customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been unsubscribed
as of 7/*/as well as refunded in the amount of $for the month of July
We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the ***
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseCustomers who do
neither before the *** are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image
#2):
The customer did not skip or make a purchase in May
and was charged on 05/**/2014, 06/***/2014, 07/**/There is no record that
this customer called us to unsubscribeAs previously stated I have refunded and,
unsubscribed this customer
For any remaining store credit that exceeds our
day refund policy please contact our claims department:

Please note: Credits
resulting from the monthly charge on the *** are only eligible for a refund up
to days past the date of the charge. In order to be eligible for a refund
of store credit beyond days, you must write a letter to our claims
department explaining the case and why you were not able to call within our

Great fit

Adore Me kept signing us up and charging us $after we kept cancelling the subscriptionThen, when we called in the third month of this ordeal, Joshua at the customer service line started openly laughing at my problems, refused to let me speak to a manager, and could not give me any information to reference the call we just had

I love adore me and I try to order almost every month if my budget allows it

I absolutely love everything I have gotten so far, good quality, perfect fit, no issues no hazzle

Very happy with my second stitch fix boxThe sizing adjustments that were made after my first box were much better and I was very happy about thatThe stylist listened to what I requested & was looking at my pinterest board that I attached

I absolutely love the products that I recieve from adore me Keep up the great work

I ordered sets on 11/** - order# **SSN** That arrived ok The sizing was off so I followed the procedure to get those returned and was issued credits to order new sets I reordered each of these on 11/** as separate orders (it was the only way to use the credits that I could see - one per order) They shipped these orders separately on the same day and according to *** tracking, both were delivered on the same day BUT - I only received one order (order# #**SSN**) I contacted the Adore Me people about a week later once I realized that the second order was "missing" (order #**SSN**)I was told that I need to call *** myself and start a claim with them and then call them back with the claim # so they could handle it from thereThe person who told me that said that they would send out a replacement set in the meantimeI called ***, got a claim # CA**SSN** - called the Adore Me people back and gave it to them I talked to a different person this second time who told me they would NOT be sending a replacement set while they worked on the claim but that they would be in touchIt has now been weeks - I have not heard one word from anyone at that companyI called, sat on hold for minutes on 12/** and finally had to leave a message for someone to call me back (their system redirected to a message box - no option to continue to hold)I left a message, asked them to call back on my cell # (which is the one on file) I didn't hear back at allThe next day when I got to work, I had a voice message on my work phone (the one I had called from the day before) saying to call them backI spent over minutes on the phone on 12/** and when their system again sent me to the "leave a message" box, I then got notification that I could NOT leave a message at this time because the box was fullOn 12/**, I spent another minutes on hold...I was able to leave a message at least when their system directed me to the "leave a message" boxAt this time, I am completely fed up with the lack of any type of good customer service I just want my original $back I have placed a call to my credit card company to have them reverse the charges - hopefully that gives me some kind of final resolution to this matter

but would like to continue purchasing with us, they are more than welcome to choose the “Pay as you go” method during checkoutAs for a refund on their
purchase, because the package has already been shipped, we are unable to refund them at this timeBeing unsubscribed does not affect the order that was
placed
