We contracted Aconsumercredit LLC to help us with an unwanted Timeshare. After a year and a half, the Timeshare contract was terminated and we incurred no damage to our credit report. Although ACC did get the job done, I had issues with their lack of communication with us during the entire process. Monthly we called to get updates and if we had to leave a message, which was about 90% of the time, our calls were never returned and our emails were never answered. Mr. S did ultimately get to our case and although very nice and a more reachable than ACC, he has his own legal firm which clearly takes precedent over this.

I am requesting a refund from Amercian Consumer Credit for failing to get me out of the time share with Westgate Resorts. They lied over and over!
My wife and I signed a cntract on 02/28/2017 with American Consumer Credit. This company staed they could get us out of the timeshare we purchased from Westgate Resorts. They stated after 1st 60 days I would I call and check on 1st step of contact. My first call they gave me an excuse said they need more material form me , I sent it waited another 60 days got the same run around next time I called. I felt like they weren't doing there job, but I gave them the benefit of a doubt. I waited another 90 days and contacted them still the attorney was working on it. Aterf aabout 10 months I started to worry because the contract time was getting close. In the eleventh month I contacted ACC and advised them about the contract agreement and cancellation of contract. I explained to Nadelene the officer manager that I want to put in for my refund of what I had paid ACC to perform a service that they failed to do. We paid ACC $2,875.00 and I wanted the refund policy put into place. She told me ok she would do it but call back next month to make sure the had not completed our case. I caaled back my case was not resolved. Chritisan to me that I had to sub a letter to ACC requesting refund due to services not provided and promised or guaranteed. I subitted a letter on 03/23/2018 requesting the refund. I was sent a Refund Agreement and I submitted it on 06/07/2018. Every time was able to talk to some one since then it has been a lie after lie, ACC is not being responsibible nor accountable. I call for three days in a row and got an answer machine , saying leave a message and we will contact you as soon as we return to the office. They never return any of the 10 calls whwere I left messages. I don't understand how they can do that to people and stay in business it is VERY WRONG to treat hard working people that way. We are Senior citizens and I explained to Nadelene the officer manger that we had to borrow the money to try to get ourselvesout of a bad sitaution but got into a worse one. I called the office sent certified letters to no avail. I want to let everyone know that this company ACC is not reliable , I am not bashing them but I want people to know the Truth about this company and not to be taken advantage of. Please HELP us if you can we NEED it and please if this company is still operating I hope they become more reliable and honest when dealing with clients people in general. I want to than you for this time . I have the contract agreement dates and times I talked to ACC office . I have to have some to down load it for me and Im can send it to you . Thanks agin and God Bless you and thank you in advance for your prompt attention, concern and Help in this seriuos matter!

Desired Outcome

I wanted ACC to settle my timeshare with Westgate Resorts, but now all I want from ACC is my $2,875.00 refund.

no contact
sent in the invoices requested and after 180 days(which they said was right to contact them) called them twice, emailed once and then called the attorney who signed the documents and 1 week later have not heard back. in the mean time I have been sent to collection for non payment of the yearly dues (which they said in Jan not to pay when it comes (apr).

Desired Outcome

fulfill your contract.

Timeshare exit paid in full 11/2/2017. Last contact with them February 2018. After numerous failed attempts. No response.
Initially talked to a Kristen S, Senior Release Advisor about my Timeshare. I paid in full 11/2/2017 with my debit card. Assigned account #172177. Made a lot of contacts with Kristen S and customer service 1-800*** still no return calls. Get automatic email responses. Last update February 2018. Tried calling, emailing and then finally a certified letter 7/31/18.

Desired Outcome

Full refund

I have not received any updates on my case- nor a phone call/email back in over 4 months. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
If I could give this company no stars I will. The first few months they were very active and replying to emails and phone calls in a (sorta) timely manner. Now..... I have emailed/left messages a very few weeks following up and have not received ANYTHING back. All I get is an automated email saying they will get back to me in 24 hours, which they NEVER DO. Its about to be my year, and I have no idea whats going on and I am still getting threats from my timeshare company haggling me for money. I am on the verge of being in collections and my credit has gone down all because of this scam. I had trust in this company, Kristen S seemed very empathetic. Now- I have nothing nice to say about her and this company. I have had many people ask me which time share removal company I've gone through and DID not give out the information because I would never wish this upon anyone.

Desired Outcome

I want my timeshare to go away completely and for aconsumer credit to follow through with what they promised, I want a call back as well as email follow ups, I want a refund if its not able to be taken care of, I want all my money back from my time share like promised and I want my time share to stop contacting me completely.

This is in fact the most incompetent company that I had to deal with. They promise me a refund since they were not able to close my timeshare in the timely fashion I was given. It's been over 2 years with this timeshare mess! I signed a refund agreement back in March 2018 in which it states one gets their refund within 60 days and it's going on 5 months now. I have given excuse after excuse, such as we have been busy or I was on vacation. That's no excuse in my eyes when you are a company that suppose to give quality service. I can't even get a simple phone call or email from this company to let me know what's going on. I have to pay this company over $2,000 to just sit on timeshare and I had to dish out another $2,500 to get the issue gone on my own so it wouldn't hit my credit. Do yourselves a favor and find someone else to handle your timeshare issues.

Time share exit
I signed up with American Consumer credit April 5th 2017. Paid them $3,500.00 to get me out of my timeshare. They said it would be resolved in about 12 months the most. As you can see not true as of today August 7th 2018. Tney don't answer the phone or return calls.

Desired Outcome

Refund or timeshare resolved immediately

In email of 4/24 (attached), I was promised regular updates. I have been unable to reach anyone by phone or email over the last month. Credit impacted
In email of 4/24 (attached), I was promised regular updates. I have been unable to reach anyone by phone or email over the last month. My credit is impacted. I have filed a dispute with AMEX, but the payment was made so long ago, they can only contact AConsumer on my behalf. I am hoping for your help to resolve. The Agreement (also attached) speaks to refund. All I really want is for them to resolve the separation to the timeshare as was contracted and communication letting me know the progress and ensuring my credit remains intact. They also indicated they have attorneys who will resolve credit issues.

Desired Outcome

I want resolution for the separation to the timeshare as was contracted and communication letting me know the progress and ensuring my credit remains intact.

I have called the company. At least once a week since July. They have not returned my calls.
I started a business contract with America Consumer credit in December 2017. The company requested all the Statements that Wyndham Vacation Resort sent to me since December. I have paid the fee American consumer credit had asked since spring of 2018. My complaint is against Wyndham Vacation Resort. The American Consumer credit company have changed their hours of consumer complaints to 12 pm to 5 pm M-F I could receive a person to answer my questions or concerns. A couple of weeks ago they changed their operations now all their phone calls go to voicemail. Message let your name and number, and we will get back in touch with you.
Since July at least once a week I will call, and there is no returned phone call.
I would like to know what is the status of my case against Wyndham Vacation Resort.

Desired Outcome

I would like America consumer credit LLC to finish the job with Wyndham Vacation Resorts. I paid them for a service.

Bad experience with a timeshare compiled with even worse experience with this company. Talk about kicking a dog while its down. Once you are in contract with them, you are blocked from their phone lines, going directly to voicemail, in which you never get a call back. Emails only get an auto response generated to show its been received, but not even looked at or responded to. How are you supposed to be talked through the process if they wont ever talk to you? They take your money and have 1 year for you to get out of contract which if you dont pay anything will happen on its own. Dont use this company they wont help you in anyway besides draining your bank account.

I hired this company to assist me in exiting my time share. Payments completed but no successful services.
I have attached the contract signed on 10/24/2016, from American Consumer Credit. The payment schedule as well as the method of payment is noted in this particular document. On 10/24/16, I made a down payment of $700 and there after made monthly payments of $207.14, starting November 29, 2016 to May 30, 2017. All was drafted from my Bank of America account. Mary P was my case manager and or contact person. I contacted her at her direct line, *** as well as faxed the documents when needed. Attorney Michael S, Esq was the attorney handling the case. I have received several notices from the time share company I have the time share through stating foreclosure due to default. I then contact Mary P and she would always tell me to send the notice to them. The notice was sent each time and I was instructed not to contact the time share people because they would handle every thing. I was instructed by them not to make contact with the time share company. so I did not call.I was told that within one year or so but before my payments was completed I would be exited out of the time share and all obligations to them would be dismissed. As of today I still continue to receive notices from the time share company threatening foreclosure. I have reached out to Mary P many times left messages and no response. It was 2 weeks ago maybe like July, 18th 2018 when she returned my call saying their phone system was down a couple of days and if I could send the notice sent from the time share to her again. The call became disconnected and when I tried calling back the voicemail of course. I then reached out to the attorney handling the case he stated he was driving at the time and could not speak with me about the matter. Attorney Michael S instructed me to call him back the next day. I called him back several days and several times recording stating voicemail was full. Attorney was called at *** and ***, both stated voicemail was full, so I was unable to leave a message. Also I did call the actual time share company and I was instructed that they there was an attorney on my case and that I would have to speak with him. After that I continued to contact American Consumer Credit and has been unsuccessful. I feel this is a fraud and I would like a refund 100% of my money as stated in the contract since services was not completed as stated.

Desired Outcome

I'm seeking 100% refund as stated in the contract because services were not completed.

Our office spoke with Mr. L on August 9th and confirmed that he is released from his timeshare with Westgate Resorts. Mr. L was first advised of his release back in April and at that time we had him pull his credit report as well and there was nothing negative. I will be reaching out to Mr. L to discuss his concerns as we have obtained his release.

Issue with services
I have went into contra with this company back in Sept. 2017 and have paid in full. Was told that it would take around 4 months to get out of timeshare contract. I have called, emailed and only have gotten one response and it was very rude from their office. I would really like an update on how much longer this is going to take or a full refund of my payment.

Desired Outcome

To be released from my timeshare contract

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Aug 14, 2018

Our office has reached out to Mr. & Mrs. B regarding their file. We are in active negotiations with their resort and we are in the process of finalizing their release. We are scheduling a conference with the clients to discuss the steps moving forward.

The company emailed me and stated they would call but I still haven't received a call from the company. So no I don't accept this response.

This company took thousands of dollars from me at the beginning of the year, the TS was not cancelled yet, and will not refund my money as advertised.
This company took thousands of dollars from me at the beginning of the year, the TS was not cancelled yet, and will not refund my money as advertised. I paid them 2450.00. and they have done nothing. They will not answer my calls, or emails for a refund.

Desired Outcome

This company took thousands of dollars from me at the beginning of the year, and told me my timeshare would be cancelled. I am getting negative hits on my credit because of this, and they do not want for me to call to try to let them (***) know that I am in the process of cancelling. Nothing has been done since Jan 2018, and now it is Aug 2018 and still was not cancelled yet, I have tried to call, leave messages, and email, but they will not refund my money as advertised.

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Aug 07, 2018

Our office is actively working on Ms. file with ***. As for the negative remarks on her credit we have requested the appropriate documentation from her to have these remarks disputed several times and those request have gone unanswered. Our office will be reaching out to Ms. as well to have these issues resolved.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have been begging for information since day one. I signed some agreement on January 4, 2018 that I cannot open anymore through my email. I have called and emailed repeated times with no help. I have received a couple of returned emails asking for some ridiculous items to dispute the credit, and they wanted me to purchase a credit report for them. I refused to give them all that information about me because they will not get in touch with me about an update, or the cancellation of the timeshare which I paid in Jan2018.
I have attached several emails and the empty promises they send as a response, when they respond. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone.

lied to me, no evidence of paper work, wont return calls, more than a year working with them and no sign of being helped, paid them for nothing so far
April 2017 I paid $2600 to American Consumer Credit to get me out of a timeshare. Money back guarantee. Its been more than a year and I have never seen any paper work nor have they ever called me to tell me the progress. When I call them I leave a message and they have never once returned my call. Sometimes the messages are full and cant even leave a message. Also they told me to stop paying on the timeshare which has affected my credit. I really believe I have been scammed by this company and the timeshare and need your help

Desired Outcome

Return my $2600 or get me out of the timeshare and be reported and arrested for taking money for a job not done.

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Aug 06, 2018

Our office is actively working on Mrs. S's file. We currently have her file to be completed at the end of August. We have credit disputes regarding the negative remarks from her credit out to the credit bureaus as well as a settlement offer to Barclay Bank. We are actively working toward a resolution on all aspects of her file.

Customer Response • Aug 14, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I really would like to believe this is coming to an end as American Consumer Credit says. At this point I will take what they say again but every conversation is always taking 45 tp 60 days to be handled. The last time I called they ask me to hold and never came back on the phone. I called back and finally talked with someone.

I will wait till the end of Aug 2018 and see if I ever hear from American Consumer Credit. If there still is no word from them or no settlement I will be reporting back to Revdex.com.

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Aug 28, 2018

We have reached out to Mrs. S regarding the final steps we have to take regarding the resolution of her file.

A Consumer Credit is just another scam who takes your money when you are in a desperate state of mind and advises you incorrectly. I did all the work
In April of 2018 my boyfriend and I were on vacation in Las Vegas and got tied up in an unwanted timeshare. Ten days after we signed the contract I found out that I only had 5 days to rescind it. I wrote Wyndam a 4 page documented letter as well as posted on Revdex.com. Soon a Senior Account Analyst was assigned to my case. Within two weeks I was getting frustrated as I felt I was getting the run around so I reached out to A Consumer Credit. When I called, I was transferred to a man named TJ M who was very knowledgeable. I inquired about the free consultation and he spent about 15 to 20 minutes on the phone with me talking about how timeshares are a complete scam and that his company could help me out. He aligned with my concerns and quickly built my trust. He told me it doesn't matter what I do, I could write 50 emails and make 10 complaints, and Wyndam would not just rescind my contract. After I gave him my contract number he gave me a quote and said if I paid over $2,650 upfront, that A Consumer Credit would handle it from there. He said that once I paid I would forward all communications that Wyndam had with me over to them and not to respond. That it would take 6-10 months minimum with all the 'work' that had to do, but that they would get me out. I asked if they wanted my 4 page complaint or the copy of the Revdex.com complaint, he said they didn't need it, which I thought was odd, but I paid and signed anyway. (Case #***) Two weeks after I signed that paperwork I continued to get emails from my Senior Account Analyst from Wyndam who was just keeping me up to date with the progress of my case, they weren't asking for a response from me so I didn't feel the need to forward those emails to ACC. Within another two weeks Wyndam alongside my Case Analyst decided to rescind my timeshare completely- June 28, 2018. I couldn't believe how fast my contract was rescinded. It didn't make sense. I was told that it was at least 6-10 months of "work" to get me out. I didn't even get to forward much information to A Consumer Credit and I was out. Plus, my Analyst was the one that told me that I was out, not ACC. So what did A consumer Credit do for Me? I wasn't sure, so I called. When I called I told my concerns to the woman who picked up. She didn't know what to say to me. She then transferred me to the "CEO" who was initially open to hearing what I had to say until after I questioned him on what his company actually did to help me get out of my contract for $2,650. He started to share with me his vision of the company and that the brand name itself was enough to have a timeshare company quiver. That once Wyndam got "wind" that I picked up their company they could have just decided to rescind it. I continued to ask him questions such as what documentation did he provide to Wyndam that would have them re-consider so quickly? He then told me that he doesn't need to provide that information. That the only thing that I signed was the fact that his company would get me out. He also told me that he has no idea why I am so frustrated and that I should be happy that I'm getting out. I continued to tell him that I feel I did all of the work and that his company did nothing. Lastly I asked if I were to inquire if ACC was a reason that Wyndham decided to resend my contract, would Wyndham tell me? He said of course they wouldn't. It would just validate that what they are doing is wrong. Therefore, I have no choice but to say that A Consumer Credit is a scam. They take thousands of dollars of individual's money are in a very desperate state of mind and say that they are going to do all of the work to help you out. Meanwhile, they cannot provide the customer with any documentation showing that they did anything that they said that they were going to. Do not invest your money with them! I would like a full refund!

Desired Outcome

Full refund of $2,600 of payment since there is no proof the company did anything to help me with my timeshare. I'm the one with all of the paperwork showing the proof

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Aug 06, 2018

As company said, ever everyt has so far been resoresolved,th thanks

I entered into a contract with "AConsumerCredit LLC", in October of 2017. I was promised that they will work on my case & get me out of my vacation club membership contract within 3-4 months. However, even after 9 months, there is no progress. What is infuriating is that there is no response from anyone. I have sent several emails & left many voice messages but no one responds back with update. At this point, I realize that I have been scammed by this company.

I am never provided an update. I have called many times and left messages that are never returned. They lose everything you send them
We started the process 2 years ago and have no information about it being completed. They take your money and do nothing to help you. They have said they got us out of the contract and have sent paper work for me to sign. That was months ago and I still have not received the paperwork. They never answer the phone even though they tell you to call them for updates. They are a complete scam. I have even reached out to their "Lawyer" who has done nothing. I have no idea what's going on with my timeshare. They lose all the paper work I have sent them. They are not trust worthy. I did EVERYTHING They told me to do and they do not keep their word. I am so unhappy with them. My husband and I have called daily and they never respond. This has been for the last year!!!

Desired Outcome

I either want a full update and to be taken serious and my contract with them to be honored and all my money refunded to me or I will have no choice but to contact a lawyer for breech of contract.

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Aug 15, 2018

Our CEO has spoken with Mrs. and we have reached resolution on her file. We are actively disputing her credit and have advised her of how we will be moving forward on her file.

American Consumer Credit will not answer emails or phone calls at the business.
I contracted American Consumer Credit in August 2017 to assist with exiting my timeshare. The correspondence was going fine until February or March 2018. I would have to keep resending information because they said they haven't received it. I emailed the last information
regarding my Transunion credit report the middle of June 2018. I tried to call and follow up July 6th and the answering machine said they were out of the office for the holiday and will return July 9th. I was unable to reach anyone the entire week just a recording stating there apologies but a fiber optic cable had been cut and they would be returning calls over the next few days. I have emailed Jackie B and Jennifer C with no response. The phone still goes to voicemail with a message stating to leave your name and number and we will get back with you. The number is 800***.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to finish the obligation that they agreed to do for me, get me out of my timeshare and remove the collections from all three credit bureaus.

They have not followed through on there response. They have had excuses and I still haven't spoke to anyone and it is Friday Aug 17th.

12/30/2016 entered 1 yr timeshare cancellation contract with ACC. I was guaranteed money back if not released. To date no release,no refund,no updates
On 12/30/16 I entered into a 1 year Timeshare Cancellation contract with American Consumer Credit,LLC to release me from my*** Resorts at Egret Pointe Hilton Head, SC timeshare. I was told by Mr. Bobby P that if not released in 1 year I would obtain a full refund of my $2200 fee paid upfront, and to NOT pay any more fees to *** Management, and to NOT correspond with anyone from *** - forward all correspondence to ACC. I asked if I would have to pay $$ to *** to be released and Mr. P stated ACC should get a full no-charge release based upon *** sales tactics/giving false information about ability to resell timeshare/they would re-purchase, etc.
I provided all requested documents in the first month and waited until March 2017 before I started calling monthly on a regular basis for updates. I had about a 33% success rate in getting a live person to answer in 2017 and only got ACC activity in September after *** sent me a letter detailing their "Exit Program" - unacceptable for me to pay all Association Fees and $1500 to *** (after already paying $2200 to ACC).
I signed a counter letter drafted by ACC on 9/29/17 and sent to ACC on 10/5/17. I received no response/updates from ACC but continued to send *** notices for Assoc Fees incl late fees.
After past correspondences with Mary P and Erica, I was transferred to Madelin A. on 1/17/18 as I was frustrated with no contact or timeshare release - I asked about a refund and was told that ACC could extend the contract for another year. Madelin suggested we offer *** $500 to be released from my timeshare and this cost would be refunded from my $2200 fee by ACC. I agreed and confirmed in an email dated 1/19/18 to Madelin.
I received an email from Madelin on 2/2/18 with a copy of my requested contract and she stated the new Offer Letter would be sent to me 2/5/18. I emailed her on 2/8/18 since I had not received anything. Madelin emailed me the Offer Letter to sign on 2/9/18 and I signed/returned to her within 1 hour of receiving.
I have heard nothing back since 2/9/18 emails, I have emailed/called/left voice messages numerous times in the past 4 months and have Not received any response (i emailed 3/8, 4/4, 4/9, 7/11 with no response).
I am very frustrated at lack of respect, professionalism, response to move my case forward!

Desired Outcome

I am requesting the Refund of my $2200 fee or the cancellation of my Timeshare by 10/1/18.

Aconsumercredit™ Response • Aug 13, 2018

Our office has been in active negotiations with *** regarding Mr. release. Per our contract with Mr. if he wishes to request a refund from our office he will need to send a certified letter to our office. Then his file will be pulled and escalated to upper management for review and processing.
