CFNA is the biggest RIP-OFF and has the biggest scam going They manage the account of *** I have a due-date the 3rd of every month Legally the third of the month does not end until midnight Last month I made my payment on the 3rd, but because I paid it after 5PM, they charged me a late chargeI go to their site every month to pay, so they could see in the system that I paid it on the third This month when I went in and paid on the 3rd, they charged me a fee because my payment last month was paid on the 3rd, but after Who does that They are the BIGGEST RIP-OFFs ever Once I pay *** off, I will never deal with them again Because of them *** is losing a customer effective today I will not go there again This practice has to be ILLEGAL! They give you a due date, not saying if not paid by 5PM, it is going to be a charge of Can they do this? On the website it says if the payment is made after 5PM, it will not be credited until the next business dayI do understand that, but why charge reflecting they did not receive my payment on the 3rd
I filed bankruptcy on November 1stCFNA has been reporting missed payments to the credit reports after that filingI had no day missed payments before that dateAll payments are now made through the trusteeCFNA was notified through the court and by me personally when I had to call them the first time I noticed they had the account open and still reportingThey are inaccurately reporting and no other creditor is doing this who was included in the bankruptcy
I have this number calling me saying that they are Credit First National Association, they are saying that I am delinquent for my January payment and I owe I made a payment on December 22, for January and my minimum payment is only but I paid on the accountWell they keep telling me I am late and have called numerous times giving information because I called the actual company which is a different number than I am being called from and they say my account is up to date and I have told them twice this number has been calling meI even googled the number they have called me with and it says that it is a rip off report number for *** credit first national
As a 10+ year CFNA account member, I called CFNA customer service today to request an update to one of the two authorized users on my account -- i.e., I wanted to edit the name of *** *** (oldest daughter) to *** *** (middle daughter) The two customer service operators (Seth, *** and Cora, ***), first said that a new federal law prevented this change When questioned, we quickly determined that this was an internal policy (not federal law), for which they would not make the change requested Seth said that they could not make the change and that either my wife ** or I had to be present for every transaction I stated that this was untenable, because my daughter ***a is a college student and that as Active Duty military, I move every years or so
The two operators could/would not provide a full explanation for the nature of this new policy; reference material by which I could read about the policy change (for which I was never notified); nor would they
