I am VERY upset this complaint has been closed!!!! Rosegal.com STILL continues to send me spam, I have "unsubscribed", repeatedly!!!!! I have told them I am NOT interested in their "junk" but they CONTINUE to send me sale announcements,etc!!! This remain the WORST company I have EVER dealt with and I still want to pursue a claim/complaint against them!!!! I should receive a refund for the JUNK they sent me!!! They keep stating that they are "sorry" for this situation which I feel is a load of CRAP because if they were they would just issue a refund stop sending me sale announcements, etc!!! I responded to your latest email, I stated I do NOT accept their response, OR apology!!!!! Thank you *** * ***

I received your notification that the complaint had been closed as I had not respondedI was waiting to update the complaint as I had received further correspondence from RoseGalI was also unsure as to how to update this on the website without marking the complaint as resolved.RoseGal have apologised and offered to re-send the items free of chargeI accepted this offer however they then offered me a full refundI informed them that either solution would be acceptable to me but I needed clarity on which it would beThey stated that the balance of my order had been refunded to my *** account and it should be received in 5-daysThis period has elapsed and I have received no such refund through ***.As such I would be grateful if you could re-open my complaint.Kind regards,*** ***
