I have a card with CFNAI went online to pay my bill, then I viewed my statement and realized that there had been a $purchase on my AccountI contacted the customer service line to further the reasoning of this charge and for it to be removedI spoke with two representatives that were not helpful at all! The first representative Margarita ID# instructed me to call who ever did this? How is this customer service this was a fraudulent purchase, and she instructed me to contact the business or person who committed the fraudulent purchase on my accountThen she further informed that this was done out state! I called up to have them allocate a portion of my $payment to go to the month interest free promotional balance Since I had a high interest revolving balance they refused to put any of the payment towards the promo balance until months before it expires The promotional balance is $and I can't come up with the $in months They said they are following the Credit Card Act I have other store cards and they never had a problem allocating the payments as long as the required amount goes towards the highest interest balance They also are not following their own credit card agreement I signed with them saying I have months to pay it off and the section of payment method I have continued to fight them on this but they refuse to allocated any payments regardless of breaking the agreement They state they are not set up to put any money towards the promo balance until the revolving balance is paid off or the months before expiration which ever comes first

Hello,
I'm getting the run around from your Firestone Credit Card supplier CFNA
I sent them a *** Card Balance Transfer Check to payoff my balance ($842.34)
CFNA says they "haven't received the funds", but the check posted to my *** Card account on Nov29th,
This is REALLY making me angry
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

I am demanding that they provide me with ALL account documents from opening until nowIf you cannot provide ALL of them, including answer to the letter I wrote to dispute the late payments and my right to dispute, I want the account removed in compliance to FCRA
