I am currently $ahead on my account but am being told I missed my last paymentAfter attempting to call to have this rectified, I have been argued with continuously that I am behindMy full payment due at this moment from the date of my first usage of this card is $and my full payments as of this moment have been $

CNFA switched us to electronic billing with our knowing, we missed a payment in Aug 2017, we have never missed a payment and have not since then and since we are back on mail billingSent a good faith letter in Dec and Mar asking to remove late payment off of credit reportWe have never been late on any bill with CNFA or any of credit cards

I was a Credit First NA customer until my account went to collection in During the mentioned year, I was unemployed and in the process of looking for a jobHowever, I got a job in August and as soon as I got a job, I paid in full all the balance on the account immediately
But Credit First NA had failed to update my payment status on my Equifax and TransUnion reports (currently my Payment Status is : Bad debt & placed for collection & skip)I actually paid the balance in FULL
On top of that, the creditor has been updating the closed, fully paid account as 'FP'-failed to pay, each month to Equifax and damaging my credit scoreI have to dispute each month with Equifax to remove this inaccurate record from this creditor

I scheduled CFNA payments, but the payments did not go through on the websiteAfter noticing this, there was a late fee charged to my accountI asked for them to waive the late fee and I told them I'll pay the entire balanceAfter over an hour on the phone, they only agreed to waive half of the dollar late feeThis credit card company is difficult to work with and wants to nickle and dime consumersSTAY AWAY from this companyAny company that wants to take every nickle and penny from the consumer doesn't deserved to exist

Alleged company harassing me to pay even if I don't use the card any moreThey charging fees and interest that scams meI don't want the card nor services any moreI don't use the card haven't very longI need this account closed and deleted off all credit bureausI refuse to play all the scamming interests and fees

This account was charged off as bad debt They have not validated this account with my signature They are reporting to all credit bureaus derogatory information I have sent numerous letters requesting validation

This agency still wants to send a threatening warning notice in November for me to pay money after I closed my membership account in September and after they requested a dispute letter from me and I sent it to themI had a *** *** Credit Card that *** *** charged without notifying me beforehand in July My vehicle stopped running after the shop charged meI don't appreciate being threatened for a charge that *** *** madeThey are threatening to send this to the credit report as if I am at faultThey're threatening me to pay $minimum

CFNA failed to process my auto payments, resulting in additional fees, interest being charged and late payment damaging my credit score
Erroneous charges created the balance, CFNA failed to notify me of the charges, failed to send statements or late notice
Had any of these been handled properly, the balance would have been zero and nothing would have been late

have excellent pay history, was on a interest promotion, paid couple days pass promotion period, and interest was appliedI contacted cust serv to ask for courtesy removal and was denied, feel like that should of considered it or made counter offer Also a late fee was applied

I used my credit card for the 1st time at a tire plus store, they charged the wrong account It took them MONTHS to figure this out and finally charge my account and I was put in past due status by the time I got my bill which was NOT my fault I have paid the bill in full and now they said I Have late payments on my credit I have perfect credit but now because of this I have late fees on my report I contacted the company and the sent me a canned response that said they would not help and not adjust the late payments

CreditFirst (Firestone) is a crooked lending institutionThey don't want auto-debits, and they only let you schedule payments for monthsThis is all on their website, but the website is not reliable when you need to make a paymentI was charged for late payments, of which were not legitimate because I scheduled payments that were not assigned as on-time payments, even though I scheduled them TO BE ON-TIMEI will tell everyone I can to avoid Firestone and its loans

I was approved for $for a homepass credit card but when I was trying to use it the store doesn’t even take the credit card and that is the only store that would have been available to me in my area and there is no online access I contacted credit first national Association in regards to this matter but they acted like they didn’t know anything about itI spoke with a supervisor named Maggie she also claimed that the company did not know that the store did not take the credit card in that area but I feel if you are issuing credit cards to consumers you should know this informationI am very disappointed and Dissatisfied with the service

I paid this account and after contacting them and disputing with the credit bureaus they continue to report my account as not paid

My bill rights with Credit First National Association (CFNA), states the following related to disputed charges:
