I had my oil changed at [redacted] shopThe bill was $ I never received a bill from this company They had my phone number and they never phoned meI have a cell phone and they never phoned in the previous months They then sent a bill after months to my old address They never phoned to ask about my new address The company I had do the oil change has my new address They when they did call me they told me I owed $ They also said it was for tires Seeing I never used their stupid card to purchase my tires, I paid cash I feel they are not competent I told them to send me a bill and I would pay for the oil change I paid the $for the oil change Now they want $ I did not but anything else I will never use their card again

CFNA is the biggest RIP-OFF and has the biggest scam going They manage the account of [redacted] I have a due-date the 3rd of every month Legally the third of the month does not end until midnight Last month I made my payment on the 3rd, but because I paid it after 5PM, they charged me a late chargeI go to their site every month to pay, so they could see in the system that I paid it on the third This month when I went in and paid on the 3rd, they charged me a fee because my payment last month was paid on the 3rd, but after Who does that They are the BIGGEST RIP-OFFs ever Once I pay [redacted] off, I will never deal with them again Because of them [redacted] is losing a customer effective today I will not go there again This practice has to be ILLEGAL! They give you a due date, not saying if not paid by 5PM, it is going to be a charge of Can they do this? On the website it says if the payment is made after 5PM, it will not be credited until the next business dayI do understand that, but why charge reflecting they did not receive my payment on the 3rd

CFNA are scammers indeed Each time I pay off my balance, they send another statement with a late fee on it when it was paid on time You can never get anyone to talk to you on the phone, not even to cancel my account I use them for my [redacted] account I will not have to find another company to take care of my car because of CFNA [redacted] should know about them

I at once had a [redacted] credit card which is under First Credit NA I had closed it a while back due to interest rates were to high I had applied online for another credit card for [redacted] and I was declined I have paid this company over the years thousands of dollars, on the [redacted] credit card, for repairs and things that my car needed I have never been late in paying then and have never defaulted o the bill And they have the nerve to decline my application I need tires for my car and at this time do not have the money for them So I am stuck

This agency still wants to send a threatening warning notice in November for me to pay money after I closed my membership account in September and after they requested a dispute letter from me and I sent it to themI had a [redacted] Credit Card that [redacted] charged without notifying me beforehand in July My vehicle stopped running after the shop charged meI don't appreciate being threatened for a charge that [redacted] madeThey are threatening to send this to the credit report as if I am at faultThey're threatening me to pay $minimum

I recently recieved a letter in the mail from your company related to my accountI have for the past several.months been trying to make payments to my account and cannot because every time I call or even go online it is lockedEach time it gets unlocked, I cannot access my account to do a payment I understand about the back pay that I owe of that would have been paid months ago if your online system and customer service representative would have assisted me properly, in which they did notI am doing the best I can to resolve this matter and everytime I do, nothing gets resolved I am doing the best that I am able toI will have to do some kind of payment arrangement to take care of this matter

On 8/13/2018, I made a final payment to this Credit First National Association Account # [redacted] , Paid in Full I received the confirmation letter on 8/21/2018, stating the account was Paid in Full and Credit First would notify the credit agencies and request they update their records accordingly I sent the letter to Equifax to to update my credit file accordingly On 11/01/2018, Equifax investigation results: Credit First states the account Balance is: zero and the Status is: Charged-off Credit First, did not state the account as: Paid in Full as stated in their letter I sent the letter from Credit First to Equifax a second time 11/15/ Equifax 11/15/investigation results: Credit First states the account Balance is: zero and Status is: Charged-off Again, Credit First did not state the account as Paid in Full as stated in the letter Credit First is being DECEPTIVE by only reporting the Balance as zero By not reporting the account PAID/Charged

I have an account with CFNA and I have been paying more than the minimum and on time I was using my debit account which has a routing and account number and can be used as a checking accountThe account was on file on the CFNA website and I have been using this form of payment since the account was opened In March I logged into my account, and the website refused to accept my payment It was advising the routing number was wrong When I called they said they will no longer accept this method of payment from my debit account They never emailed or sent paper correspondence to advise me of this The customer service is appalling Absolutely no regard for their customers They won't let you pay and then blame it on you
