Im not happy woth adore me whatsoever right now I used to order every month almost this ast year ive spent at least 500 so far and I wasnt even given a free set yet [redacted] is more expensive but they give you gift cards every couple months for you being a member and I havent reveived that from adore me everytime I call with a probelm there is always a rude representative on the other line.I used to praise adore me but there quality has gone from 5 star to one star in my book.If im a vip member and have spent 500plus how come I still havent reveived anything for giving them my business step it up adore me its worth it to me and other vip members to give them items once in awhile I do not plan on ordering anything else because your vip membership is bull .my experience with you is not what I expected you need to step up if you expect to keep your customers

I had an issue with the product I received originally it came in damaged. I contact Adoreme through email, they told me to send it back and gave me the credit towards a new product. They received my shipment confirmed the damage and I was able to order a new one. No hassle, or issues, everything worked out great.

I looked into the
customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been unsubscribed as
of 8/**/2014.
We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program.
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted]
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image #2):
The customer did not make a purchase or skip the
month for the month of February and was charged store credit on 02/**/2014,
03/**/2014, 04/**/2014, 05/**/2014, 06/**2014, 07/**/2014 and 08/**/2014. She
used up $129.85 of her store credit on her order placed on 06/**/2014. The
remaining balance is in this customer’s account as store credit and available
for use. We have a 30 day refund policy were we are able to refund any charge
within 30 days of when the charge occurred.
For any remaining store credit that exceeds our
30 day refund policy please contact our claims department:
To request a credit refund, please contact our customer service
department. All refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Please note: Credits
resulting from the monthly charge on the [redacted] are only eligible for a refund up
to 30 days past the date of the charge. In order to be eligible for a refund
of store credit beyond 30 days, you must write a letter to our claims
department explaining the case and why you were not able to call within our 30
day limit to request a refund. Please include your email address in the letter.
All requests sent to the claims department must be typed and mailed to:

and provide an answer by email within 10 business days (from the postmarked

partially refunded for sets not received. The only way to receive a refund for
orders placed with a Groupon, is to return the entire order.

I love Adore Me! They're cheaper than a lot of competitors and the quality is just as good. Their VIP membership is worth it because of the deals available. They have cute and sexy styles and are very comfy.
Always have exactly what I'm looking for, always great prices, always sent out quickly in great packaging. Product is exactly as shown and described. Quality it high.

I love this store, it is so easy to shop from and I look forward to every package I get from them, its like Christmas any day of the week
Good quality materials used in their products. Fairly priced.
Although it's a monthly auto-bill club it is the best one I've been part of as they allow skipping of months, refund if you missed the window to skip, and store credit to use once it is processed. I never bought nice things for myself but this program has allowed me to generate a nice but affordable collection. It's difficult to find cute styles for larger sizes but AdoreMe has done it! There was even a nursing bra! Kudos!
Very pleased with the products and delivery service. It takes a bit longer to get a representative if you have a question but overall I am satisfied.

The product itself is well made. I started buying bras with underwire from Adore Me but had to stop because it was causing bruises on the sides of my breast. I have since switched to bralettes from Adore Me and I am very pleased. The bralettes are supportive and do not cause any kind of irritation whatsoever. I am disappointed I bought the all the underwire bras because I can no longer wear them.

In regards to the VIP membership, we would like to explain how it works. We have attached a screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options offered to the customers at checkout (as seen in image #1). Customers just need to click on the „What do I need to do as a VIP?” button and they receive the information regarding the VIP membership (as seen in image #2).Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email and reminder emails before the [redacted] reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. VIP members who do not shop or skip by the [redacted] day of each month (11:59:59 p.m. EST), are charged $39.95 and receive the sameamount in store credit. Customers are able to request a refund directly here: [redacted], within 30 days of the charge. That being said, we would like to explain why the second charge occurred. A recent update to our 3rd party banking system includes an automatic card update for all recurring payments. This is designed to help a shopper transition utilities or other recurring bills to avoid an interruption in service . We apologize for this customer’s misunderstanding and frustration, and would have been more than happy to assist over the phone.As requested, we have issued a refund for $39.95 today – see attached image #3. The previous $39.95 charge was refunded on 11/** when the customer called and unsubscribed. I've had only good experiences with this vendor. I especially like the sleepwear.
I love all the new stuff you have!! I hope there is more to come! I love adore me so much. Always like looking at your site. I also love it when you get something for free with purchase!
I am very pleased with my experience with Adore Me thus far, with the exception of a lot of the items were sold out at the time of purchase and some items are more frilly than my taste. I'm girly, but strong, therefore I sometimes like simpler sexy items. The website is very user friendly and I love the option to defer the months that I am unable to choose any item that month. Thank you.
Very easy to order, quality and comfortable lingerie. Never had an issue
