We have encountered a number of returned payment fees for absolutely no reason The money has always been in our account when we make a paymentNever, with any other company have we had this issue with so many returned payments and late feesI am thinking this may be a scam We stopped using the online banking system of cfna and now pay through our own bank

I was given 6mo to pay off my *** bill with no interestSo I did that in less than daysI have had a zero balance since 9/7/But, there has been no update on my credit report since 8/8/it still says I have a balance of $I have called to inquire about it several times and they continue to say it will be posted next billing cycle we are billing cycles in and still no changesPer my credit report it looks like I still owe them $I have no idea what is taking them so long to show zero balance but I do not like the way it is effecting my credit scoreAfter extensive research on this company I am not the only one experiencing these issues, it has been multiple complaints

I have a *** Credit Card *** with this company Credit First N.AI placed a online payment in the amount of $on 9/07/from my Bank America Checking Account ending with *** Credit First N.Aclaims the payment was declined, however my Bank * ** * states they did not receive any payment request from Credit First Upon contacting Credit First they now want two months late fees plus negative credit reporting This bank does not offer any online account alerts through email or phone text This Bank never called me before nor have I ever received any notice from them concerning this matter I have been a Customer with this Company for almost years now without any payment issues, however now they seem to be attacking my good faith, honor and credit history I have again paid this company in good faith all of there charges and fees plus back payments in the amount of $on 09/29/from an addition bank/broker personal account

They never send out monthly statements on your accountThey charge a appx$late fee charge on your account when your payment has not been lateIt seems to me hidden fees keep being charged to my account

On October 4, I purchased a Lifetime Alignment warranty for $I was told by I could switch the warranty to another car one timeI totaled my Hyundai Elantra that the warranty was on June 19th I purchased another car and I went back to Tires Plus on October 10th to have the warranty switched to my Nissan RogueI was told that the warranty had expired and that I have a year to switch it over to another carI stated this was not told to me when I purchased itThey told me you just missed it,if you had come on the 4thHe offered me a discount for another warranty for $I haven't used the warranty for the $and if, I can't use it and have it switched over,than I would like a refundThey told me I would have to contact the credit card companyI contacted Credit First and they told me to contact Consumer Affairs,so I called Consumer Affairs and they both kept switching me back and and fourthSo, now I'm here filing a complaint

I had work done on my car at the *** ** location which they damaged my coolant expansion tank on my car and did not tell me In March 2016, while driving the car the tank ruptured causing the head gasket to crack and blow the engine I disputed the issue with the store and it was unable to be resolved I continued making payments on my account even though I did not feel I should have to I then lost my job and while I made payments CFNA pulled the promotional balance I had added a bunch of finance charges as well as numerous late fees I continued to make payments but they kept charging me a $late fee every month and increased my minimum due while knowing I was unable to pay I tried to resolve this matter and asked for the fees to be refunded so I could get my account in positive status but they have refused to help demanding additional money and offering to refund a fee or two I asked for a supervisor he was just as unhelpful and I asked for his supervior but she is

CFNA is the financial institution that covers *** accountsI have been taking my cars to *** for the past years or moreVery happy with their serviceTheir credit department, on the other hand, is poorly setup*** prefers that you use their credit card to pay for your car repairsI have no problem with that - they want to save money, it's understoodHowever, THEIR SITE DOES NOT ALLOW FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTSYou must remember to pay the bill on the due dateIf you forget and are late, your credit score gets affectedYou, basically, are punished for being human - it's human to forgetThat's why automatic payments were inventedAll online credit institutions allow auto-pay setup, except CFNAThey either try to make a few extra bucks in late fees (which is a dirty way of making revenue) or they simply don't care about their customer experience

My complaint is with their policy regarding late fees, they have no grace period My payment is due on the 13th of the month and if it arrives two days later they post a late fee that ranges from to I was told that I should mail in my payment days early to ensure that their data processors post it on timeThey also charge $if you pay over the phone
I have phoned them and told them I will not pay their late fees, and by the way allow for minutes to an hour for hold time if you phone themSo far they have removed the late charges, however not without a lecture as if I was a year old college student

I was charged a late penalty I have a credit rating in the 790-range I have never had a late payment I arranged for automatic payments to be made and was never informed that the amount had changed They are very subtle about getting you in and then finding ways to add fees and interest (nearly 23%!!!) This is all highly unethical They charged me $late fee because my automatic payment was dollars low No warning, nothing I know Tom Gegax and have always trusted Tires Plus I know he does not own it anymore, but I find it very hard to believe that Tires Plus would associate with an outfit like CFNA I tried to call them to inquire, but was put on hold and finally gave up They charge an extra $for making a payment on the phone - this even after they have the highest conceivable fees This is a credit industry ripoff
