I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have not received the $20 gift cards for my purchase at advance auto parts which they agreed was owed to me for my previous purchases that were made during their promotion. Thank you, [redacted]

Please be advised that we do test the batteries with our own equipment and use those readings, but they should be able to answer questions regarding the process. We see the previous online order # [redacted] and would like to refund the [redacted] account used there in order to allow the new purchase to maintain its warranty. Please respond if this would be an acceptable refund method and if not then confirm the address provided is valid to receive a check. The refund amount would be $121.43 from the order. We are willing to refund the $174.94 instead, but if done the new battery would continue from the old warranty which would end 7/26/2018. Due to the opportunity received, we will issue a $150 check to Ms. [redacted] as a gesture of good will, and as a one-time courtesy. She will receive the check in 7-10 business days. Going forward, we suggest Ms. [redacted] buy her parts directly from the garage if she wants her labor covered.  We did however empathize with how quickly she experienced a defect in the part.  Please let us know if we can help further. [redacted]. It appears as if the return in Store was done without a receipt. We did find the original purchase using the date provided by Mr. [redacted]. We would be happy to void the Merchandise Card and issue a check from our Corporate Office. Please confirm if this is acceptable and we will have the check created. We advise 7-10 business days for the check through the mail and also request confirmation of a valid mailing address. Additionally the clerk at the advanced auto parts store under sold me the amount of oil he told me was required for my vehicle. It turns out I needed more. His computer was wrong. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

They should be getting in touch with our customer as soon as possible. At this time any further updates must come through Sedgwick CMS, as they will be handling this for Advance going forward. If Ms. [redacted] would like to contact Sedgwick they can be reached at [redacted]. We would lastly like to advise that we are aware Ms. [redacted] has contacted Sedgwick already, and that they did not have a claim established for her at that time.  We do have a claim established now, and the claim # is [redacted].  Ms. [redacted] can provide that claim # to Sedgwick when calling so they can more quickly assist. Our promise is to provide superior customer service and offer high quality products when you need them. corporate leadership team has partnered to resolve this opportunity for our
customer. We are mailing an $857.21 check to the address provided.  Mr. [redacted] can be expecting it in 7-10
business days.

Thank you for allowing us to respond, it appears our customer will be receiving a $50 GC, we were unaware our customer had called and that GC has been processed but, our customer should have it at this time.   In regards to the install we would like to apologize for the situation but due to not having proof of showing work needed to be done after the battery was installed by our TM, we are unable to assist, as our Field Leadership has tried to work out a solution and asked for more information since this first happened.  At this time we feel we have done everything we can to support our customer with this situation.  Please let us know if our customer did not receive the GC so we can look into this and reissue if needed.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience our customer has experienced regarding...

his battery.  We have reached out to the District Manager, [redacted], and he will be contacting Mr. [redacted] on 6/24/15 to discuss the situation further and provide an apology and resolution.  The District Manager will also provide our customer with a receipt for the replacement battery.

In regards to the complaint that Mr. [redacted] has filed we would like to respond further. We have verified the purchase of the two rotors and platinum brake pads in question.  As a one-time courtesy, we will issue a check in the amount of $20 (since brakes and rotors for only one axle were purchased on the 9/12/16 order,) which will be mailed to the address provided.  Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

the business has conceded thanks to the help of the Revdex.com , after I filed the complaint I received a strange call saying they were going to give me my money back and today I actually got a check via ups for a full refund. I would like to close the complaintthanks Revdex.com[redacted]

I'm forwarding you a copy of our mechanic that installed the last 2 engines..I feel the Manufacture is not being fair it's not our fault..I have 2 disabled people here including myself we depend on our 1 vehical to assist us with medical transportation..please take this into consideration thank you

As I am glad they found the information in their files. The bill that I submitted was for $710.00, which I knew they would pay up to $600.00, they need to take into consideration that I paid the wrecker bill, diagnosed the problem, removed the bad engine, I recrated old engine and delivered back to the store,  cleaned and installed all external parts to be installed on new engine, , replaced the engine along with all filters and fluids that go into a new installation. That is why I am not satisfied with the $370.00 that they have offered.
