization form back for American Consumer and they have left messages with them as well. Since nothing was ever return they had no choice but to proceed. American consumer has scam me by $2,800! I am requesting a refund for them not following up and false statements.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund and hope they NEVER do this to anyone else!

I contact this company in November 2017 and they have had no contact with us about our case it's been 9 months and just generic responses to email no one on the phone .. I feel so taken advantage of being that I came to u for help out of my time share and u took my 2750 had me sign paper and have done nothing to help me .. I'm being contacted weekly by my timeshare fiancé company with threats of foreclosure .. I don't know what to but I hope someone read this and doesn't end up in my shoes ! Do not hires this company

It has been 13 months since I paid $2450 to get out of my timeshare contract and nothing has happened to release me.
On 19th July 2017 I entered into a contract with American Consumer Credit to rid myself of my timeshare with Capital Resorts. My customer # with ACC is ***. I was told at the time there would be no problem and that it should be resolved in about 12 months. I was also told not to pay anything whatsoever to Capital Resorts and I have not paid them a dime. At first I felt confident that everything was proceeding but as time has gone on I have not felt that way. I can sometimes get through by phone to ACC but more often not I get a voicemail saying they will get back to me asap which does not happen. I am still getting phone calls from Meridian Financial Services and invoices from CRG Acquisitions wanting money for my timeshare. ACC say they send cease and desist letters Meridian but this has not done any good.

Desired Outcome

I want ACC to get me out of my timeshare contract as soon as possible. I want to be clear of all this. If they can't finish the job I want my money back and I will go elsewhere

The company has failed to terminate timeshare contract. The company has failed to provide proof of actions taken on my behalf to terminate timeshare.
A contract was entered on 12/4/2017 with Aconsumercredit LLC aka American Consumer Credit (ACC) aka American Consumer Services LLC to terminate a timershare contract for a resort at the Sheraton Mountain Vista located in Avon, Colorado. Invoice copying for maintenance fees were provided to ACC which provides all information pert***nt to this account. The timeshare has been paid off, however, annual maintenance fees of about $800 are required. All correspondence received from the timeshare company has been forwarded to ACC immediately. ACC has failed to terminate this timeshare contract in a timely fashion. The only correspondence I have received from ACC is an auto reply email stating they have received my email for R File #***. I have never once spoken to an attorney. Payments consisted of $1,150 on 12/5/2017, $287.50 on 1/10/2018, 2/12/2018, 3/12/2018, and 4/10/2018. On 12/4/2017 I received a welcome packet and contract from Devin A. Sales/Legal Aid, Sheri N assured my 16 years of expert experience and a full money back guarantee.

Desired Outcome

Request a refund of $2,300 paid for services unable to deliver.

The wrong credit card is being billed and the company is unresponsive to my calls.
I purchased services from AConsumerCredit. The contract states that my friend's credit card was to be billed for the down payment with the remaining payments to be billed to my credit card. My friend's credit card has been billed for every payment. I have called the company on numerous occasions. The only person who has called me back has been a man insisting that I Western Union the money to him. He has my payment amounts, knows the company and who I have tried to contact and the issue I am having. Finally after over a month of trying to contact the company and my friend being irate with me, I wired the money. Of course, it did not solve the problem and he still insists that I need to send more. This company has done NOTHING to try and rectify the situation.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to credit my friend's card and bill the two remaining installments to me. I would like the money I paid to Western Union applied to the June and July payments because if the company did not get the money, they had to have supplied the information to these people and by their negligence in failing to contact me caused the issue with Western Union.

We paid American Consumer Credit $5400 in January 2017 to get rid of our time shares with the Vistana Corporation. They did not complete the process.
In January 2017, we paid American Consumer over $5000 to get rid of our time shares with Vistana - a Flex Agreement and two contracts with the Fountains resort. By May, we were led to believe that since we had completed all of the necessary paperwork regarding forfeiture of all the properties, everything had been taken care of. Vistana kept contacting us about the Fountains property. Like we had been instructed, we sent (email) every contact from Vistana directly to AConsumer Credit. They would acknowledge that they had received the information, placed it in our portfolio, and directed any pertinent information to their lawyer. Whenever I would talk to them via phone, we were assured that our portfolio indicated all properties had been dealt with and not to worry. Still the contacts from the Fountains came.
Last week, we received a letter of foreclosure from Vistana, the "last straw." Phone calls went unanswered, even though voice mails were left. I did make contact with a sales rep, Madelin, via website chat on August 15 who assured me that the issue would be taken care of immediately and that she would call/email me no later than the next day with results. We have yet to make contact with anybody from this company.
Until today, August 20. We received a phone call from New York City (***) and the guy told my wife and me that for them to resubmit our request to handle the Fountains file, we would have to send them $1500. By the way, American Consumer's address is Ormond Beach, FL. And we hung up the phone.
What we have here is failure to communicate. All of this could have been avoided if the AConsumer had just responded.

Desired Outcome

We paid $5400 and got only half of our request met. We have been led to believe for over a year that we had no worries...as our maintenance fees for those properties keep rising. We feel $2700 is a fair settlement.

Company has not fulfilled its commitment to get me out of timeshare contract. Have called them every day for two weeks with no return call .
Have not fulfilled contract on selling timeshare. They have not returned one phone call in last two weeks. Every time I Vaal I get an answering machine.
Want my feeof$4,000 back or release from timeshare as indicated.

Desired Outcome

Have not fulfilled commitment to get me out of timeshare contract. They have not returned any phone calls within last two weeks. Call almost every day. Have not fulfilled their verbal commitments or promises made in their website
