I have generally had no issues with my orders from Adore Me, the website is easy to navigate, they text me so I don't miss either shopping or skipping a month as I'm VIP so I don't get charged the 39.99 and the check out is secure. Although recently my order was sent to the wrong address so now I have to wait a month for it to be considered lost/stolen as they can't divert it through the shipping company. Even though it clearly states on my account the address they sent it to, which is my old address that I can no longer receive mail at and it says on the package tracking that it was sent to the wrong address. What a pain. I have ordered since moving and it was sent to the right address and my order following this one was sent to the right address. (I've received that one already). At least they were easy to contact. Hopefully I get my parcel soon.
Even though I could find a better price at other places, but Adore has my size in so many cute and sexy styles I'm looking for. Also I'm so glad about they're new sportswear.

I looked into the
customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been unsubscribed
as of 8/**/2014.
We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program.
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted]
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image
#2):
The customer did not skip or make a purchase in February
and was charged on 02/[redacted]/2014, 03/**/2014, 04/**/214, 05/**/2014, 06/**/2014
and 07/**/2014 but contacted us on 08/**/2014 and was unsubscribed at the time
she called. As previously stated this customer was already unsubscribed.
For any remaining store credit that exceeds our
30 day refund policy please contact our claims department:

request a credit refund, please contact our customer service
department. All refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Please note: Credits
resulting from the monthly charge on the [redacted] are only eligible for a refund up

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] They have also emailed me and will be refunding the full "store credit" owed, and I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. It would have been nice if they had just responded to me, and taken care of this, when I initially contacted them.

I'm upset with my most recent order. It was not delivered to my physical address like last time. Instead it was dropped off at my local Post Office. The Post Office returned to sender since the PO Box # was not on the address. When I emailed AdoreMe, they said they would give me in store credit. I informed them that I updated my shipping address and wanted my items delivered instead of in store credit. They are refusing and continue to offer me in store credit instead.
Great customer service.

You did not acknowledge at all that I simply want my email and password removed from your website/servers. I know that I did not buy something from the website. I know that you say that I don't have an account. All I want is to have any identifying information you have of me deleted. This includes my email and the password I created. I want control of where my information is on the internet.

I've ordered about 8 bra/panty sets, I can't remember the exact number off the top of my head. I've loved them all! This last bra I ordered has some stitching flaws causing a gather on one side but not the other. I didn't notice it until I had worn it all day and then stopped to really look at it later that night. Pretty disappointing but I wore it all day so I don't feel right returning it.
I ordered a $24.99 set, thinking that it was a good deal. I immediately regretted purchasing from an unknown company, so I called to cancel my order. Their automated phone system was " down" citing problems with [redacted]. Their chat was unavailable. So I emailed. No response. I try the telephone number again the next day. I am on hold 25 minutes and it suddenly stops playing music, no one answers , but the call is not disconnected. I keep saying hello but there is no answer. It is unethical for a company post phony, unreachable contact methods.
