*** *** *** ***This is in reply to the customer’s rejection of our answer to complaint #*** As we have mentioned in our previous reply, order # *** appears to be processing due to the fact that the warehouse hasn't shipped out the complete orderThe customer is free to keep the item they received, but unfortunately, we are unable to also ship the missing piece from the initial order.We emphasize once again the fact that this order was replaced with order # ***, at no extra costTherefore, the customer did receive a complete set for the amount they paid for the initial orderWe would also like to mention the fact that the first order (on Dec ***), that was lost during shipping, was for an item from the sale section, and weoffered the customer an exchange code for a full-priced item.We have also attached a screenshot of all the customer’s transactions: the price paid for the initial set that was not received, the amount that was mistakenly charged for the replacement order and was voided and the amount for expedited shipping , that was refunded.Unfortunately, we consider that there is no further action we can take in this case.Best regards, *** *** *** *** *** ***

Half the time Adore Me has items that I'm looking for in my size in stockThe other half of the time they don'tWhile it's nice you can opt out monthly for the subscription requirement, it wasn't clear when signing up that your free item, buy get the 6th free, didn't count for the months shopping itemAnd while it was easy enough to request my money back, it was just a process I shouldn't have had to deal withYou also need to take into account that sizing runs small and depending upon what you're ordering you need to order one to two sizes larger than you normally wouldExcept in the case of their corsetsYou'll need at least three to four sizes larger at a minimumThis is with following their sizing chartsGiven that this company uses women to design and make the lingerie and undergarments, it's really difficult to understand why things are the way they are

Adore Me is the best But the post office has failed them on my last order I placed it on May 16, and I have still not received my order yet My order was in Morrow, Ga then was shipped to California It has been sitting in California for four days There is no telling what that package is going to look like when it does get to me
Adore Me has an amazing exchange and return policy! Everything has been exceptional quality - only returns I've had to make were based on sizing!

I had filed a complaint against Adore Me on September *** due to store credit that was wrongfully charged to my debit cardThey agreed to refund me the full amount of $I received the first credits back on my card that very same day (September **, 2014.) They then emailed me over an hour and a half later, and said that one credit had expired but since it was recent, they would refund it back to my card as well ("We have noticed that one store credit has recently expired in this case because it was recent we will also refund that $as wellIt will also be available within to business days.") Desired Outcome: A refund of $back to the same card that the other three credits were refunded to

Be careful ordering anything from this company, they automatically sign you up for their VIP program which means they charge you $a month automatically and will only refund it for thirty days Buyer beware! Better off finding another place to buy

This company is everything it says it isI have gotten lingerie sets that fitted perfectly for me and some that didn't but that's no problem with Adore Me! When I needed to return something I sent it back but could reorder immediately, not have to wait until they received my original items back! This was a first for meThey have beautiful items in all different sizesGreat company!
They have bras in my size which is amazing but lately the wires have been popping out so not sure what to do with that but they feel amazing
