Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] They are not telling the truthThere is no ticket number because it never would let me submit a claimAll they send is a form to electronically fill out but there is no way to submit itNo email addressNo phone numberAnd it looked like they had a way of getting my passwords when I tried to fill it outMy passwords that no one knows came up in textThey are criminalsIdentity theirI looked at online reviews and many others are having the same experienceTotal scamIf they are leget they should send me the size I orderedThey sent an XS instead of a XLI only ordered that size because reviews said they run so smallThere is no size on the garnetIt's purposely doneJust to get my credit card informationThe form they want you to fill out is so complexThey want you to download pictures of the garnetThey were showing my files on my computer when I clicked on it In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Rosegal.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The business responded to me via email on 12/**, over a month after my initial inquiry They asked me to take a picture of the item that I received and to tell them the item number They did not address the other two items that I ordered and paid for on 10/ [redacted] and still have not received as of 12/** My initial inquiry to them was about tracking my order and they did not answer this The other issue was that I ordered a sweater and received a different item, a shirt that did not resemble what I ordered at all I have not yet responded to them since their response time takes so long The bigger issue is that I paid for four items and have only received two after two months They have not addressed this bigger issue Two items are still missing In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
