I have found that the panties that come with the bra set seem cheaply madeThe lace rips easily and are poor quality The bras are better but a little uncomfortable and hot to wear I think if the underwear were made of sturdier fabric it would be helpful It would be great if the bras could "breathe " more and be cooler to wear They just seem impractical and uncomfortable More like only wearing them for a special moment when you know they will only be on for a few minutes to excite your partner! I would like to see more styles that are sexy, comfortable and practical This is why I have been skipping the months and not buying them I am a DD-E depending on the style or brand of bra I wear and a size small underwearThongs are not comfortable or practical eitherThey shouldn't be worn very often due to the fact that they can cause urinary tract infections I think it's time to upgrade your materials and styles to better quality and choices in design There isn't a lot to choose from in the sizes I mentioned

I was charmed by the membership deal offered by Adore Me where you receive your first lingerie purchase for $then charged thereinafter $per month as a VIP MembershipI am a current subscriber of Fablectics so I am well aware of how this worksWhen I put in my credit card information my card was to be charged $so I was surprised to find I had been charged $full priceConfused and frustrated I started an online chat who advised they would not be able to cancel my order even though I had just completed the purchase less than an half hour agoI immediately contacted Member Services who informed me of the sameShe offered to credit for $but she could not cancel the order as their system would not allow her toPerplexing because clearly the items had not been shipped or realistically began processingI asked to speak with a supervisor who said it must have been a glitch in the system but there was nothing he could do
Their business practices seem to be very misleading and I don't understand how they can get away with charging your card for more than you agree to at the time of serviceI was being forced to pay and keep when the terms were not even what I consider to be unclear just outright misleading and unsavoryI ended up disputing it with my credit card company but the entire process was frustratingAfter taking a look online at consumer complaints it appears that this has happened to many

I absolutely LOVE adoreme.com! I have multiple of their sets and one of their swimsuits and they fit so amazingly and they are so sexy and well made! They come in every size imaginable! And they're so affordable! They do the best deals BogoAnd their customer service is A+!

I have not received my order

Very nice set

I had to return items because they didn't fit properly and one was marked as damaged because it had a small white smudge on the side (there was supposed to be a picture attachment to the email I received but it was conveniently not there)So I called to see what was going to be done about it, I wasn't receiving a refund or exchange voucher, and was also informed I wouldn't be getting the set back, so basically they were telling me I gave them a free $Well after minutes and people I finally got an exchange voucherI am no longer recommending them, will be canceling my VIP membership after I use my exchange codes and will not be buying anything else from themSo much for customer service!!

Amazing customer service, products are quality

Most frustrating online shopping experience everNot only was I also automatically signed up for the VIP membership; but once you create an account and buy something - they automatically save your credit card information without your consentEven after I was able to unsubscribe from their VIP membership, I was still not able to delete my own credit card from my accountI ended up having to call and demanded that my entire account be deleted
I purchased one thing from them and it took my weeks to sort out the mess that it created on my credit cardTheir products are also incredibly cheapI will never ever recommend Adore Me to anyoneIn fact I plan on actively telling people NOT to sign up with themHow they are still an operating business is beyond me

The worst service had fraud charge to account and *** along with others there basically told me they didn't care it's not there policy to stop the shipment and after it reaches destination it will needs to reach them before the will fix the issueA week plus later still nothing they just got the order and I'm livid they are procrastinating on sending the refund confirm email not only that just put it on a *** affiliate channel sad to say they really don't care

Love the bras and underwear the exchange or refunds are never a hassle and love the free shipping I have ordered over sets and will order more I love them and the fit is perfect if it's not they exchange it befor I even send back the one that is just right

Did you read my complaint? The sign up was not the issue I want my Account completely deleted from your system so that I don't ever have to hear from you or contact you to remove myself from your system againI have attached an email stating that my account cannot be deleted due to being on the "payment vacation" (which is what I assume you refer to as being "deactivated") this "deactivation" is not permanentPlease make it permanent

I love Adore MeThe value is unbeatableI don't buy my lingerie anywhere else anymore

I've been ordering from Adore Me for a few years now and I have always been satisfiedThe products are great and I've never had to return anythingI will continue to order from themThey have a decent selection and pretty much always have my size in the style I like

They are horribleI bought something, and with out me know or them advising me I was signed up for a "vip membership " and they were taking 40$ out of my account every monthI will never , EVER buy anything from them again

Everything I have ordered I have enjoyed with no problems THANK YOU YOUR GREAT LOVE YOUR LINE AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM IN SIZES
