We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program.
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted]
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image

The customer did not skip or make a purchase in June
and was charged on 06/**/2014, 07/[redacted]/2014, and contacted us on 7/*/2014 and was
refunded and unsubscribed at the time of her call. As previously stated this
customer has been refunded and unsubscribed.

AdoreMe.com has affordable women's underwear, lingerie, accessories and athletic wear that is attractive, fits, and comes in lots of colors and designs. Their hosiery is perfect! They don't have as much to choose from if you need Plus size, but they have adequate choices. The billing is monthly, and you pay as you go. I like it! I wish they had more sexy things that my hubby would love. Very, "Vanilla" in their sexy assortment!

I am very happy with this swimsuit! It is very cute and it flatters my curves well. However, it does run VERY small. I am usually a medium or large in clothes ( and I am a 36DD) but I ordered a 0x and it fit perfectly. So, if you are going to order this product, just be sure to order it larger than you usually would.

I LOVE Adore Me. To the point where I feel like I have a problem- I order way too much underwear for what I actually need... Everything is great quality, an excellent price, awesome perks and random sales and discounts, and the fit is perfect every time! I've recommended Adore Me to tons of friends who are now totally hooked.

I have ordered many bras, corsets and lingerie from this company and have never had a single problem . The quality is great! Shipping is quick! If you need a different size they ship it out immediately.

I am so happy this site came into my life. being big chested I am glad to finally find bras that are pretty and fittiing. My girlfriends and employees at work love me for giving them the site so hopefully they'll be ordering as well.

Adore Me offers a wide variety of high quality products at moderately low prices. The company offers sales frequently, as well as an incentive to purchase at least one item each month. Overall, great company with great designs and products, not to mention affordable prices!

Usually I have a great experience with adore me. My recent order... not so much. I placed an order Nov [redacted] and it's Nov [redacted] and the package is still in NJ. I've called and they have assured me it's on it's way. I am a VIP member and have been for over a year and have never had this problem...

My packages always come in good shape, and on time. I'm glad they do, because the one time I had a problem I waited on hold for an hour to talk to someone.

Adore Me has helped me with a recent order I did not receive by mail. I am so thankful for their customer care team with helping me with that issue. All of my orders have been great and I love the product. I'm a long time customer and I recommend to all my gals!!!

I love adore me!!! I'd rather have this name on my undies then any other including [redacted]. The material alone speaks volumes, not to mention the cut and style they keep refreshing and updating every month. These unmentionable make me feel sexy as a 19 year old model, and YES I do refer all my girlfriends (and some of their husbands/boyfriends) to at least give them a chance, and I have friends who WERE die hard [redacted]s girls. I really love adore me. I love the products and the option to buy or skip the month. All of my purchases have been good quality. I have never had a reason to contact their customer service so I don't know how they deal with issues. But I happy with them and have suggested them to several friends.

I am very particular about my underwear and everything has to be in a matching set. Everything I have bought has been perfect and fit like a glove. I tell everyone that will listen how great the site is.
