I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I still never recieved the complete order from the reorder. I hsd to call multiple times and was told  Iwould yet again get another code. SO I did and got that order but the items I originally ordered I only got the panties to I was told that I would recieve the bran and still havnt I check it everyday and it still says processing.

Makes online shopping easy. they deliver on their promises letting you know when you can expect their products to show up. They sometimes send too many e-mails out though can get irritating to delete them from your inbox all the time. Wish you could just select the size you are looking for or other options without having to reset them all the time.

This place is practicing unconscionable and potentially fraudulent business operations on unwitting consumers.
In order to cancel membership, one must call corporate headquarters and request verbally to do so, however NOBODY ANSWERS PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. Everything is on an automated system... Leaving people on hold for hours with no call back or answering systems. Not even a voicemail.

Been very happy with the products I've purchased.

I've always gotten good quality lingerie and sleepwear from Adore Me. The website makes it extremely clear that this is a monthly subscription service, and each month I receive multiple emails, texts, and push notifications from the app letting me know that it's time to shop or skip, so I'm never surprised by any charges.

I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image

Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted]
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.

I have enjoyed the products I have received. The material and workmanship is excellent. The price is very reasonable.

I love the bathingsuits but the bra I ordered I was not too thrilled with. It was poorly constructed (seam runs down the middle of the cup) and still a bit small even for the size I am. Won't stop me from wearing it from time to time but could be better.

This was an awesome experience. The sizing chart allowed me to enter my measurements and then it told me the sizes I needed so when I got the items I ordered they fit perfectly and were super cute. I would highly recommend!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Adore Me! They have a wide variety of lingerie/bathing suits to cover all tastes and sizes. I'm thrilled with how beautiful their plus size items are. They have a great rewards program, email reminders are continually sent to remind you to either order or pass for the month, and with every order you get $10 off your next one!
