We sign up with a consumer credit on April 2017. We paid them $2650 to help us get out of timeshare. The promised us the whole process with takes 8 mo
My husband and I sign up with A consumer Credit on April 2017 with Mrs. Kristen S. She promised us we are in good hands and the whole process would take H wait one year with full refund. After a year did not pick up the phone their voicemail is full you never hear back from them.

Desired Outcome

A Consumer Credit said the process would take eight months to a year to get out of a timeshare or a full refund. They don't pick up the phone when you lies after lies after lies

I paid in full to this company to get me out of my timeshare with williamsburg plantation. They took my money, I cant get in contact with anyone, and the website states they filed bankruptcy. Ive written, called, and emailed over the past 90 days with no results, and nobody has contacted me about my case, or they filed bankruptcy. This is wrong as a consumer, they should do what the promised, get me out of contract. This is bad business and I wish the Revdex.com to get involved and resolve this matter for me. I paid in full, and would rather resolution than refund.

Desired Outcome

Finish the job Ive paid the requested amount to american consumer credit to get me out of timeshare, and they took my money and did not perform services. They went bankrupt instead. Either finish job, (preferabley) or refund me every penny i paid them.

I signed a contract with Aconsumercredit to withdraw from my *** timeshare and was promised results within 3mos, I am still waiting to hear back.
In Nov 2017, I paid out $2450 to sign up with Sheri Nine at Aconsumercredit to help release my husband and I from our *** timeshare that we signed up for in May 2017. Sheri's sales pitch & customer service was superb. We communicated mostly via email and she was very prompt.

Sheri explained that there was an initial 90-120 day discovery process that was followed by monthly updates by our case managers. So after forwarding all our documents over to Sheri relating to the timeshare and signing our contract with Aconsumercredit, we waited for the discovery period to end and began reaching out to the case managers.

My case managers were Christine, Ericka, and Madeline.

At first, I'd call week after week trying to get details about my case (after the discovery period) and I'd always have to leave a voicemail or send an email to get a call-back. Whenever I did get a call-back, it was full of attitude and I always felt rushed. ACC Case Managers who have had nothing but the WORSE customer service.

Within this year (2018), my main response from the case managers was that "we have over 700 cases at *** at the current moment and we will be finalizing your case very soon, please call back for more details."

The last ultimate conversation that I had with my case managers was in August 2018 and I was told that my case has been reviewed and completed and that someone should be reaching out to me by September 21 to review the results.

September 21st came and I got no call, so then I decided to call the following week. Up until today, I keep getting the message prompt "The inbox of the person you are currently calling is full and cannot accept new messages, please try your call again later. Thank you"

As of last week Wed. (Oct. 3), I sent an email asking for a follow up on my case and explaining that i've been trying to reach out to the company and can't reach anyone. ALL PHONES ARE DOWN.

I got an email response indicating that the company has filed bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of US Code, it will be a short period of time before Aconsumercredit is back to servicing existing clients. Please send all correspondence to [email protected].

Today was the last contact I made with them before deciding to write this complaint on Revdex.com. I didn't want to have to do this but it's too many clients that are in the same situation as I am and we definitely need results.
I've seen the reviews on *** & Revdex.com. It all corresponds and this is unacceptable.

Desired Outcome

I would like for Aconsumercredit to resolve my case as promised and paid for with *** timeshare and get the release. They claim to have 100% timeshare releases and I would like to be a part of that percentile.

Paid $3500 April 2017, to get out of timeshare contract. And repair credit. Still waiting.
Paid $3500 on April 7, 2017. To get rid of timeshare with *** and restore credit. Was told of a class action suit for August 17th 2018. After that date I was unable to get status of result of suit. Made several attempts to contact by phone and email. The status of my account is still unknown. My contract number with Aconsumercredit is #***.

Desired Outcome

I would still like to get out of the *** timeshare and restore my credit. If not I would like my $3500.00 back.

Aconsumercredit was hired to get our release from*** (timeshare) contract. For more than thirty days there has been no reply to our request.
Contacted Aconsumercredit to resolve our contract with*** Timeshare on recommendation. They were somewhat responsive during the timeframe before we paid in full. Shortly after that (June 2018) information became very scares. No return of phone calls or email correspondence. One of the last correspondence was that the case was filed in court. It must have been*** reached out to request a settlement.

Our document ***
Contract 1/25/2108 to 1/25/2019
Michael A. S esq (bar ***).
Our customer *** (total paid $2800 *** card)
$1400 down payment on 1/25/2018
$350 on the 25th of the next four months

Desired Outcome

Aconsumercredit needs to reply to our request for any and all information and provide the status of our court case before our contract ends in January of 2019. If none of this can be completed in timely manner then a 100% refund as outline in contract.

AConsumer credit llc. scammed me out of $2450 back in November 2016 to be released from Hilton timeshare.
On November 18, 2016. I spoke with a lady named Jennifer C regarding their timeshare exit services. I paid them $2450 for a guaranteed exit from the Hilton timeshare I was pressured illegally into buying. I was explained by consumer credit that I had legal rights and I was guaranteed to be released from the contract or my money back. I was told to not contact the Hilton property regarding alternatives to exit the timeshare. They promised me with wouldn't be reported to my credit. Once I paid them I would only get very few responses every 2-3 months regarding my case saying it takes a while its a "process". I forwarded them all my mail regarding Hilton and threat to go in foreclosure. after 12 months I called and called and said they were still working on the case , give it 16-24 months. The last I spoke to was with Devin A on November 20,2017 stating that the company will release me in 45 days. I never received any paper work. I called them 3 months later they said I was released Now they are bankrupt and no way to contact them. I got documents in the mail that my property foreclosed and Hilton bought them back for $100. Now my credit is ruined from ever purchasing a future home I am working so hard for to save. They Never sent any documents to Hilton. I have record of all their fictitious paperwork . My credit is ruined and I am in the hole thousands of dollars. I demand my money back and demand they settle this with the timeshare its what I paid them for. I trusted them and they ruined my life

Desired Outcome

I want my money back! Plus I want them to correct and finished the job they promised. I fell victim to this scam like thousands of other consumers I read. I am disgusted with them

Not able to contact business?
Paid for a time share release and did not receive and service or documents of the settled agreement

Desired Outcome

Pay me $2300.00 plus $900.00 late fees charged by me resort witch I was told not to pay!

We are having trouble with our account with ACC, not contacting us etc.
On March 22,2017 we (***) account #*** contracted with American Consumer Credit to help us to get out of timeshare with *** (*** account #***). We paid ACC $2650.00 with a credit card. Everything was going fine with ACC answering the phone (1-800-611-0631) when we called for updates. On December 1, 2017 we received an email from Devin A of ACC with final release papers that needed to be signed and sent back to ACC, we signed them and faxed the papers to ACC (1-888-600-8201). ACC said that they would send to *** as part of request to receive final release paperwork. The ACC said that *** would send final release papers directly to us in approximately 30-60 days. ACC said that when we received final papers we were to contact them and the would walk us through completing the papers. We tried many times to contact ACC to see if they received our signed papers and had been sent to ***. We left many messages and never got a return call and now voicemail box is full according to phone #1-800-611-0631. We tried different numbers but never reached a person. It's been 10 months since we have had any contact with ACC and we have no idea where we stand.

Desired Outcome

The best resolution would be *** releasing us from timeshare. If we don't receive release then we would be should be entitled to a full refund per the signed contract with American Consumer Credit in the amount of $2650.00.

So, looks like we are in the same boat as everyone else. They took our $2,700 and now we are out that and have negative items on our credit. What a scam! the company filed bankruptcy and we the consumer are screwed! I filed a claim with the bankruptcy court, but doubt that will help at all. What a complete mess!

You can file a claim, but doubt you will see any cash reimbursement, nor will you get out of your timeshare. I am beyond disbelief, we were supposed to be out early September. Nope! Now we are out our money and somehow need to make restoration with the timeshare. So upset.

They entered into a contract with me to terminate my timeshare ownership in 3/3/2017 but have not done so. Now I am not able to reach them by phone.
On 3/3/2017 American Consumer Credit entered into a contract with me to terminate my Timeshare ownership of* at Fantasy World. I paid them $2,200.00 and they said the ownership would be terminated prior to my next membership fees being due in 1/1/18. I was able to call several times and each time I was told they were working on it. On 7/25/18 I spoke with Heather who stated that "next week" my case was to be reviewed by the attorney and that she would push it through since it had been over a year since I signed the contract. Still I heard nothing from them. On 7/18/18 I tried calling them and the call went immediately to voice mail and stated the mail box was full; call back later. Since then I have tried 9 more times to reach them by phone and each time I get the same recording. I have received a bill from*** asking for the maintenance fees for 2018 and 2019 in the amount of $1,677.70.

Desired Outcome

I would like first of all to be called by the company. Second, I would like for them to complete the work promised: termination of my timeshare ownership. Third, I would like a full refund if the company can not complete the work as promised.

Timeshare, $3000.00. Mailbox full. No contact.
We contacted this company to get out of timeshare. they drew $3000.00 out of our checking account at $600.00 A month. Told it would take 6 months. It has been a year. Not to talk to them, timeshare people, they have not contacted us until two weeks ago. (Timeshare office) Next time they call I will have to talk to them. We have tried to call them and the mailbox is full. No Answer. My credit report is effected.

Desired Outcome

Finish the job. or refund our money .

PROMISED TO TERMINATE TIMESAHRE CONTRACTS. COMPANY SCAMMED ME AND MADE FALSE PROMISES
This company is a load of cramp. I entered into contract with them on 10/5/2017 for $2850 at which point I was told they garaunteed my release from 2 timeshare contracts. Kristen S was very helpful initially but once I signed up communication was minimal. I had to call several times to get updates and each time I was told that they didn't receive the response they wanted and were still engotiating the terms with the timeshares. I was told to wait 180 days to call for an update. On 2/8/2017, I called and spoke with Madeline who informed me that they were currently in negotiation with resorts for terms of release ans would resend cease and desist letters as I was still receiving calls and emails from timeshare ( I ignored them as instructed by AConsumerCredit). They instructed me to forward all letters I receive to them which I also did. On 3/20/2018, I called ACC again for an update and spoke to Erica who informed me they were in active negotiations, received repsonse but it was not desirable so attorney sent back response. I received no updates following this. On 8/15/2018, I called and left voicemail on 1-800-611-0631. No call back. On 8/16/2018, there was no answer again. On 8/16/2018, I sent an email to Kristen S and the support email and the email bounced back as non existent. On 10/2/2018, I tried calling again and the mailbox said it was full and could not accept messages. When calling Kristen S line directly, it just rang non stop. I decided to do more research and at this point discovered that they file dbankruptcy September 2018. I was never informed and have no way of knowing status of my contract and I continue to receive correspondence from my timeshares. I am filing all complaints possible and will be seeking legal counsel for my $2850 as well as all damages incurred. This company is a scam and never even bothered to follow up with clients or inform them of their legal status. I am fighting this until the end !!!!! BUYER BEWARE! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!

Desired Outcome

Full refund $2850.00 in damages plus late fees incurred due to their false advertising and not honoring contract "GARAUNTEE" TO CANCEL TIMESHARE CONTRACT

AConsumerCreddit is to be representing me in a claim against*** and they are nor answering their phones nor have they resolved the claim in 2 yr.
Paid them $ 2000.00 to represent me and cancel a contract with*** in which they garranteed my credit score would not be affected and that it would be resolved in 6 monthes to 1 year and it has now been over 2 years. Now they are not even answering their phones. The contract stated that if they could not settle the claim they would return my money in full.

Desired Outcome

That they finish the contracted work and fix my credit, or refund my money plus interest

aconsumercredit took my money and promised me help me get out of my timeshare contract. They only thing they did was take my money, nothing else
Around April of 2018 I talked to aconsumercredit agent named TJ. He promised me that their company can help me get rid off my timeshare contract. They took $2200 and never did anything what so ever. My timeshare is going to foreclose and my credit is ruined. I want my money back. I want these people to be brought to justice. How can they do this to so many people?

Desired Outcome

I want my money back, I want my credit scored fixed and I want these scam artists to be brought to justice.

They have not been answering phone calls or emails regarding the status of my file.
I enter a contract with them back in Nov of 2017. I thought things were going fine until Aug 2018. I called to get a status on 26 July 18 and was told I needed to sign a letter and the lawyer would be in the following week to get the letter. I called on 6 Aug 18 and was told I would have the letter by 10 Aug 18. I received nothing and called on 17 Aug 18 and left a message. On 25 Aug 18 I sent an email since I didn't hear anything. I called on 31 Aug 18 and they were closed. I called several times the week after labor day with no answer. The week of the 10th I left at least two messages and nothing. I tried several times during the week of the 17th to contact them and nothing. I sent them an email on 24th of September and found out they were in bankruptcy and not assisting custicust right now.

Desired Outcome

I just want to be release from the company.

Contracted to have my timeshare cancelled
On 10/11/2017 I signed & paid $2650 to get out of my *** vacation resort contract. The contract states guarantee or money refunded and as of today I am still receiving bills from ***. I have spoke to American consumer credit on many occasions inquiring when termination would end, and was told in late August by September 2018. I tried calling them on 9/28/2018 only to find the numbers mailbox was full. I spoke with Attorney Michael S who was the staff attorney for American consumer credit ,LLC - he stated that on Sept.06,2018 the company filed for bankruptcy ! Please help my wife & I get this resolved.

Desired Outcome

I really would like to have the contract completed but if this is not possible a refund of $2650 returned back to me. I put my trust in this company to help get out of a contract with *** vacation resorts that we could not afford and signing after high pressure sales tactics.

Hired ACC to extricate us from our *** contract. They are not responding to any attempts at contact. Their phones seem shut off & website down.
We began our relationship w/ ACC 3/2/18. We have been sending them all our *** correspondence & have kept up our end of the contract fully. They have not contacted me back in months. last I heard we had a tentative court date of 8/17. They said to call the 1st week of Sept to see how that turned out. I've not been able to get ahold of anyone. I've called various numbers, but it says voicemail is full. I'm not even calling a number w/ that option, so IDK what's going on. Their website is also basically inoperable. I did leave a message via their live chat, but no response yet. My faxes are still going through, FWIW. Meanwhile, our credit is wrecked b/c we've not paid ***, again, per our contract. We need this resolved. We hired them to do a job for us, & it is not getting done. Our contact person there/case manager, is Devin A. Our alleged attorney w/ the company is Michael S. We need this resolved ASAP b/c our previously excellent credit is completely trashed right now. We sincerely appreciate any help you can give in this situation. Time is of the essence.

Desired Outcome

We want ACC to fulfill their end of our contractual agreement. They are to get us out from our *** contract, get at least a portion of our money back, restore our credit. This also included negotiations w/ *** to get us out of our $20,000 loan with them b/c that came about only to pay the *** purchase.

We contracted with American Consumer Credit to investigate and get us out of a fraudulent timeshare contract. They did nothing. They have now closed.
We contracted with American Consumer Credit to work to get us out of our timeshare contract which we determined was fraudulent. We paid them $2750 on July 14, 2017 knowing it was a money back contract if they could not get us out of the timeshare. Last year, they answered phones and seemed to be helping. But this year, the phone answering became more sporadic. About 50 days ago my wife called them and they said our timeshare company would sign papers to get out of timeshare completely and we should get paperwork from them. I've been calling American Consumer Credit now and no one answers phone. Website is now shut down so we think they are closed down. We want our money back. They did not perform on anything promised in contract.

Desired Outcome

We want full refund of $2750.00 we paid.

I hired AConsumerCredit to represent me in getting me out of my timeshare. I've sent all paperwork on time and have had little follow up with them.
In March of 2018, I hired Micheal S via AConsumerCredit to represent me in getting out my timeshare with***. I was assured that my timeshare would be cancelled within a specific timeframe; under a year. They also informed me that they would assist me in recouping some funds already paid to*** as well as assist in repairing my credit should this process impact my score negatively. I have submitted all documentation I received from***. The individuals at AConsumerCredit rarely contacted me to give me updates. I mainly had to reach out to them. It is now late September 2018 and I learn that they have filed bankruptcy and their website appears to be down. The phone number(s) I have all go to a voicemail that is full. After paying over $2500 for their services, I'm very disheartened to learn about this company and they're less then stellar reputation. I fully intend on filing further complaints with the attorney general as well as with the florida bar association.

Desired Outcome

Since the desired outcome was not achieved, I would like a full refund from Micheal S and/or AConsumerCredit.com.

Aconsumercredit did not fulfill their contract by getting rid of my timeshare.
On June 26 2018 I contacted Aconsumercredit and entered into an agreement to have them rid me of my timeshare. I paid them up front to do this in the amount of 2300.00. I was told by their rep that it would be 90 days before this would be done, I tried to call them today 9/26/2018 and cannot get in touch with them. The phone number that I have is no longer in service and the 800 number is full. I would like my money back so that I can go to someone else, as they guaranteed.

Desired Outcome

I would like for them to fulfill their contract or return my money!!!
