I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I've paid in good faith in advance for items with the expectations that I would recieve all that I ordered These items were ordered almost two months before Christmas because some of the items were supposed to be gifts Since I never recevied but one item and then began with constant emails back and forth never was there a toll free line where I could speak with a representitive or manager I was told that I had to contact post office, ask my neighbors , my family if they had any knowledge of packages that were supposibly delivered I did follow through with all directiions that were given to me and then responded back with the information that no packages were ever delivered at my address and or waiting for me to be pick up I was then told that there could be nothing done till Feb **, 2016, I then received an email telling me that they were very sorry for the inconvienence and they offered to resend my package but I would have to pay half of the total which I had already paid and additional $dollars since they were not responsible for my lost packages The reson why I ordered online was to avoid the hassles of shopping during the holidays but now I'm out $no gifts , its Feb Christmas is long past , I've done all that was asked of me to do in order to find my packages which I feel is there responsibility not the consumers and now there offer is to pay additional monies twords packages that were never recieved, why so they can be lost again ? and again I lose my money ? This is the worst experience I've had with online ordering I do not have money to throw away I want my refund and do not want the merchandise any longerOne last question I have is what guarentee is there that the second time around the package worth $would actually make it to my front door if all items were lost on the first attempt Does not make any sense to me I just want my money back and do not want to have to deal anymore with this company .

Part of their scam is that they make it impossible to login to their centerThey are saying that they have a resolution waiting but you can't access it They can sent it to MY emailI no longer wish to try to contact their shady business My email is *** I am DONE trying to contact them because it is impossible via chat, telephone, email etc....they are pretty clever I will say that!!! Terrible! Read the comments that they are receiving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They sent me a response to attached photos of the clothing I have orderedI attempted to do that and wrote a response back and have not heard from them since 11/**/I am not sure the pictures I have attached even worked with their website, and asked them to contact me if they did not receive them

they are only asking if I received my goods and if they have my correct address. They also told me to check at the Post Office which I have been doing.They state a commitment to customer service for valued customers, but at this point, in my opinion, the items have been lost or damaged in transit so I would still like a refund
