This is an awesome company they are quick with delivery and have awesome products

My daughter purchased a swimsuit a year agoSince then they have charged my card $a month and placed the money in my "In store credit" accountThey have offered to pay me back the last months and told me to email their claims department to try and get the rest

I have not had any issues with this company I believe I contacted customer service just once, and they were pleasant and resolved a minor problem in just minutes They are more than fair I've ordered from them for years and will continue to do so

I love Adore MeIt is so very easy to skip on the months I do not wish to make a purchaseAnd when I do purchase something the products fit amazing...well worth the price and I've never had a bad experience

to the complaint ID #***.In regards to the membership, we would like to explain how it worksWe have attached a screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options offered to the customers at checkout (as seen in image #1).Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email and reminder emails before the fifth reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseVIP members who do not shop or skip by the *** day of each month (11:59:p.mEST), are charged $39.95 and receive the sameamount in store creditMembers may redeem this credit on AdoreMe.com at any timeVIP members who do skip the month (before the *** day 11:59:59 p.m. EST) may change their minds and are free to shop any item in their showroom throughout the monthPlease note this is an automatic billing, and members who do not participate in the active membership may accumulate store credits Customers are able to request a refund directly, here: *** within days of the charge.That being said, we now confirm that the customer has been unsubscribed on 12/**/(see attached image #2).Please note that the remaining store credit is from October (the customer placed their first order in September and the first charge for store credit occurred on October ***), see attached image #3.For the remaining $store credit, the customer is welcome to contact our Claims department.In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit charged beyond days, the customer must write a letter or send an email to our Claims department explaining the case and why they were not able to call within our day limit to request a refundAll requests sent to the Claims department must be typed and mailed OR emailed to:Adore Me: Claims*** *** ***

customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been unsubscribed
as of 7/**/and refunded for the month of July
We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program
I have attached below a

Really love their services They do charge monthly, but you have the option to skip that charge within the first days of the month, which can be done either on the app or online They remind you on the first of each month, so if you do get charged when you didn't want to (and it's happened to me), it's really your own fault Also, the charge stays as a credit on your account, so you can always buy a new set whenever you want to, which is really just an excuse to get more undies/swimsuits I'm recommended to several friends and my mother

Adore me has cute items and makes shopping pretty easy The sizing has been accurate and the materials are not cheap I have not had to return one itemShipping is quick, too

I'm very pleased with my purchaseI don't know why I waited so long to use my membershipI will definitely be purchasing from them every month

I love adore me for the most part I love most of the styles I just wish that all styles came in all sizes other than that I love all my bra's I have purchased so far ??

It completely mischaracterized my complaint and did not guarantee that contact with me would not be attempted, which is all I askThey don't need to make up things or give me a boilerplate response. The fact that it is boilerplate suggests that the problem they think I was complaining about happens all the time and makes me wonder if they even bothered reading my complaint. I just ask they leave me alone, which tempts me to accept their request but doing so seems like it could open me up to further emails and continued annoyance. Thanks!

I have already unsubscribed from emails sent by adoreme.com The only issue I keep bringing up has still not been addressed Why is my email still in use on your website? Regardless if an account is inactive, it is still an account I only want my account deleted permanently Why is this apparently not possible? Why is it (I assume) a policy that a person cannot delete their account unless they buy something?
I want your company policy regarding consumers' email use sent to me
I also want to know whether I agreed to any terms of use agreements when I accessed your website
If these issues are not addressed, I will refuse to let it drop

great product, great customer service

The bra was perfect! But I had ordered "Hipsters" as panties, and I got the step up from a thong, not good on a L woman who has had w children, previous purchases have been great but the panties on this buy missed the mark

I love the designs I just didn't like that even though I picked the same size for some reason one of my bras was smaller than the other and also that they only give you five days to skip the month that is if you are VIPLast is they don't actually have a clearance section

I called to cancel my account I continued to get a a monthly charge I was given back my last charge of $but my account was not closed.The second d time I called to complain I could not get a person and was directed to cancel onlineWhich I did , where I was told I could not get my refund of unused charges and if I did cancel my account I would lose my credit of ! These people are crooks The one order I received was of below average qualityI want my $credit back.!
