RETURNING AN ADORE ME PURCHASE
Make sure to ship back the entire set! We cannot accept partial sets
Print and complete the Return and Exchange form available from your account details once you have requested a label.
Package the items and return form in the original box, then seal securely with tape to prevent contents from falling out
Affix the pre-paid return label over the original mailing label
Drop the return in your mailbox, with your mailman, at work or at a post office without waiting in lineDo not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays
Please allow days for us to process your request upon receipt

Too hot

Fast and easy shipping and returns, products are well-made and in good shape when they arrivedAnd so much cheaper than other underwear shops because of the bra/pantie set! The only issue I have is that your size might vary depending on what bra style you orderI ordered a 44DD for my friend and had to change it to a 46D in a different style; but returning it was so easy! Will definitely order from here again

Ita difficult for me to find bras that fit and are cute due to having a larger chest size, but this site has bras that fit any chest size and fit correctly

Adore Me is amazing! As a bigger girl, with bigger "girls" it can hard to find bras that fit right but are still cuteAdore Me totally delivers!!! They have practical, cute, and sexy sets for plus sized ladies, and the fit is great! Adore Me is seriously the only place I buy bras now!!

The company charged me a $return fee in addition to a restocking fee, stating that the item that I returned was damagedThe damage they claimed was an odor The company had no mention of its quality control to assay the odor, nor could they provide me with some sort of quantifiable measurement of pre and post shipment "odor" levelsThis is clearly a scam to get more money from its customers by using an excuse that does not have hard evidence to prove that the customer damaged the returned materialI would advise anyone to never use this company

This last bra I ordered is the most comfortable and beautiful bra I've ever wornI hate to take it off! I want one in every color! Do pleased with the quality of items I've ordered! Thank you!

The bra fit great but the undies where a little big so kind of disappointed about that

This transaction was unauthorized due to the fact that I asked to be unsubscribed from VIP membership on March **, (picture attached)I also stated in that request that I wanted my money refunded for the purchase that arrived missing items, and for my entire account with AdoreMe to be terminated
AdoreMe states that they refunded $of the debited $today (6/**/14), but according to my bank statement, there have been no deposits on AdoreMe's behalfThe alleged $was not refunded to me, and my account has yet to be terminatedAttached is a picture showing that not only is my account still intact, but that I have a store credit of $still remainingWhile I would love to call AdoreMe and discuss this ongoing matter, I have attempted to contact them numerous times, on several occasions, on all extensions, and my call was never answered
