Credit First is being completely horrible to work withI have made my payments on time, I have contacted them by phone, I have mailed a letter stating the late payment is not posted when I paid itThere is error and now they don't have the documents I need like the complete payment history and recorded phone callsI have where I made payments and they were not applied on time or there was some kind of miscommunicationI thought that being a good customer would eliminate being treated this wayObviously not and they do not take each customer as family and treat them as such

Since the inception of my billing cycle, I have been paying my bills on time (or more than it supposed to) However, beginning Aug billing cycle, CFNA started charging me of late fee ($starting 09/03/2018) for no odd reason Per the prior month statement, I have submitted a payment of $on 07/17/2018, $on 07/27/2018, and $on 08/28/(for September's billing) Yet, on 09/06/2018, CFNA started charging me $for late fee and an incremental amount of $on 10/03/(payments of $were submitted on 09/06/and 10/05/based from the autopayment established with my bank)I have been a member of *** Complete Auto Care since of which the CFNA is responsible for their credit card promotions My account has been in good standing ever since until this unforeseen "late" fees are being charged under my account It seems that fraud is happening towards the consumers and must be investigated immediately to resolve the issue

On 8/13/2018, I made a final payment to this Credit First National Association Account # ***, Paid in Full I received the confirmation letter on 8/21/2018, stating the account was Paid in Full and Credit First would notify the credit agencies and request they update their records accordingly I sent the letter to Equifax to to update my credit file accordingly On 11/01/2018, Equifax investigation results: Credit First states the account Balance is: zero and the Status is: Charged-off Credit First, did not state the account as: Paid in Full as stated in their letter I sent the letter from Credit First to Equifax a second time 11/15/

My name is *** ***I am a joint account holder on a CREDIT FIRST NATL ASSOC FIRESTONE card with *** ***I contacted CREDIT FIRST NATL ASSOC FIRESTONE OVER a year ago about adding the tradeline to my *** credit report and they told me they would add itI contacted CREDIT FIRST NATL ASSOC FIRESTONE again on 8/10/about the tradeline not reporting to my *** and they told me on 8/11/they would send an update to ***On 8/18/16, I email them and stated that the tradeline still was not addedThey responded on 8/18/stating that they sent it on 8/12/The other two credit reports show updates on 8/12/but the tradeline still have not been added to ***They told me it could take up to weeks over a year ago and it still has not been addedII am still getting the same answer but no results

Credit First N.Aerroneously placed a late charge on my account Attempts to contact them by phone to speak with someone regarding the charge were impossible Customers are connected to a voicemail system that ends with the customer being placed on hold with repeated messages indicating that their call is very important to them; however, no one ever picks up I have excellent credit and am upset that they charged a late fee on my account and that there is no one that I can speak to about it

CFNA are scammers indeed Each time I pay off my balance, they send another statement with a late fee on it when it was paid on time You can never get anyone to talk to you on the phone, not even to cancel my account I use them for my *** account I will not have to find another company to take care of my car because of CFNA *** should know about them

Erroneous charge was billed to my CFNA (***) Credit Card account When I filed an inquiry I was told that the claim was outside of their day window Considering this was fraud, I explained to them this would not be subject to any arbitrary time limitation
No effort was made at any level, to include Agent, Supervisor, or even store when I took exception to an erroneous charge I simply received a generic message stating there would be no further inquiry
They confirm they maintain of records and confirmed the transaction did not take place at my *** store, nor was the service done to any of my cars

My Father passed away in December In January his forwarded mail is delivered to my address indicating Credit First is trying to collect a debt from my Father for Firestone Complete Auto CareI refuse to call Credit First or Firestone - to me clearly this is a ruse or a terrible error and I would like the Revdex.com to be put on notice of this activity in their own state - Ohio

Credit First National Association has violated x USC by continuing collection activity after a cease and desist and USC by failing to report complete and accurate information to credit reporting bureausThey have also failed to provide written proof of debt requested in the attached correspondence

When attempting to obtain a request for a closed account, the representative with whom I spoke, Wendy, first replied with a snarky chuckle and began speaking in a condescending tone explaining that the request was deniedFor future reference, a denial is perfectly acceptable and can be portrayed without customer representatives replying in that mannerIt was highly unprofessional the way the call was handled and should not occur with their other customers

Credit First National Association is design to make sure you can't make your payments on time and change the minimum amount due so that IF you do schedule (up to six months) of payment is not enough to cover the minimum, CFNA will consider that a no payment and will always apply a late feeAnd all payments after will be late as wellThey rip off hundreds of customers this way and the practice needs to stopIf they are a credit/lender provider they need to make auto payment a functional part of today's services
