Desired Outcome

full refund of monies paid $2000

This company has apparently gone into Chapter 11 and not notified it's clients or completed the tasks I paid for.
I hire this company in March of 2018, I paid them with a credit card to get me out of my 2 timeshares. In August of 2018, one timeshare company agreed to "Deed in lieu of foreclosure", I was told my credit rating would not be drastically affected and they would work to repair my credit rating. The second timeshare issue has not been resolved at all. I am told they will continue to work with their clients while in Chapter 11, but I have not heard from them at all and my credit rating has taken a drastic hit.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a resolution to the second timeshare and a complete repair to my credit rating, if this is not done, I am seeking a complete refund.

No longer able to contact this company for status of my service per contract. Worried that I was scammed.
I purchased a service contract from AConsumer Credit to Exit my Timeshare with *** on March 5, 2018. I was promised monthly status updates after the first 90 days.
June 12, 2018: Contacted them via phone, Status: Working with *** who agreed to release 700 clients and looking to finalize in Aug 2018
August 15, 2018: Contacted them via phone, Status: Still going back and forth with paperwork finalizing the deal. *** has 30-45 to respond.
September 13&14, 2018: Phone calls did not go through, automated message 'queue is full'. Filled out website Contact Us form both days asking for a reply via phone or email. Nothing.
September 17, 2018: Their website is no longer working. Receive Error 404 - Page not found.

Desired Outcome

Either provide status update with proof there is progress on Exiting my Timeshare with *** Or, provide a full refund of $2,300.00

Paid American Consumer Credit to get out of a time share. When paid in full the company stop returning phone calls and emails.
My husband and I hired American Consumer Credit to get us out of our *** time share. They promised that they could do it or our money would be refunded 100%. We made one payment on our credit card at the time of signing up then four smaller payments. Once the total amount was paid in April of 2018 this company stopped returning our phone calls, their voicemail box was full, and they would not return emails. We have sent them everything that they have ever asked for and we can not get in contact with anyone to get our money back.

Desired Outcome

I would like a total refund of my money because American Consumer Credit has failed to complete the job we hired them to do. Not to mention the lack of communication on their part.

Don't do business with this company they're thieves they take your money and run they'll lie to you and deceiv you I find myself preparing to take legal action against them to get my money back

paid and contracted to cancel timeshare. Unable to contact company
On 5/7/18 I entered into a contract with this company and paid $4,750 for them to work to have two timeshares canceled that I have with Hilton Grand Vacations. Initially, it seemed as if they were working towards this end. Tried to contact them this week to see how that was proceeding and all phone numbers that I could find now say mailbox is full. They had an attorney retained to assist with timeshare cancellations. On Thursday 9/12/18, his name was not associated with website any longer. I contacted the attorney's office and an assistant took my case number and said she would pass it along to American Consumer Credit. She stated they had filed chapter 11. On Friday 9/13/18, the website for American Consumer Credit is basically shut down. I contracted the law firm of Michael S again and reached him. He said they will try to open again, but that it will take some time and that in the meantime I should try to get a charge back on my credit card. The credit card company is going to open a case, but I do not know if I will be able in the end to recoup this money.

Desired Outcome

Since it seems clear that they will not be able to complete the job they agreed to, I want a refund of the money paid to them.

claim was filed 12/2017, no resolution and unsure of what is currently happening other than being turned over to collections
My claim was filed 12/27/17. Over the last 3 months I have had more and more difficulty getting any updates and the last one was vague and abrasive. I have been calling for the last month varying between 1-4 calls per week and 2 emails at different times. I have been calling the main number for customer service- 1-800-611-0631, and the representative that I spoke with in the beginning and Sara S 386-301-4295. I have asked every time for an update, to know what's going on, for a call back and have received nothing. I get calls almost weekly from either Monterey financial- the collection agency and even still the time share. My credit is slowly decreasing.

Desired Outcome

What I was promised was 100% guarantee of being out of the time share and reassured this would not effect my credit. Because of the lack of any use of the time share, the hope was to get my down payment back. I was led to believe this would all happen within the next 3 months. That was many months ago and I am still receiving calls and emails from the credit agency and resort. I want the job completed, communication and refund of down payment

these people are scamming other people for money and this needs to be stopped, everyone that's involved need to be charged with a hefty fine or face jail time because this cannot continue to go on. I worked with Vicky G from American Consumer Credit to get out of my time share ,she used to call twice a day before I gave her my credit card for payment from since them I never heard from Vicky, now each time I called the voice mail comes on and said that this voice mail is full and you cannot even leave a message, I called every number I know they have same thing am ready to join others to file for a law suit for my money am not leaving my money for these thieves.

So far, I am panicking and in disbelief at the lack of communication. I send updated correspondence from the time share with no response, the person I was emailing no longer works there and the emails bounce back, the 1800# mailbox is full and goes straight to voicemail and I am completely feeling scammed and left in the dark. I am not confident anything has been done to help my case. I was told they would send a cease and desist letter to the vacation club. I asked for a copy. Instead, I got a personal letter written directly to me and my bank from the company. So basically, they have not done anything to get me out of this as far as I know. Are they even still in business? If anything good comes out of this, I promise to leave a positive update, if not, I will update this as well.

ACC has not provided proper mentorship as described in Services Scope to timely cancel my time share contract. Nor did they provide an action plan.
ACC was hired July 2 2017, case 171352, to provide necessary training and mentorship to successfully cancel my time share contract in a timely manner. ACC did not provide a written action plan nor did they verbally communicate appropriate actions to work with the resort, net result my time share entered foreclosure. ACC and assigned attorney, Michael S, do not answer their phones or respond to email communications.

The Agreement forbids me from contacting the resort directly unless consent is given from ACC. The contract has notification terms to contact the party at the address below the signature block, however there is no signature block for ACC. Therefore there is no ACC signature, no address, and no other contact method. The lack of contract details and no response to emails or phone calls from ACC or their attorney makes it impossible to achieve consent.

The Agreement also has a Refund Policy which states if the property goes into foreclosure the client is not entitle to receive a refund. ACC is blocking attempts to keep my resort in good standing and is forcing the foreclosure so they do not have to provide a refund.

In accordance with ACC's Warranty client is due 100% refund of all fees paid if services have not been rendered.

ACC has not rendered the service to mentor and train me with the proper skillset to cancel the resort time share in a timely manner.

Fees owed under warranty are:
7/2/2017 payment $1150.00
8/20/2017 payment $287.50
9/20/2017 payment $287.50
10/20/2017 payment $287.50
11/20/2017 payment $287.50

Total refund:$2300.00

Desired Outcome

I would like ACC to allow me to cure the foreclosure. Thereafter, they are to provide the services described in the contract scope or refund 100% of all fees.

Unable to reach or communicate with company regarding the status of timeshare.
Contracted with this company and company rep Glenn B, Oct 19 2016 and paid them up front to get my husband and I released from a timeshare with *** we can no longer use. I never get a call back or email response when I leave a message on the customer service line. Most recently 9/10/18, called the customer service line 800-611-0631 and got a recording made on Friday August 31 that they will be closed for the Labor Day holiday and would resume business on Tuesday 9/4/18. Tried calling again 9/12/18, got recording mail box is full try your call later. I question, are they still in business.

Desired Outcome

I am only seeking communication with the company as to what is happening with the timeshare. Its been almost 2 years now.

I signed a contract with the timeshare release company a year ago. Now, my credit is ruined and they are not responding. Have not delivered on release
I paid AConsumerCredit to get me out of my timeshare contract a year ago. They have not delivered on their promise for service. Now they are not answering their phone or responding to emails. The timeshare company has reported delinquent payments to the credit bureau and my credit is ruined. American Consumer Credit is a fraud.

Desired Outcome

Full refund

On 2 July we paid for the company to cancel our Timeshare contract. Since then, they have become unresponsive and we have not received the services.
Purchase date = 2 July 2018
Cr = ***
Sales Rep = Michelle R

Desired Outcome

Refund, or services rendered to completion.

I signed up with Aconsumercredit in 2016 everything was going good till this year. They will not call me about my timeshares and I have paid theminfull
I signed up with them with promise of dissolving my timeshares everything was going good till this year when they just stoped answering phone calls and and emails.I paid them in full and $2600.

Desired Outcome

For them to finish what they started or pay me my money back

I have been trying to reach them for four days. Emails are not being responded and their phone lines are not working.
I signed with them in October 11, 2016 to get me out of my timeshare with Orange Lake. I have paid $2000 for their service. This would include getting me out of my timeshare contract as well as fix my credit. The term of contract may be extended after a year for an additional year.

It is almost two years, just one more month. I have been trying to contact them for 4 days now. My emails are never responded to. Also, their phone lines have not been working.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of $2000 by October 11, 2018.

Company has not fulfilled their obligation. No one responds to emails, phones do not work. We signed a contract and paid $2,200.00 to exit timeshare.
Purchased timeshare exit on 10-31-17. Have witnessed several complaints. Company is not responding to contact via email, phone, or social media. This company has SEVERAL complaints against them. If there is a class action lawsuit, I'd like to join please. If they can't hold up their job, then give me a refund and I'll find another company.

Desired Outcome

Refund.

I have a contract with this company to get me out of my timeshare. It has been over a month since I have had any contact with them.
They will not return any phone calls or respond to emails. When tried to email I received an error. I paid them almost a year ago to get me out of my timeshare. I believe they are a scam and need to know what to do next to get my money back since they can not complete the task and have a 100% money back guarantee as stated in my contract.

Desired Outcome

I want a 100% refund

I paid this company for there services and have no proof they are doing what they said. They haven't answered my calls or emails in months
I paid this company $2800 from my credit card in February 2016 to help get me out of a timeshare mortgage. since that day, I haven't received any documents or statements or anything to prove that they are actually doing anything that I paid them to do. every time I called them they said its being worked on and that its a long process. I last spoke to them about 3 months ago. They haven't answered my many calls or emails that I have sent in months now. I am worried that this company is scamming me and I am getting into huge debt with my timeshare company. Also, that ill be out the $2800.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to do as we agreed and finish getting me out of my timeshare with no hits toward my credit. if they are unable to do as they said they could, Id like a full refund for the services I paid for and haven't received.

This company guaranteed our complete contract cancellation for our timeshare. However, they took our money and now there is no way to contact them.
This company stated that they guarantee 100% complete contract cancellation for our timeshare. However, they took over $2,000 (at least $2450) and pretended that they were working on our case. They stated we had the option to obtain immediate cancellation of payments throughout the life of the case, however, subtracting a particular amount depending on when in the contract process we would want to cancel services because of their services. For this reason, they took OVER a year in pretending to work on canceling our contract and the last call with them, I was told the attorney's were currently working on negotiations and cancellation of the contract and it would be done by the end of the week August 17, 2018. I have continuously tried outreaching them at 1-800-611-0631 (however it states the voice mail box is full). I have tried the enrollment number on their site 1-800-587-3948 and that also says the voice mail box is full. I sent them an email twice and have not received any returned calls, emails, or responses. This company is definitely a scam. They took our money and promised us cancellation of our contract and now it is over a year later and nothing has happened. Of course, now I am not able to contact them regarding my case and they have yet to communicate with us in any way. At this point, my bills from the timeshare company has amounted to more than $10,000. This is because we were told NOT to pay any of our bills during this period and process with this Aconsumer credit company. In my opinion, Aconsumer credit should pay us the amount owed for our bill with the timeshare company that is over $10,000. This company did not commit to their promise for guarantee of contract cancellation.

Desired Outcome

We would like a full refund. There was deceit and they took our money (fee for service). However, there has not been any returned service for our fee and nothing has proven to be complete (regarding contract cancellation).
