My wife made a purchase from them and she made sure to uncheck any and all boxes for a subscription
We suddenly realized they were taking a monthly subscription from us
So far have not managed to cancel subscription even though we have called

customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been unsubscribed
as of 7/*/and also refunded for the month of July
We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the ***
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseCustomers who do
neither before the *** are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image
#2):
The customer did not skip or make a purchase in April
and was charged on 04/**//2014, 05/**/2014, 6/*/2014, and 7/*/but
contacted us on 7/*/and was refunded for the month of JuneThis customer
has already been refunded and also unsubscribed as previously stated

The wedsite is amazing, with easy navigation

I have been ordering from Adore Me for about a year and love the quality of there itemsMost are true to size, and when I did have a problem with a return the customer service representative made it hassle free and sent out a replacement itemI will continue to order from this company for all my lingerie and intimates

This company has the worst policy's and customer service I've ever dealt withTheir sizes are way off and the return policy is horrendousI'd like to warn anyone before becoming a vip since it took me months to finally cancelI highly recommend victory secret over this companyTheir policies are rediculous, their products are horrible, and the customers service is non existent

I LOVE the free shipping and returnsWhen I first signed up I didn't know it was a club that has automatic withdrawals if you don't "skip" the monthI called and they returned my money no problemI have stayed with them because there's never any obligation to buyIf I don't want to make a purchase that month I skip the monthPrices are very reasonable and they handle returns and refunds promptlyNo hassles I like that!

I will be filing a credit card dispute against your company because that avenue would return me my money in a timely fashion so that it can be used to be put towards my expensesA marequest for a refund and a month wait for a decision regarding whether funds will be returned or not is completely unacceptableA phone call should be a sufficient requestI feel that your company is putting in purposeful barriers to consumers receiving their funds by requiring a mail in claim request for a refund within your day "no questions asked" policyThis is utterly unacceptable

The checkout process is tricky and misleadingAs soon as I received the confirmation email, I saw that I was signed up for the membershipI called immediately to stop the orderThey refused to stop the order, after I repeatedly asked them toMy credit card had not been charged at that point and the item had not been shippedI was told I had to wait for them to send me the item and then I could ship it backI want a FULL refundI do not want to pay the restocking fee because they refused to cancel the order before it shipped
