8.11.16 we contracted w/ Aconsumer credit to cancel our Westgate Timeshare. Aconsumer Credit claimed Bankruptcy and Westgate foreclosed on us 8.23.18.
We signed a contract with Aconsumer Credit on 8.11.16 and were told to cease payment on our Westgate Timeshare and forward all correspondence to Aconsumer Credit. After forwarded all communication I received from Westgate and multiple emails I sent requesting an update, the last communication I had with Aconsumer credit was in March 8, 2018 when I received communication from Westgate with a Notice of Intent to Foreclose. I immediately emailed and called and finally spoke with Devin who said this was good and the case was almost resolved. Then I received the Certificate of Sale in September 2018 saying the property foreclosed on 8.23.18 and was sold. I emailed and called Aconsumer and received a message that said they had claimed Bankruptcy and would no longer return calls. Our timeshare was foreclosed and we our credit took a huge hit and we cannot refinance our home at this time. We would like our credit report repaired and our money returned.

American Consumer Credit stole my money!
I paid 2,500 back in 2017 to American Consumer Credit to help cancel my Timeshare. I last heard from them last year when I contact them and told them I was receiving letters from Westgate in regards wanting me to send me to collections and they told me to ignored their letters and that almost everything was done. I just received a letter from a third party stating I owned Westgate about 6k in late fees and payments. I just want justice and hace American Consumer Credit to give my money back or make Westgate leave me alone once and for all!!!

I signed a contract on 5/3/17 to help us cancel our timeshare. They did not resolve my timeshare issue.
I signed the contract with this company on 5/3/17 and paid $2750 via my son's credit cards. I was initially able to contact them via e-mail and did send them a few pieces of correspondence at that time related to our timeshare (monthly bills, letters, etc.) They advised me to quit paying our monthly payments as they were going to help up to cancel our timeshare agreement. Unfortunately, this company is apparently a scam and stole our money with no return service. I have tried to contact them since this date to no avail. I am still currently receiving a monthly billing statement from our timeshare company showing that I am no $9,500 behind on payments. I should have contacted someone for help regarding this prior to now but wasn't sure how to proceed and assumed that I was just an it that was scammed by dishonest people. I do have a copy of my correspondence with this company on the initial date of service (5/3/17), as well as, the contract we signed at that time. I do see within the contract that it states a period of 12 months of assistance and they had a right to extend the contract for an additonal 12 months without notice. I have never received any correspondence from this company of any sort. I did try to contact them via website and listed my complaints through a chat window; however, I never received any correspondence after this either.

I would like to finish the job they promised as described in the initial phone conversation and contract; however, I would also like a refund of the money as I feel they did not hold up their end of the contract.

We hired this company to end a timeshare. We were not informed of them filing bankruptcy in 2018. We were informed of closure of our case. It was not
We hired this company in 2017 to end our timeshare. In April 2018 we contacted because we were getting bills for maintenance fees. We were told to ignore them and were told that they had settled the timeshare and they were just finishing paperwork. We were contacted by the time share company in Feb. 2019 with maintenance fee that we owed them. 2 years worth totaling 1062.00. I called the timeshare company and told them we didn't own the property anymore. I was informed that according to property records we did. I then have tried to contact the company that sold us the time share, vacation village, to no avail. I have been informed that they are foreclosing on the property and we are responsible. We were never informed of the bankruptcy of A Consumer Credit and that the "paperwork" had never been filed. I have lookup up the bankruptcy and the filing date for filing against A Consumer credit is past (Dec. 31 2018)
We were never informed of the bankruptcy, the deadline for filing against A Consumer Credit, and they had been paid in full by Nov 2017 for a service we did not recieve. Payment was approx. 500.00 automatic withdrawal 8-18, 9-18,10-18 and Nov 18, 2017. Initial payment in July 2017. Total was to be $2500.00

They took our money, didn't delivered promised result, didn't notify us of bankruptcy and now were in the same place as before with all kinds of late fees and foreclosure cost.

We want them to finish the job, refund our money so we can get this taken care of and credit repair.

The doc hub contract link no longer works so I don't have a copy of the contract. I paid the company $4000 to terminate my Westgate time share. I
After I paid the comely to get me out of my contract, I never heard a word back from them. I was told the process.should take about a year or so. I waited until today to follow up. I thought everything was ok because the timeshare had stopped contacting me for payments. Today I went to follow up with a phone call and to request documentation of the contract termination. Unfortunately there are no working phone numbers associated with this company. At this point I realize that I have been scammed.

I contacted this company to get out of my time share they just took my money and didn't actually fix my issue they are not answering their phone anymore or emails, I cannot get ahold of them. they assured me that my credit was not going to be affected but I just found out that it was.

On 2017, my husband*** and myself signed a contract with American Consumer Credit Co, via electronic, to cancel two of our vacation club vacation time shares located in ISLA VERDE, PR , involving one mortgage..I spoke to a guy a named TJ M, representing his company..he told us that he would take care of us to cancel both time shares and protect our credit..We paid him $2600, for these services, but never heard from him again.. there were other people working there every time I called them. on 2018, I received an email from American Consumer saying they had declared chapter 11 for bankruptcy, now I've defaulted on payments for almost three years and have no idea how to get out of this situation. So much for "money back guarantee". I feel I was ripped off as well.. I continue receiving back bills for payment for these time shares in Puerto Rico..

Refund I feel it was a rip off and we should be entitled to our money back..this company did the same to so many people beside ourselves..I feel I was violated by this company.

On February 14, 2017 I made a Debit Card transaction in the amount of 3,250.00 to American Cosumer Credit, LLC to get me out of a timeshare in 1 year.
On February 14, 2017 I entered in to a contract with American Consumer Credit, LLC; with Yvette R as the Senior Legal Aid who handled my case. The contract was signed online with PandaDoc.com (Document Ref:***. I mail all of the Wyndham documents that was required. The required amount of $3250.00 was made from my Debit card on 2/14/17. The contract stated that if American Consumer Credit could not get me out of my Timeshare with Wyndham in 12 months, I would be refunded the entire $3250. On February 20, 2018, I contacted them and was told my case would be completed in two weeks. On March 15 I contacted them again and was told I would receive a letter (which was typed on plain paper; not the usual company letterhead) that I was to sign and send back to the and they would send it to Wyndham. On March 28, 2018 I tried to contact American Consumer Credit for further instructions and was not able to get in touch with them; the phone when to voicemail. On March 30, I drove to their building in Ormond Beach and found it vacant. I have not be able to get in touch with them any more.

Paid $2,450 for Company to file appropriate paperwork with said Timeshare Company to formally be released from a high pressure sales contract.
Attempted to cancel timeshare contract with *** exactly 1 day after the required 5 day Illinois rescission period in August 2017. Secured the services of ACC in September 2017.
ACC claimed the final paperwork for release of said contract was to be filed on August 17, 2018. ACC filed for bankruptcy in September 2019 without any notification to their clients.

Desired Outcome

The resolution requested would be to have file the final paperwork with the timeshare company to render August 2017 contract null and void. If not a refund, of all funds paid to ACC should be refunded.

Paid them for timeshare release wouldn't get back with me has been four years paid them 3150.00 for it and it was supposed to be done in a year

This company promised a 1 year complete resolution of a timeshare case but did not provide the service.
In 2017 I paid this company 2700 to resolve a timeshare issue for me and was promised a 1 year turn around with results or my money back. They did say it could take up to six months to hear anything so I waited patiently. So then I called and emailed the representative I had been communicating with and she never returned anything. So after tracking down the attorney in November 2018 he informed me that the company filed for bankruptcy but I was never notified and not to mention I had just spoke to someone on September 3,2018 and they didn't mention anything about this. To me that is fraud because they failed to disclose information intentionally to not give me my money back. I have requested the claim form from the bankruptcy court in Florida that is handling this company's case.

At this point the business should have to compensate me the 2700 dollars that was wasted paying for a service I never got.

On May 3,2018 =cr *** I entered into a contract with Aconsumercredit and paid them $2300.00 by *** card for them to take care of cancelling my contract with Vacatiion Villias.

I have received a letter from Vacatiion Villias indicating that nothing has been done and that if the mainttenance fees for 2018 and 2019 is not paid by 3/31/2019 my account will be charged a $25.00 late fee plus interest at the rate of 12% per annum. Telephone number for this company indicates that the mail-box is full and I am unable to leave a message. Also the fax numer that is listed will not accept the fax. Fax number is 888-600-8201 and the number for the office is 1-800-611-0631. I have copy of my contract.

went with A consumer Credit to sell my timeshare. Now I can't get ahold of the Company
I contracted A consumer credit to sell my timeshare at Christmas Mountain in Wisconsin Dells on February 27 2018. Was told I would be released from my timeshare 100% guaranteed. I paid @2.300 on my credit card. I was in contact with a lady named Sars Sweeney direct phone number is 1-386-301-4295. we also corresponded through e-mail. Her e-mail address is . I have all my e-mails on my computer still. I also have customer service info. which I also contacted. 1-800-611-0631. e-mail [email protected] Fax number1-888-600-8201 They told me not to have any contact with Christmas Mountain. and not to pay my maintenance fees. I've been trying to call and e-mail and can't get any response for over 4 months. When I call I get a voice mail saying mailbox is full. Now I got a letter from first American 400 international pkwy, STE 380 Lake Mary FL 32746 with an offer to eliminate my timeshare obligations. The letter say Christmas Mountain is prepared to move forward with default proceedings. I don't know what to do.

I paid $2500 in Feb 2018 for release from a timeshare. I was told I would be 100% free from the timeshare or would get a refund of my money.
On Feb 7, 2018, I signed a contract with A Consumer Credit for release of a timeshare I have with Hilton Garden Vacations. Michelle R, Timeshare Release Advocate was the initiator of the email traffic in which she provided references, attorney listings and credentials. Devin A, atty., sent me the documents to sign and make payment for services or $2500. I paid with a credit card that day. The emails and the contract both state. I was told at that time there were a team of customer service representatives that would be working my case and to please stay in touch even though it could take up to a year. I emailed and called several times over the year to be routed to the customer service representatives. As of today, Mar 13, 2019, I called to find all of the numbers I have have full voicemail boxes and cannot accept new messages. I then in turn went to the internet and found the company has bankrupt. I did suspend my HGV auto-payment and forwarded emails from them to A Consumer Credit and have heard no more from HGV so not sure where it stands at this time.

I would like to either get my money back from A Consumer Credit or have them complete the release of the timeshare from Hilton Garden Villages. Please advertise this is a company that does not do as it states.

We also had a contract for 1 year @ $2350. I had contact with their team forwarding them my timeshare notices per Sheri N and 3 of her girls. Found out in Dec that the voice mail box was full,.... I called Michael S their attorney to find out that they filed for bankruptcy ????? evidently he was on a retainer. I also find that Sheri N M, Sheri D N has a criminal record,...so was Michael involved as well. I want my money back.

This company promised to get us out of our two timeshares and we paid them $2000. Now our credit is ruined and one has done a charge off on our credit
They promised to get us out of our two timeshare and strung us along for years and nothing happened. One time share did a charge off and it is on credit saying we still owe around $23,000. The other says we owe over $12,00 and says we are in bankruptcy on our credit report, which is not tru? So not sure what is going on? We have seen complaints from others with same issue and say company ACC is in bankruptcy. We want our $2000.00 back and our credit reports fixed!
